I highly recommend the Feazel Roofing Company to anyone. Tim B, the Salesman, Scott the Scheduling Supervisor and Shane, the Project Manager were very positive, professional and enjoyable to work with. Each explained the process very thoroughly. Tim indicated there was extensive wind and hail damage and to contact the insurance for a claim. When the insurance adjuster arrived, Tim conducted another inspection with him who agreed with the damage. Once the claim was quickly approved, Scott expedited the process explaining every thing in detail. A few days later, I was contacted by Shane, the Projector Manager, who arrived at the house the day of the installation. While walking with me he pointed out several areas of concern on the roof that needed to be addressed that would be corrected. The crew arrived at 7AM and completed the project by 3:30 PM. When completed it was spotless. When walking with Shane to make a final inspection, he observed a minor cosmetic imperfection that needed to be corrected and addressed it immediately. I would have never noticed. It is good to know there are still dedicated people looking out for the home owner. These individuals are truly an excellent asset to the company.

It was a very hot day although I seen the guys bring water in the early am. I still wanted to make sure they stayed hydrated so I gave them more cold water. Feazel was an excellent company to work with. We had trouble le with our insurance company not wanting to pay the claim. Our Feazel rep handled everything and got what we needed. When the work crews came out they did a tear off and installed the new roof all in one day. Not a small job! The quality of work and product was excellent. And all with a an awesome guarantee.

Do not subcontract for this company. There local office is in such disarray that I had 3 customers back to back that had immediate issues because the windows they ordered were not the right size and/or style. Ultimately, as the installer, I was sacrificed instead of those who actually bore any responsibility for the sales and ordering!!! Nobody in house seems to have a clue about the products they sell and install!!! A bunch of kids playing boss!!!!!!

Very happy with the roof Feazel installed in May, 2021. Matt Wiechelman did a great job coordinated everything with StateFarm. He showed up an hour before the appointment with StateFarm and was up on the roof marking everything in preparation for the discussion with StateFarm. Matt gathered all the facts and presented to the insurance agent and me. I was watching and checking all the communications they did directly with insurance over a few weeks. I was in the loop and they did all the work to have the claim approved. The material delivery process was great. The installation team was amazing. It is a very large and steep roof and 10 people were working on it and completed in 2 days. It was a really great team and they worked really hard. Shane checked and cleaned up minor follow-ups. Although they are not the least expensive, the experience I had from start to finish is definitely very good. If you need a new roof, I recommend asking Matt if he can help.
I had a small roof leak and could not find the source. They were able to find the problem and repair it for a reasonable cost.
Could not be happier with our new siding job and shutters from Feazel. Jared, our project manager, was responsive and professional. We have a very old house with a unique roof line/gable, so we were thrilled to find a company (after several let downs from other companies) who could do the job and come in under budget. Additionally, they even capped our chimney with our own materials for free! Couldnt recommend them enough and will use them in the future, if the opportunity presents itself.

Very Professional Service provided by Feazel Employees. The project was seamless from beginning to end including the work with the Insurance Company. All items that were listed on the punch list (clean-up, grass replacement, and broken path) light were taken care immediately. Definitely would use again if needed.

Feazel did a great job on our roof. It was an insurance job and they handled all of the negotiations with them. The cost was exactly what they said it would be. The crew were hardworking and quick. Great cleanup after they completed and zero problems after 3 months.
Great quality, everyone good to work with. Only downside was delay of the project due to covid and supplier issues that were not Feazels fault- however I would ask for more contact or more frequent updates. Roof, gutters, downspouts all look great!

Scott Widmyer was very professional from our first encounter as salesman to the very end of the project. His attention to details was very comforting. Months after the install, he stopped by to check on how everything was. I will be more than happy to recommend him to my friends and family.
Dont get me wrong, they did a great job on the roof. The problem came with the pricing. I was initially over billed several thousand dollars. Then with the correction I was still over charged $527.00. After several attempts to have it corrected with their team I ended up just paying the full amount and moving on. Bottom line is make sure you get it in writing up front.

Feazel reshingled our roof in February. A few weeks later we had to have our chimney removed. We called Feazel to the schedule an associate to come out and patch where the chimney was, over 4 months later we were still left with a giant hole (with a tarp over it) in our brand new roof. The same associate that we dealt with for over 4 months contiued to say that we will be out to fix it in a few weeks. We are very happy with the work that Feazel did, however trying to get someone out for a few hours to patch where the chimney was ended up being a four month nightmare! Best of luck if you need them to come back out.

