Jim came out and to give my grandmother a bid on her new windows. He was prompt. He was polite and over the top helpful. He was a fantastic person and was very helpful. Also he was personable and really knew his stuff. He didn’t push and left us all the information to make an informed decision. I really appreciated his time. Glad he came out to give us a bid.

I was excited to get new windows and a new patio door on April 15th this year. The team who installed the windows arrived and one window had a huge crack in the bottom pane and the patio door was mismeasured and wouldn’t fit. Therefore, a month later a gentleman returned to install the patio door that had to be reordered and was supposed to bring the replacement bottom pane that was cracked. Well, instead of a new bottom pane he brought a new top pane that wasn’t needed. Fast forward and I’m still waiting for the replacement bottom pane to arrive and be installed. I have called for updates on if the pane had been reordered for the second time and when the estimated time of arrival is. I get the same response over and over that it hasn’t come yet and they’ll call me when it comes. So overall the quality of the windows is great, but the company itself has a massive hole in its communication with the factory and doesn’t even bother to communicate with the customer. With any luck, maybe by next year the big crack in my front window will be gone…..4 months and counting…..

This is for the initial consult. Ladd was very generous with time and information. He listened carefully to my concerns and questions and answered them all. He did not give a high pressure sales pitch and did not try to upsell me at all—in fact, I had to ask about some of the obscure glass and other options which I knew about. They were in the brochure he gave me but he did not try to convince me I wanted anything which I highly appreciate. He also gave what felt like very honest replies to my questions about specific things.

We just bought the Windows. The Sale/Agent was great work with us, very well. The windows have not been installed yet. We will have to wait to write a full review. Other than that we are pleased so far. Thank you

First and most important, the windows are fabulous. Clear, insulating, and well installed.But... the service leaves much to be desired. I had to call twice to determine whether our windows were in. The second time, they were, but nobody had called to let me know or to schedule. It took 2 weeks to get ahold of the scheduling department. It took another month to get an appointment. The first appointment, the installers showed up (nice guys) and then they partially installed 1 window. They had no idea what trim they were supposed to install and didnt even know they were supposed to install window sills. They had to leave to finish a job from the day before and left us with 1 half installed window and a house full of misplaced furniture for another week and a half. Finally they came back and finished the install job. The job is professional and beautiful.Just maddeningly frustrating to get it done.

The installation team was polite and professional. They knocked out the job with speed and efficiency. And most importantly they did a great job and the windows look and work great! Will definitely recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future.

Good experience with salesperson! Bad first impression with company sales tactics. Did not like an extremely inflated estimate and then tell me I get 50% off.Overall they were very responsive and proposal was detailed and professional. Sales rep Jim Baker came to our home so we could buy some new windows. Weve used Champion in the past, and knew that was the only company for us to use to buy any more windows. Jim was well informed about Champion products, and was able to answer all of our questions. Now just to wait for our new windows to be installed!

I had 3 sliding glass doors taken out and french doors put in. They only sent 1 installer who could not carry the doors by himself as they are very heavy and he was a small guy so i had to help carry doors around back. This has left me with horrible back pain. After i helped him carry them i went about my business. He installed all 3 doors with paint chips all over them and 1 has a small dent. I can literally stick my fingers thru the 1 door from inside to the outside at top of frame. Another 1 you can see light coming thru. By photos you can see trim was peeling away from house very next day. As photos show much of the trim is not even cut flush and i have globs of caulking. I contacted Rich the next day and he came out and literally tried to close gaps by bending my doors instead of shimming it up the correct way. He told me he would order new panels but i would go to the bottom of list as this is now a repair and new customers come first even tho they were installed a few days before. I had not inspected doors before signing papers i was satisfied as a friend was in a horrific car crash and i needed to get to hospital. I have owned many properties and dealt with many contractors and this is the worst quality of product and installation i have ever had. I went with Champion because i thought the product would be better than buying at home depot or lowes and the installation would be quality. Never once have i heard I am sorry this is not the way Champion does business. They act like this is the norm . They refuse to return my money until they have put in a quality product and workmanship. I can see i am going to have to get a attorney so my advice to you is save yourself the hassle. Lots of other great window businesses out there. The photos will show you what i got. They were taken 1 day after installation.

The company rep, Mr. Baker, was on time for the appointment and was extremely informative and helpful in planning out this project. He had several suggestions that were implemented in areas I had not thought of, helped plan for costs and appearance, and had all of the info I needed to make this decision. He was very well prepared, personable, polite and friendly. And he took my disobedient dogs in stride! I would not hesitate to recommend Champion and Mr. Baker to anyone who is considering siding, windows, or sunrooms. They are a quality company!

Siding installation scheduled in the next 10-12 weeks. They were the only contractor that could give me a contract proposal during the same visit. Arrived on time, and got it done in the same day. Great. Now, my next review will be when the siding is installed.

Ordered windows on May 6th, at what I felt was a high price per window, but the 40 year old windows on our house were well overdue to be replaced so we just went with it. We were told it would be 6 to 9 weeks for the windows to come in. Called at 11 weeks, took multiple calls to get ahold of anyone, were told it would be roughly another 4. Called at 15 weeks, once again took multiple calls and a very angry message to get ahold of anyone, and miraculously they came in that day. Which is code for they were in but we werent a priority. Got the install scheduled for 2 weeks later. When the installers started putting in the windows, they were subcontractors who were amazing, they informed me that all 7 windows were anywhere from 3/4 to 1.5 inches short on the sides and top and would need to be reordered. So here we are, 17 weeks after ordering our windows, still with no windows and Champion not able to do anything for us other than promise they will put in a rush order on the new windows. Stay away from this company.

