Customer service and willingness to work has gone down hill. I really dont know what to say other than they dont have workers at the sales counter they have dead weight holding down chairs.

Worse experience ever. Paint they sold me did not match my car. The paint was 3 to 4 shades lighter then the paint on car. When I spoke with the supervisor she said it was my job to check the paint. Terry the sales rep looked it up and said its was guaranteed to match. Im a female & never done this before. Had to escalate to corporate in order to get my money back. Corporate was amazing. Got all my case back
