Had a great experience getting a set intsalled today. Extremely happy with the outcome.

Called to get an estimate on an alarm system for a vehicle, nothing specific just a basic alarm system. Was told they dont do quotes over the phone that leads me to believe they dont know their vehicles very well. Every other place gave me a quote and only asked if I had power windows and door locks. I will definitely not be doing business with them at all.

I understand covid is a thing but hours of operation are from 8-6, it is now 420 and a ghost town. No warning stating shops closes early, due to covid. Normally wouldnt be upset but literally drove from one side of town to the next..

I went to the one on 82nd first. I was greeted very politely by the lady in the front desk. As we talked more she said that the other store had car radios on display. I went to the other store on AveQ. Well nobody greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. I stood there looking at the radios for 15 minutes and no one came over to help. Sure I could have asked for help but it looked like to me that, as a customer, was more of an inconvenience. Needless to say I will never go back there again.

Miles is the man! He explained everything perfectly and answered all my questions in great detail. I got a new stereo, speakers, and a sub and he knew exactly what I needed based on my preferences in music and my price point I wanted to stay around. Ill definitely back to get a remote start install and any other needs I have. Thanks Miles!

Dont waste your time..the lady had no idea what she was talking about and kept ignoring me and answering the phone. I just walked out. I would never buy anything form these people! Probably the worst shopping experience Ive had in a long time!

I went in to upgrade my factory speakers. I figured it would be a simple process. They got me in and the installer said he could do the rear speakers as well for not much extra so I agreed. After it was done the sound was worse....a lot worse. I asked them about this and they said I needed an amp since the speakers were too big for the head unit to push. I asked them to put one in and after they did it didnt sound much better. They directed me to the main store on Ave Q where they explained to me that my trucks factory system was complex and the speakers could not simply be replaced. I asked to remove it all and i would go to a place that knew how to work on this type of system but they insisted they knew how. They said i would need an even better amp which I reluctantly purchased and they did another job. When it was finished it sounded better but not great. I ended up taking it to another shop and had more work done. They said the installation was messy and done poorly not to mention the equipment they sold me was not ideal for my setup. All that to say....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Great people working here! Had a problem with some buzzing white noise from a Best Buy car stereo installation, however, Best Buy did not know what was causing it. First time coming to Drivers Edge and they fixed the problem within 30 minutes! Stereo sounds clean now.

Oh and I couldn’t help but lmao when I read the review the girl saying they refused her service, we’ll young lady maybe some day when you grow up own your own business, and someone comes in demanding you’ll understand

They will refuse to finish the tinting on your car if you ask how long it will take. He said he was rushed so he took all the tint off my car. He was also late to the appointment .