The guy that came out was very rude and unprofessional. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable because I knew it was a matter of time my husband would of told him to leave(he didnt, my husband took his attitude surprisingly) . He was only here for 20 minutes and he was so condescending the whole time. All the other contractors were here at least a hour or so, going over what we were wanting and color, products etc... He did none of that.. He didnt didnt even get on the roof to take measurements or anything. He just took pictures of our home and said that was all he needed. Guess he had no intention on doing the estimate because he never called us back with an estimate and he said it would take 3 days. Its been over a month with no call. Glad we didnt hold our breath and decided to go with Ray St Clair Roofing for our gutters, roofing and siding. If its on the outside of the house. We replaced it. They did an amazing job. They were very professional and friendly. Guess Feazel wasnt interested in making big money off us.

This is a terrible company to use. They put their existing customers last. First of all they messed up on our financing program and second they are supposed to guarantee their product which they have not. We are now 9 months waiting on what they are going to do with our window where the seal has broke because when they were installed they did not seal top of window. They have been out 3 times so far just to tell us the window needs to be replaced and again, 9 months later, nothing has been done. My husband has even emailed the owner and honestly, we dont think he even cares. They are putting new customers first and existing customers last. They already got out money and they simply dont care. If anyone from Feazel reads this, My brother is in need of windows and siding on his home. Of course Feazel will not be getting this job nor any other from our family and friends. For anyone reading this, please reconsider using this company.

These guys did a great job!! I have a very complicated roof with multiple transitions and a Box gutter. They showed up early in the morning and didnt leave until 10:00pm when the job was done. They returned the next morning to clean-up and touch up a few points. Great to work with & I would highly recommend Feazel!

Many roofing companies use the same labor pool. There can be mistakes made with any company. The one difference is that Feazel makes an effort to fix them. I cannot rave about them, since they did make mistakes. However I can say they were responsive when I asked them to come back and take care of them.
Worst experience ever. After the contract was signed. Had to contact salesman he never returned calls or texts. There was no coordinating between the work steps being done and myself. I had to call the office weeks upon weeks, never getting answers, on whats the next step. Then finally somebody learned how to look up my records of me asking and with me complaining to contact BB. Then calls from a couple of management and the salesman then the work was completed. Took over a year to compete work.The contactor who did the siding work for some reason when he was completed vandalized the phone line. Phone company came out next day and fixed phone line. Contractor did not replace the back sattered corner piece either. Then after around and around with excuses from contractor, then the foreman sent another crew to replace corner piece.They had take off part of the siding on both walls, downspout, then replace the corner piece and replace siding. To quote the replacement crew We do this all the time, (fixing other crew stuff). Job security. The roof, downspouts, shutters, siding (one wall), and door replacement looks great. The journey getting there was painful. For example Why was the door replacement done after the siding was replaced? The door was being replaced due to rotting, including several 2x4s. Parts of the siding (nails) and edging had to be removed and replaced.
Despite my insurance company (Allstate) being a total pain to work with, Matt jumped through all the hoops Allstate kept bringing up until we finally got it approved after FOUR months. My claim agent did comment how respectful Matt and Mark were during their phone calls which was important to me because if they got on her bad side, she could have denied my claim or paid very little. The communication between Feazel and myself was excellent throughout this loooong process. The roof work was done quickly and done well. Would definitely recommend!

I am a widow and knew nothing about replacing a roof. i was told there was hale damage. Mark Cramer was Feazel’s “front man” and he did a remarkable job educating me and helping me negotiate the insurance system. We have not had a bad rain storm, but as far as I can tell all is great. if I have a problem I sincerely believe they will stand by their work.
Team Feazel did a great job installing our new roof system. They completed the job in a timely fashion including a complete cleanup. A follow up inspection was conducted at the completion of the job to make sure that all work was satisfactorily completed in a professional manner. Minor damage to exterior window screens was taken care of and, Feazel immediately replaced the rain monitor device for our sprinkler system which was damaged during the install. Feazel even painted the roof vent pipes to color coordinate with the new shingles ... a nice finishing touch. Their attention to detail and sincere interest in customer satisfaction is most commendable and I would highly recommend this company to anyone
Sales experience was not pleasant. I did most of the reaching out to get communication, request quotes, Etc. All in all, not impressed. Only reason I chose Feazel was the warranty. Otherwise I would have went with another company due to the lack of response from my salesman.
Initial sales person was excellent, and after that, the whole experience was terrible. Project started a month after when it was to have been completed, and only after multiple calls with no return calls as to when our project would start. And this is after leaving a 50% deposit. Crew that came out had little to no direction as to what was to be done, borrowed my equipment, damaged property (tree/landscape lighting), and had to call multiple times to get project completed as contracted. Between hollow promises and beyond poor communication, this project was very disappointing. Would certainly not recommend anyone put themselves through an experience with Feazel.

