Amanda was on the phone. Hung up and made a call instead of speaking to me. I had asked to speak with her and she ignored me. Lorraine was very sweet but not dressed to be at an office.. Just glad she didnt have house shoes on. But otherwise she WAS helpful.I regularly get help from Crystal, shes ALWAYS on POINT and VERY professional. If it wasnt for Crystal working there, we would of already left that location.
