Almost every pipe in my grandmas house needed to be replaced. Zach and Manuel couldn’t have been more amazing at fixing everything! They were very thorough and great at communicating what they were doing and how long it was going to take. She was so thankful for the work they did and couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and outcome. These two are an amazing team and she would definitely recommend them!

These guys have always done good work for me, and on occasion when a mistake happened they have made it right. Todays job was pretty small, but Jake still did service like it was a larger one. Much thanks also to the whole team, who recently completed some much larger repairs for me.

Charged $49.50 for someone to come out and tell me that the problem was the exact same problem I described on the phone. The plumber was there for about 2 minutes before saying hed have to come back the next day with the right equipment to fix the issue, which I can only assume would have been another $49.50 + labor. I called Sinclair instead, and they came out and fixed the sink immediately.

I unfortunately am not having a good experience and i cant get anyway in upper management to talk to me. I have called several times and sent a detailed email with some concerns and still nothing. The job entails a trenchless system of nearly all the clay and cast iron plumbing system. They started July 19th and to date I have a big hole in the middle of our room that has not been covered. Im hoping with this post someone will call me. Attached is a photo of the email sent on August 3rd. I just want someone to discuss this with me and tell me when the hole inside my home will be repaired. Huge disconnect and lack of communication and responsiveness.

Jake was our plumber and did a fantastic job. . Although we were the last call for the day he worked diligently to fix our leaking bathroom sink piping. Friendly, knowledgeable and did the job very well. Would highly recommend.

Terrible company. We had $12,000 worth of work done in 2017. Afterwards, we still had issues. Then in 2019, we had more issues in the hall that they apparently never covered so we ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt and payed another $7,000. Here we are and I am 5 months past their guarantee and the SAME EXACT problem is happening. I called and the lady was super rude and said well theres nothing we can do. I can have someone come out for $60 and you can pay any parts and labor. SERIOUSLY?! This is unacceptable. I understand I am a little outside my warranty, but you could at least have some integrity and send someone to see if it is the same issue. I will be fining an attorney because this is beyond upsetting. And I would not recommend this company. They are the highest priced in town (which is actually why we chose them because we thought we were paying for quality but we absolutely got the worst quality).

My family has been using lowreys for many years. Had many issues addressed. This last interaction with them, has us rethinking whom we choose as our plumbers. We’ve had them hours late showing up, or unable to give an appointment time (which is hard when everyone in the home works) plus not showing up for a scheduled meeting at all. Professionalism is lacking with some of the employees as well.

Paid $49.50 for a service call to not repair or unclog our tub. Had to wait 3 more days for a courtesy camera that normally would cost $225 and was told would probably have to pay$225 for a jeting!!! So I called Phil Kerr and they came out same day and and fixed the issue in less than an hour for $105.THANKS PHIL KERR!!

BEWARE!! This company took advantage of my widowed mother. The person who sold her the system and installed it told her that the system included a 10 year warranty and maintenance plan that included filters and changes. This was a huge relief and the company was supposed to call her to schedule the promised maintenance- this never happened. She recently had an issue with the system and called to have the system looked at (10 year warranty and all). Now the company claims they have no record of the maintenance plan and are charging her an outrageous fee to change a filter- remember the 10 years of included filters and maintenance?On top of this- the receptionist was extremely rude to my poor mom. After the year that we all had last year- a bit of grace and kindness goes a long way- do not do business with these people.

Have an old house with old plumbing. One Friday it finally gives up and stops draining. Mike came out Sunday but could not get things working. He said we would set up a camera inspection- no extra charge. Unfortunately, we ended up needing to re-plumb the house. Steven made a scary, unplanned expense a little more comfortable and acceptable. Scott and Miguel came out the next day and got right to work. They did an excellent job explaining what they were going to be doing and kept me updated throughout the process. They were done and cleaned up in 2 days. Did I want to have to go through this expense at this time? NO. But, since we had to do it, Lowerys did a fantastic job!

I have had clogged drain issues twice, and both times, Lowerys has come out and fixed the issues quickly and at a reasonable price. I live in Abernathy and it is hard to find someone who will come out here sometimes. I cannot say enough good things about Lowerys.....they are prompt, courteous and professional.I will ONLY use Lowerys for my plumbing needs from now on. NO NEED to call anyone else!

2 trips 2 charges not fixed didnt check temperature of the air coming out of the vents told me outside unit probably needed cleaning but they didnt offer to clean it and in a hurry to get to the next job to wait to see if the problem was fixed called someone else they were thorough and stayed long enough to make sure it work

Got three estimates on a leaky sink. Lowry said I needed a whole new thing for $3,500. The other two plumbers said he was lying to me. All I needed was a new faucet for a couple hundred dollars

When our bathroom drains clogged over the weekend and we had guests, they came within an hour and unclogged the drains and had everything working perfectly! Lowery plumbing was affordable and so easy to deal with. We will definitely be using them from now on!