Feazel is about 100% customer satisfaction, which is my #1 priority when it comes to major work being done on my home (roof, windows and doors). Mark Cramer has done a great job and has tied all the pieces together very nicely in a timely manner, easy to reach and not afraid to get into the details.
All facets of our experience with Feazel were top-notch. The estimator/salesman, Gary was friendly and easy to work with. The crew that completed the job were quick and thorough. They arrived at 8:15am, removed two layers of shingles, re-roofed, installed ridge vents and flashing and painted all metal to match, and were finished by 2:30pm, including clean-up. Well done!!

Tree damage to the roof and gutters. Today the roof went on and I was told that the gutters will be about two weeks out. So far the experience has been excellent. The project manager Scott Widmyer has been very helpful and has explained everything. I was not able to be here for the install but made it back home to check out the finished project thus far. There was a considerable amount of wood that had to be replaced. Scott took pictures to assure us that everything was on the up and up. I greatly appreciate all the attention to detail. They went over the yard with a roller to make sure that we had not stray nails laying. (No flat tires) Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the company and their customers.

They came for a estimate have never heard back from the rep. I have called him and the office still.no estimate almost 30 days later and a promise to send buy this past Monday. Nothing . Did not get a chance to use there full service perhaps a sign .Well a update I finally got the estimate he was emailing to the wrong address but I have moved on not using there service I was under a time crunch
I had made an appointment online and didnt receive a confirmation. I called and they confirmed the appointment and sent the email confirmation. Left work early only to have nobody show. Made another appointment for Saturday. Waited again and nobody showed again. We were able to get a hold of the representative and he said he went to his sons t-ball game instead.Dont waste your time with this company.
Andrew came out to inspect my roof. He approached me with a very positive attitude, as he kept everything very professional. He was a very genuine young man that had great character about him. Kudos for Andrew for representing Feazel and keeping their standard for roofing on an upper echelon level.

Buyer beware: the sales department is separate from operations. Amie in their Westchester office gave me a date for roofing which was not correct. Then gives me another date for gutters and they never showed up. Gutters installed a week later. She basically just lies and no apologies. It has been several weeks since all work done and I still have not received a copy of the final invoice or letter of completion as required by my insurance. Their sales and marketing are slick but everything else is a hassle.

I had Feazel out September 30, 2019 for an estimate on 10 windows and a French door on the rear of my house.The rep told me he would have an estimate the next morning. After 5 days and receiving no response, against my better judgement, I called their office. I ask to speak to someone in charge and was told by the young lady that I would have to talk to the rep who had not responded. I finally reached the rep and he told me he was waiting for an estimate from Pella and had no idea when he would have it. 10 days later I still have no response or estimate. Needless to say I have moved on. I had two other window companies out and BOTH sent estimates within 24 hours. I will never make the mistake of ever calling them again.

HORRIBLE experience from day one. Roof is 2 years old and still leaking. (My roof that was 18 years old never leaked once). They talk to their customers horribly. I would NEVER recommend this company. Use a local company for better service. Every house on my street got a new roof, mine is the only one that leaked and the only one that used feazel.

The sales rep Jeremy Jones made a cold call one afternoon and said that there wasa hail and windstorm that went through the neighborhood last year and would Ilike a free inspection of our roof to see if there was damage.He went up on the roof with his I pad, took pictures of the damage and reportedto me that our roof may have additional storm damage and may be covered under ourhomeowners insurance.The damage was covered and the install crew did a fine job and were helpful in solvinga problem with a part of the roof.We are very pleased with the professional service that Jeremy provided as well as theinstall crew. If Jeremy had not made the cold call on us we would have never knownabout the damage and the time to file a claim could have expired.Thank you Feazel.

