Randy Calderon, is such a fine gentle soul that they always make me feel welcomed and appreciated my business for five years. They always make sure I have all my questions asked. They steered me in the right for my insurance needs at the same time saving me money.

This man doesnt even deserve one star! Randy is an incompetent jerk who doesnt know anything about his job, much less providing the minimum of what is expected of customer service! We paid him a year in advance and still had fees on top of that, because he didnt know the exact quote! He failed to notify us of any late fees or extra money owed, until we received a bill! After already spending over $2000! He did nothing to fix the situation and only further fueled our desire to never have him or Farmers by not even apologizing and hiking our insurance up again, thinking wed actually go back! I have asked to speak with a supervisor over him or another agent and have yet to be contacted. I am still very upset just thinking about how horrible this man treated loyal customers that continued to pay, even when his poor service and lack of knowledge started showing. I hope anyone reading this reconsiders buying any insurance from him.
