Edward and Ryan were so wonderful! This was our first time having to use them, but their response was so quick and they were very professional. It feels so good to have the AC cooling again. They cleaned our AC and got rid of all the dirt. A+ service. I would recommend to anyone and use them again if ever needed!

I had a weekend AC outage. Hart first helped me confirm that it was not something I could correct myself, and then had a technician out within a few hours. The tech secured the necessary part, made the repair, and helped me submit the info necessary to get reimbursed by my home warranty company. An excellent experience from beginning to end.

I was having a bad day. AC was out, wife was cranky, and I knew it wasn’t going to be a cheap fix. I think we have all been there before. So I stumble upon Hart from Google reviews and I am so glad I found them. My only regret is that I hadn’t found them sooner because I will only use Hart going forward.Brett was our technician and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. He is extremely courteous and professional. That alone goes a long way for me because it’s not so common anymore. He was honest and straightforward about the work that needed to be done and he didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need. All costs were explained in advance of repair so there were no surprises. Overall, Brett turned a bad day into a pleasant experience. Stop looking for another AC company and call Hart. You’re wasting your time and money with anyone else.

I didnt get to use them but I feel bad because they were so responsive and I thought they werent going to get back to me. I called and someone came out same day to diagnose issue with my Heating / AC unit. Gave me options to get the system repaired but due to system being very old it would be a temporary fix till something else went out on unit. A very nice and polite gentlemen came out name Mark Benedict came out to my house same day and was able to give me different options on replacing the entire inside / outside unit. Was able to find an option that helped me the best along with a few additions to not only save me money on filters but also purify the air coming into my home . Customer service is great and being able to get the entire system outside and inside replaced within 24 hours was a blessing being that we had a snow storm 48 hours after. I highly recommend Hart Heating and Air for any needs on repair/or replacement. I have told friends and family about this amazing company . They are there to go above and beyond to meet customer needs and expectations and also give peace of mind knowing the issue will be resolved asap. Fan motor went out on a Sunday evening. Edward G. had been working on my neighbors unit earlier and happened to give me a card. When dispatch called me back, they lady was very friendly and explained the options as far as time frame (weekend callout vs. scheduling for Monday, etc.) I decided to have her ask Edward if he was up for another job for the evening. She promptly called me back and said Edward would be at the house in 15min.Edward was very friendly, fast, and professional. I really can’t express how pleasant it was to work with him and (Andrea?) to get my house cool again.

A/C went out around 1 in the morning. Went online and filled out their Schedule an Appointment form. Quick and easy. Called at 08:00 to confirm and receptionist was professional. Explained that they were very busy and may not be able to get to me till late in the day, if at all, but more likely would be the next morning. Got a call later in the morning and tech was going to be able to make it out around 13:00! Upon arriving Brett was very professional. Found what was wrong within 30 to 45 mins. after fully evaluating both the A/C and furnace in the attic. After stating what was wrong, i was given a list of options that ranged from a band-aid fix (least costly) to max deal that included a 1 year free return to ensure unit was still working. I liked having the options (4 of them) to decide whether I could afford the max or if all I could afford was the least. I chose middle of the road. Brett completed the work in about an hour, cleaned out the A/C area of debris. Quick, clean and professional. Would highly recommend this company for A/C repairs and plan to do business with them for annual maintenance checks for summer and winter. Outstanding!

Our A/C went out on the weekend. They could not get the part until Monday. They went above and beyond by providing us a stand up window unit. Brett even installed it for us. Charged $79 dollars just to show up and $150 on the weekends...WHAT A RIPOFF ...Dont do it. I spent $800 with them and they didnt deduct the show up charge. NEVER AGAIN..Dont use em. UPDATE...Keith Hart is delusional and this is the way his technician installed the filter..I found this out because we hired a professional HVAC company to repair Harts attempt at servicing our unit..Bottom line is...DONT USE THEM..THE $150 AND A $75 SHOW UP FEE IS A RIPOFF..THIS COMPANY LIES AND IS A RIPOFF.. Update.. the $800 repair lasted 4 weeks, this was on a house we sold, we took care of the customer we sold the home to. Just dont use Hart, they are dishonest and threaten people.1/22/2021. I have had these guys out to the house twice. The first time was just to get a price on replacing the whole unit. Not only did he give me the estimate but he got the unit working again and didnt charge me a thing. Had to call him out a second time recently to fix an unrelated problem, and again he fixed it this time at a reasonable price. Every other company I called just told me my unit is old and needed to be replaced. These guys are knowledgeable and professional and have my business for life!!

My service technician Brett H. was knowledgeable about my unit and didnt try to upsell anything. He was honest. He did excellent, clean work. He literally had to take apart our unit to replace the broken component and do a full maintenance cleaning. He sealed everything up beautifully when finished. Not to mention he was professional and kind. The kind of guy you just want to invite over for dinner sometimeLol. In a service industry its all about the relationships you build with your clients. He did an outstanding job of that. When we have any future HVAC needs we will definitely use him again.