The March 1, 2017 hail storm damaged siding and shingles on our sun room and shed. Tim Baltica inspected our home and worked with our insurance company to reach an agreement regarding scope of repairs and price in a timely manner. Scott Widmyer, project manager made a personal inspection of the roofing repairs to insure that they were done correctly and to our satisfaction. Both gentlemen (and employees) were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Feazel did an excellent job with the roofing project however they left a mess with our driveway. We had oil stains on several locations an some were large. Scott, our representative, tried to use a small pressure washer to remove the oil. Several small spots were completely removed while the larger more deeply penetrating locations only faded. The company gave me a credit of $250 to my bill to have a professional pressure washing service clean my driveway. I still have a faint oil spot in the location that was the worst. Hopefully they have cautioned their roofers to be more cautious with the placement of their equipment on clients property.
I had my roof done by Feazel. The crew showed up at 7:30 in the morning and were finish by 5:30 PM. All in one day. They were very professional. The quality of work excellent. The project manager Scott Widmyer explained everything very thoroughly and made sure everything was done to my expectations. Scott is someone whom I can trust and keeps his word. I highly recommend Feasel.
Overall Feazel made getting my new roof after a hail storm a fairly painless experience. The roofers did an amazing job, and the project manager (Scott) was on top of it. We had a couple of minor hiccups related to gutters/down spouts. Basically the sales person put the order in incorrectly for what was being replaced (based on what the insurance was covering) and for the wrong color. Scott did clear this up for us, but it took it a bit longer than needed. I would use again.

Where to begin? A salesman came through the neighborhood after a storm and was able to get my roof replaced via insurance (only reason for the second star). From there- it was all downhill. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with Feazel. Use a LOCAL company, you will thank me later.First of all the salesman was out of the Columbus office. Once he had the signed contract, that was the last I heard from him. At which point I began working with the Cincinnati office directly. Scheduling took nearly 2 months to put on the roof which ending up being December. The roof itself looks good! Next up was the gutter and gutter guards. Within days after install, the brand new gutters were streaked with black stains from the roof (which looked worse than the 30-year-old gutters did). Feazel sent out Jeremy (their Cincinnati representative)to inspect and confirm this (more time off of work). This apparently, was the result of incorrectly installed gutter guards. Upon his inspection, we also found they had damaged nearly a half dozen shingles during their installation. I had to take more time off work to meet with this repair crew. Now onto the insulation. This was a total joke from the start! They failed to show up not once but twice (another two half days of missing work). When they did finally show up, they Drove the truck through my lawn, creating huge deep ruts (of which Feazel could have cared less about). Apparently, they didnt install baffles to allow the eaves to breath (which would result in a molding attic and a new roof in a few years). Enter Jeremy again, he confirmed this and scheduled them to come out to install the vents. Yep, you guessed it another no show and more missed work time. Last was my Cupola. The old one was a wooden structure and had begun to rot. So the original salesman recommend that this be repaired and replaced with hardy board (a synthetic material not prone to rotting), which I thought was a great idea! To finish off this fantastic job, they left the stickers on the wood and painted right over them!Even as late as September, I tried trading e-mails (2) with Mark Cramer ( the Cincinnati division head) about my concerns and have yet to receive a reply.After researching this company, you will find that the Feazel Brothers sold their share of the business and the only thing remains is the name. The new owner seems only concerned with growing sales and market share. Not the finished product. This is what I have found to be evident with my experience in the Cincinnati office.
Do not truat their online system to book an estimate. as other reviewers said, it wll double book. you will a confirmation email but that does not mean anything. i received an email the morning of appt but no one showed.
Starting with a no pressure sales person and then a great project manger the whole process was very customer friendly all my questions were addressed and Im loving my new roof.

They must pay people to post good things. Because their isnt one thing good about the whole company . Nothing but one lie after another . no shows. Sloppy crew. Had to have them do a return vist to repair a bad roof job they had did. Took over two months. To get them back. We ended up having to fire them . They where to install siding and gutters. That took them 5 months to get to.. And then scheduled a time to come out. And didnt show. And waited till the tme they were to be here. And called to say they were not coming. A day we missed from work . Do not have nothing to do with this company. Its all about the sales. And their commission s. . One lie after another.
4.5 stars. Scott Widmeyer stayed in touch with me and followed up whenever needed. I was very pleased with the crews work and with Scotts leadership and customer service.
