Everyone was extremely polite. Overall great experience.I am in Lubbock for college but my insurance agent is about an hour away. I needed a copy of my new insurance card as the old one had expired.They knew this was all I needed and wouldnt benefit them financially. However, they still called my agent, got it emailed to their office, and got a new one printed out for free.

Theyre nice people - just very wishy washy & disorganized..I have had them for a while now and for at least 4-5 months I was paying for renters insurance for the wrong address. (Even after taking in a suddenlink bill in for them to update the address.) so if something happened I highly doubt they wouldve even covered it due to their mistake.. They blamed that on a previous employee & said they got the issue corrected. Noticed a few months later I still wasnt reviving mail, they still had the wrong address & didnt get it updated. Had an accident and when they called to review info- They still didnt have the apartment number updated. For someone as busy as myself, I dont have time to keep up with someone asking if they got me taken care of.. Lastly, Ive always had the student discount and have always taken 9 hours or less.. They called today and said that since I didnt have at least 12 hours they couldnt honor this special even though Ive had it the whole time..Id say save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

As a customer wouldnt you think they would want to do lower rates,well not this company trying to charge me more for insurance than my car payment.but thats ok karma will come around.31 years old no tickets no wrecks and they still want to charge me almost 400 a month for insurance.