We had just purchased a house that we are renovating and had not anticipated needing to turn on the heater so soon! These guys have always been awesome. I have used them on numerous occasions due to my unit being really old. They always show up quickly and offer different levels of service to choose from. The one service i cant choose from is how professional they are. They offer that service for free. They took the time to run through my entire unit and not only repair what I needed fixed but did some minor upkeep on my unit as well. They answer every question i have with honesty and Keith always gives me options. I always feel like he gives me sound advice and not salesmanship. Great service.

We came home from vacation to our AC not cooling at all. I took a chance and called Hart for the first time and in the same day within only a few hours they showed up and replaced the motor on our outdoor unit! They were so reasonable, affordable and straight forward! We absolutely found our favorite company.

I called them about 11:15am. They were here by 1:30. They were fast, clean, and thorough. Brett helped with getting to know my thermostat, serviced my heating unit, put a new vent pipe in for me (it had been damaged by roofers), and even showed me where the filters are and how to change. He is the sweetest guy! He and Delbert went WAY above and beyond in getting the job done. I HIGHLY recommend Harts. I have used 2 other plumbing/heating/AC companies (both well known) and have NEVER gotten even half as good of service as with Hart. The Hart team made it out on the day we called them to check out our AC that quit working. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with what needed to be to fixed on our unit without trying to sell us things we didnt need. My wife and I had them come out to look at water in our A/C cabinet. They pulled and said the switch was stuck. Also let us know the unit was old and might need replaced which I was prepared for. When my wife asked how much the tech said he would have to get a comfort advisor “salesman” over to go over that. Well the next day the A/C wasn’t working so we called them back out. Now the pump is bad and it has to be replaced. The issue I have is I feel they should have given the option to replace the pump the first day and saved me money or at least credited the first day instead of charging me both days.

My A/C system stopped cooling on a Thursday night, I called Hart Heating & A/C Friday morning at 10a.m. Keith Hart came out himself and did my estimate before noon. By the time I got home from a meeting at 3pm that afternoon they had my leaking system fixed and running in tip-top shape. I have used Hart over the past few years and they are great! They installed a new unit for us two years ago and we have used them since. We recently had a sewer line burst that drained into our air return system which was causing that smell to be circulated through our whole house so we turned off our AC. Well, not having AC in August was not fun. They came out the next day and checked it out and Keith called me instantly and told me that they would be on it the next day especially with having a 2 yr old in the house. Edward showed up promptly and did great work. Hats off to the whole Hart Heating and Air, especially Keith, Brett, and Edward!

Lewis was great! He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to give me several options for repair. He didnt just pressure me into buying a new system. The prices also seemed fair! Overall I felt very well taken care of and will be going back to them again if needed!

Called first thing in the morning and they were able to make it to my house in less than 2 hours (was given a 9-12 window and they called that they were on their way at 9:20). They quickly found the problem and gave fair upfront prices and had it fixed before noon. I liked that they gave several options when it came to the repair but the best part was the friendly service. I’ve used Hart for years - great guys - but something happen last year - had them to come by to recharge my A/C - cost me $850 - for less than 30 minutes of work, absolutely turned into hands down biggest rip off in town - even if they were the only one in town I would call somebody from another city - for I’ll never ever use this totally rip off company again.

Lost a loved one after a shockingly sudden, way too brief battle with pancreatic cancer, left town afterward to hide or escape or whatever we do to defeat grief, and came home (though it was the last place I wanted to be--so empty and quiet) . . . only to find my AC was dead. First company swore it would take 10 days to fix! In August! In West Texas! Hart Heating & A/C got the job done the next day, and it cost exactly what we agreed it would cost. The most hard-working, polite, honest team of professionals Ive ever encountered. I will never use anyone else for my heating and A/C needs. They are wonderful! Lacking heat during a cold spell can be frustrating. I contacted Hart Heating on a Saturday & got a quick response. The technician, Delbert, was very polite and answered all my questions patiently, while getting my furnace running again. He even relayed the conversation he had with the owner to me, being honest that there could be a control board that might go out later even though the furnace is working now. I was only charged the service call, but given a guarantee if it did go out again. I will definitely be contacting Hart Heating if it does or when I have any other issues with my HVAC equipment.

I feel like I could have maybe saved money if I had spent more time shopping around but the quality of service is certainly worth it to work with Delbert and Hart Heating & A/C.

Scheduling AC repair for an elderly member of our community we had these professionals comes in and assess and provide a solution that we could agree to, taking 4 days to come in and have a schedule system replacement. A second trip to the home was requested as a continued review of the job site, only to be contacted at 6:30 the morning of the installation to say they made error in not only the size of the system but also in the ducts, and trying to pull more money after they were already getting over $8500 for a system. Their mistake was going to cost $2500 additional and they took no responsibility for the mistake and would not even discount the difference of the $2500. This is really poor sales tactics to pressure you into adding in more expensive items last minute knowing it is summer and for an elderly person! There is truly an ethical issue here with this company and how they do work!

The best service I have ever receive! Extremely professional. I called Hart AC around 2 and they sent someone out around 3ish. Delbert was my technician and he was very sweet and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Hart AC came out the day after I called them. They found and fixed the problem promptly. I would definitely do business with them again.
