Loveland home depot is the best
Dropped off and met with the kitchen design team over 2 weeks ago. I have called several times and am always getting the run around. They are not interested in helping us at all. I will end up spending money elsewhere.
Buyer Beware. When you purchase countertops through Home Depot, they subcontract your oder out to Front Range Stone. You are then at the mercy of this company for all dates and decisions made thereafter. We paid for our countertops on November 13th and they werent installed until January 4th. Our Home Depot receipt clearly states December 13th as the estimated install date. Front Range Stone took no responsibility for the delays, even though their company failed to return calls. I offered to email my phone records to prove our efforts in communication, and I was literally laughed at. If you have any question of whether to discontinue service with them, do it BEFORE they install. They told us they cant review anything in terms of refunds or compensation until after the install, so of course they came in, completed the install, and turned around and said theres nothing they can do. Aside from the awful customer service, I am disappointed with the quality of work. They made little effort to match the color of the seams on the countertop, so the seams are obvious. They give you a notice after installation that this can be expected, so there is nothing you can do about it. With all of the other recent negative reviews posted about Front Range Stone, I hope Home Depot reconsiders their partnership with this company.
We were in desperate need of a refrigerator and called the store. They said they were with a customer and would call back. 7 hours later no call. We bought one from Lowes and is being installed first thin in the morning. This is the second time in two months we received terrible service from this store!
Love it
