Our AC went out on the weekend. Managed to get someone to come out on Monday. We were told they would be here at noon, but they were here already at 11. He explained what the issue was, and explained the process he went through to come to his conclusion. He was very nice and even gave me advice on some other questions I had. I wish I could give them more stars!

Action Air & Plumbing to the rescue!Another company had pumped one of two sides of the tank. Then, couldnt find the second access riser.I called Action, they were out in 48 hours and had the problem solved. In addition, they were willing to customize the job which allowed the first company to finish pumping out the tank.Lesson learned.... Well call Action first next time!Thank you John B. and Terry!

Action Air replaced our septic system and our air conditioner. They are all amazing to work with- Hayden, Jon, Robert and Jessica. Our Warrenty company was a nightmare but Action Air was very supportive and helpful in helping us deal with them, including Jessica being on hold with our home Warrenty for 2 hours. We couldn’t be any happier with the work they did for us. They leveled out the backyard after replacing the septic system and then we got 5 inches of rain which made the yard a mess. Without being asked they came back and leveled it out for us again and even cleaned up our alley entrance. They always showed up when they said they would and did excellent work. We highly recommend Action Air and will definitely be sharing their names with our friends.

They arrived quickly and were able to diagnose the problem. Everyone was extremely polite each time we interacted. Tommy came at the end of his work day to finish the installation and make sure everything was working before going home. Truly appreciated the extra mile!

Very prompt and efficient. Took a couple of trips to get to the root of the problem but got it done and it was fixed properly. Have used them for years and have never had a complaint other than about one of their plumbers a few years ago. He was a jerk but the company and all the other plumbers I have used are great. I highly recommend them.

Very prompt and courteous. Called me an hour before our scheduled window, asking if they could come ahead of time. Upon arrival, they listened to my description of the issue, my questions and concerns, then gave me sound advice. After clearing clogged drain, they stayed behind, cleaning up a mess that wasn’t their fault. They are MY guys from now on.

We had problems with our heater and on the weekend of course. Jordan was out to our house very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed as quickly as he could get the part. I can not say enough about this company five star plus. Jordan goes above and beyond for his customers. We use Action for all our plumbing needs but this is just one example.We were out of town on a Saturday for my nieces wedding in Abilene, Texas and was notified that we had a flooded front yard and water was running down the street. My husband called Jordan at Action and he saved the day !!! That’s a big deal It was after 6pm on a Red Raider Football game day with game about to get underway.You can bet he and his staff will take care of your plumbing issues any time any day.