We called Lowerys because our builder told us they were affordable and awesome. Within an hr they were at our house fixing the AC. They were quick and extremely knowledgeable. Our technician Phillip was just phenomenal. Such a nice guy. Seeing as this was the 3rd company to come take a look and the only one we liked and actually knew what he was doing Id recommend them without a doubt!

Had a mini split A/C system put in our house, Ira was great in helping us map out the system and figure out the most cost efficient and effective set up. The next day, JJ and his crew were out during the hottest days of summer, working to get our system built and running. These guys worked hard to get us up and running quickly. It’s been a great experience from beginning to end.

I am sad I am having to post this review after seeing such great reviews. To begin with, I contacted Lowery plumbing as they offered 24/7 service, holidays and weekends. I called at 9pm on Labor Day and was able to speak with a dispatcher. She informed me that a service technician would give me a call. About 20 minutes later a gentleman did give me a call although the conversation I had with him was not professional at all. I could tell by his voice that he was either intoxicated or on some type of drug. With it being Labor Day I kind of figured he had been partying as you could hear a lot of commotion in the background. He mentioned that I would be contacted about 8am the next morning (Tuesday). That kind of defeated the purpose of a 24/7 company right? After 9am the next day, I had to reach out to see if I was going to have a tech come out. Still no response. At 10am or so I get a call from a lady at Lowery asking if I still needed a tech. I answered yes and she immediately asked for credit/debit card information to store for payment even though a tech had not even been to my house. I was promised that a tech would be sent to my house no later than morning time. I am writing this review at 12 noon. Very disappointed. I am pleased to say I called Rowe Plumbing and they were very professional and a tech has been scheduled for 4pm. Please avoid stress in your already stressful plumbing/HVAC problems.

Beware of this scam artist. We called with a blockage & they said we needed $18,000 of plumbing repairs. Thank goodness we decided to get a second estimate. The 2nd plumber not only cleared the blockage easily, but also scoped the pipes confirming what my gut had already told me. Although I had to waste money paying 2 plumbers & take extra time off of work, at least I didnt take trust Lowery and pay out $$$ for unnecessary work.

I am sorry to write about this. I am not happy about their work. The sink actually getting even worse after their work. When I called the company I was told that I had to pay another $49.95 because I didnt purchase their 30 days job warranty. In fact the problem was not solved at all in their first trip. When I ask to talk to the company manager or ceo I was told none of them available. I have to leave this lower evolution in here for other customers consideration. I am not happy about responsibility.

Scam artists. Mid-afternoon they said it was my capacitor (on ac) and replaced ti. Said it was fixed but to wait 4 hours for cool air... 3 hours later I called them back and was told the person was an hour away and had 3 hours of calls ahead of us. When he arrived he said it needed a motor which would be $700, but there was no point in repairing it because the whole unit (5 years old) was messed up and we needed to spend $7,500-$10,000 on a new unit.At this point it was almost 10, we got a hotel room and I was suffering from early heat stroke. I get online and ask my neighbours (Nextdoor app) about the company and around 15 people responded saying that Lowery tried to force them to buy new units too.The next day we called out Duncan who replaced the motor, said the unit was fine, charged us $400 including the call out fee.Lowery seems set on nothing but replacing every unit they get their hands on. A $400 fee cost me $234 (capacitor which Im sure would have been cheaper elsewhere) and $200 for hotel, almost $900.I am debating going after them to pay my hotel fees.

The were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly.I called for a free estimate on Monday and had my unit installed the next morning. Finance options are flexible and even though I didnt feel I could afford a new unit at this time they went out of their way to provide an option that was the best for me.Calling Lowerys was the best decision I could have made! He did a great job of explaining what he found and recommendations for what should/could be done but was not pushy at all. Never tried to sell me which I appreciate. Had a clog on a Sunday afternoon and Lowery was the only plumbing company that we called to return our call.

Blake and Talon were courteous and clear about what needed to be done and what was going on. Blake also let us know about some preemptive steps we could take to get ahead of any other issues that may be going on. With a newborn baby it was very important that our water appliances are in working order and they were here next morning to fix the issue when we called late afternoon. Thank you!

Larry came out and was very professional came in handled my clogged toilet quickly and also looked at other drains to make sure everything was working correctly, they were in and out in about 1 hour which was quick. He gave me the information I needed to possibly fix bigger plumbing issues in the future and was very professional and also friendly. I have had quite a bit of work done by lowry at my residence. My name is not on the LCAD so when I called this time they refused to do any work for me because I couldnt give them permission to come into my house. I will no longer use Lowry for any reason.

I absolutely loved that we could call them ANYTIME. We had to have our entire plumbing, under the house replaced. They are licensed by the state, and they warranty their work. Every plumber that had to come out, dig, crawl through the tightest imaginable spaces, and deal with a pipe bursting water onto his face, were the kindest, more considerate, and well mannered men Ive gotten to deal with. it was a truly stressful time for my family, and they stayed on top of it and communicated with us constantly. Thank you all.

AC went out on a hot, summer, Sunday . We called Lowery and they came out within an hour, replaced the furnace in the attic and did an excellent job. We’ve had no problems at all since it was completed. The men were efficient, mannerly, and explained everything they were doing. They had to remove the wood around the attic opening because the furnace could not fit through it . They replaced the wood, painted it to match the already existing trim and cleaned up after the job. They also hauled away the old furnace . We’ve used this company for cleaning and checking our AC and heating for about 13 years and would never think of calling anyone else. They check our filters and replace them with new ones, check the indoor and outdoor units and clean them semi annually. The office calls us to schedule these visits in case we forget that it’s time to do it. We appreciate their personal interest . Mr. Lowery has a fine business and good employees.

Roger and JJ were prompt, personable and professional. They were very helpful and patient in teaching me how to use the high tech thermostat and download the app. They even cleaned up the area before they left! I would highly recommend them!!!

The receptionist who answered was not willing to work with my company due to the fact that it was a Facility management Company. We offered to pay via Credit Card to have the work done as there was an emergency there and she was very rude with her responses. Talk about losing business for their company. We manage a location right in Lubbock that could will have a lot of business needs and we will not reach out to Lowery ever again.

Called around noon on a Saturday and spoke to a dispatcher or service. Got a call back from plumber within 10-15 minutes who said he would head my way soon. Then 5-10 minutes later the dispatcher called me back to verify that a plumber had been in touch. Within 30 minutes there was a truck at my house and within another 30 minutes my drains and toilets were all working. 5 stars in my book. Highly recommended.

Today is Christmas. Last night we had to spend the night in a hotel because all of our plumbing was clogged. No toilets. No showers. Initially we were being told IF we could get someone to come out it would be over $300 for holiday pay and that it would likely not be until the 26th. I called Lowery and Blake was AWESOME. So nice! Very prompt and he came to our rescue on Christmas and the best part is my cost was the same today as any other day. Thank you Lowery for not capitalizing on our crisis and for happily coming to our aid. Blake never complained or even hinted it was a burden for him even though Im sure he was missing some quality time with his family. I will never use another company after today!!

They cut to many corners and do only the bare minimum. When questioned, they did nothing but state their guys know what they are doing.

Technicians came to our commercial a/c unit and claimed that damper mechanism wasnt working. After a few questions, he admitted he didnt know which unit was ours so 2 more technicians come back out. They try to say our unit just isnt strong enough for what we need and try to sell me a new $18k unit. I called another company the next day for a second opinion and discovered that our unit was unplugged, had a 35 amp fuse instead of a 50 amp, which is probably what fried the compressor, and was completely out of freon. Ive called back twice to cancel my maintenance plans and havent received a call back. We will not be using this company again.

We called Lowery plumbing late Saturday evening and they came out and cleaned out our main line and our problem was fixed. We were charged exactly what Larry had stated on the phone. No surprise fees. We will definitely use Lowery plumbing again if needed.

He was polit and able to identify the problem and its location efficiently, and provided me with expert information. I had a new toilet installed by Michael. He was very professional and efficient. I hardly knew he was in the house. He quietly went about his work, informing me of any issues he found during the removal of the old one and installation of the new one.I am very pleased with his work.

I have the maintenance program for the AC system so I’ve had several different techs come to service it. They have all been polite and respectful. Not just to me but to my home as well. In 102 degree heat late on a Saturday, our air conditioner quit. We called Lowery, got the answering service and figured we were in for a miserable weekend. Within minutes Carlos called us, and said as soon as he finished the job he was on, he would be here, and he was!!!! Seriously, folks within 2 hours he had been here, and our unit was working again! The repair cost was reasonable, too! Far less than I expected, and within the quoted estimate given over the phone.

Dont let the 24/7 plumbing fool you. I called at 10:45 pm for an emergency service call. At 11:15 the call center called back asking if I had received a call from the plumbers. I answered I had not. At 12:15 I called back to get more information and they said that they could not page the plumbers after midnight and they would schedule something in the morning. It is now noon and I have not received a call although I was already able to go buy the parts myself now that the stores have opened and fixed it.

Called Lowery to unclog drain/toilet. Their $49.50 unclog promo is a great value! Lowery discovered an issue with my plumbling and solved the problem. Lowery Plumbing included an in line camera inspection at no additional cost. My drain and toilet work great now. Highly recommended service.