A masked man, vaccinated Salesperson ( which we appreciated), Tim, provided clear cut answers to our questions and detailed pricing information . We have used this company in the past and they have done quality work.

We purchased windows for our downstairs during 2020 from Tim Copley at Champion Windows, Fort Collins, CO. The entire process was very smooth and on time. The installers did excellent work, making sure everything was to our satisfaction and cleaned up the job site very well. Tim checked in with us after the installation to verify we were happy and to see if we had any questions. We have now met with Tim again and ordered replacement windows for our upstairs to be installed this year.

The online scheduling was easy and the representative that came to our house was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He was not a hard salesman like other window companies that put you on the spot to make a decision at your meeting. If we were looking for the best quality at a reasonable price, we would have chosen Champion. Based upon previous experience with other window companies, we chose a company with a better/longer warranty for a higher cost.

Update: They scheduled the installation of the windows at 17 weeks after I bothered them enough. They came to put the windows in and EVERY SINGLE WINDOW was the wrong size. Now we are waiting for a rush order on the windows that they previously were incompetent to measure. They measured 3 separate times. Customer service is a complete joke. They told me its company policy they cant offer any discounts for screw ups like this. They cant offer any discounts because they would go broke!! I can not stress this enough. DO NOT ORDER WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It has been 15 weeks since we signed out contract and we still have no windows. They havent even bothered returning a phone call! We have a baby due in 3 weeks and were supposed to have new windows before he arrived. To say were upset would be severely understating how I feel. Do not use them if you ever want windows to ACTUALLY be put in!

I am in the process of getting estimates which is why I have not yet chosen this company. Jim was amazing. We had a new patio door installed 2 months ago. The new screen door had scratches all over it and the screen itself was torn. The installer assured us that a new screen door would be ordered and installed. After 2 months and multiple phone calls all champion can tell me is that a new screen door has been ordered. They refuse to give me a definite date on when I can expect the replacement door. They wont even give me an estimate. I feel like i have been bamboozled, the salesman sold us on the wonderful customer service we would receive. They took my money and ran. Dont use champion, empty promises on the service and free lifetime repairs.Update: They came out to install a new screen door, the one they brought was scratched worse than the first one. Still waiting for a new screen door.

I gave them 3 stars as it has been kind of a not so satisfying sale and installation. First, the sales person put the door on the wrong side of the drawing, small issue I know but caused some confusion for the person to follow in the process. Second, the first installers to come were not what one would want as far as quality work. The job had to be somewhat redone. The sales person didnt think about having a lock put on the door to be locked from the outside so the only locking would have been if you locked yourself in the room. A lock was ordered and installed. The final result, however, is going to give us a nice place to relax out of the sun and away from those pesky insects. If one were thinking of adding a sunroom to their home I would recommend Champion, just keep an eye on all steps.

I purchased new windows a number of years ago. Have always loved the windows and quality. I experienced my first need for a warranty replacement. Kitchen windows apparently had a cracked seal and therefore moisture got in between the glass and caused streaks. I called to request a replacement, they made the order and got them in and I just picked them up and all set. Fit and looks perfect. This process could not have gone smoother. Very impressed.

This is my second set of replacement windows, I had a terrible experience with the first company I used so finding a long-standing company like Champion seemed fool proof. The sales guy and I made an agreement that I didn’t want to pay more than could be financed when I called the office to talk about the 1k I had to pay over what the financing wouldn’t cover I was told the salesman no longer worked there and was rudely told it’s my problem now and I need to pay. So I did, lesson learned. Now I have a crack in my window that I’d like to replace and have called twice, this time told it’s taking 30 days for phone calls to be returned. I’m so disappointed. The install was top notch and the windows are beautiful but as far as customer service and professionalism they dropped the ball. So shop around don’t sign anything, they don’t stand by their salesman’s promises and find a window company that values their customers.

The replacement hasnt been scheduled yet, however we are 100% certain that it will all go smoothly!

Horrible experience!!! Installers were late to start, complained about having to do their job, and were straight insulting using vulgar language with my little kids home. They broke 2 blinds and ruined my daughters Pottery Barn curtains by throwing them on the floor like trash and placing tools on them. All the windows were filthy..the frames scuffed up, and the door installed was non-functioning after they left. After notifying the install manger (Mr. Higgins) of my experience, I was told that was the personality of the worker (Steve) and he would have ANOTHER talking to. Now Im forced to hire a PROFESSIONAL company to fix their work and replace the other 12 Windows and 4 doors in my home (I planned on doing with champion but LUCKILY the sales guy wouldnt return my calls!) STAY AWAY!!!!! Heres a picture of some finish work by champion!

Excellent products (Patio Door & Replacement Windows) proved to be what is advertised. The biggest asset is the fact that Champion uses company employees to do the installs. Richard and Mike are fast, courteous, pleasant, professional and extremely proficient in their craftsmanship. We felt that Jim Bakker was prompt to the consultation and thorough in going over all of the features of the sunroom we are looking to purchase. He even invited us to the showroom in Loveland and showed us the finished product. We’re still thinking about it but it’s sounding very positive.

So guaranteed windows doesn’t mean when there is a problem with your Champion windows don’t expect us to come out and fix ‘me for free (as guarantee implies), it means we will charge you a $100 to come look at our mistake! Ridiculous!

I have used this company and specifically Tim Copley for years and he is terrific as is the product. Some trouble when laying them out to wash in that they tend to break the holders but if that is a flaw, it seems to be the only one. Hopefully, these newer ones will perform better in that way. If not, I will just call Tim like I do and he will mend them.A problem has arisen. I noticed with the new bathroom window that there are smears of silicone on the obscured glass. They will not come by and remedy this without proof. It is there, I can see it and they need to just come by, remove it with paint thinner or whatever because the surface is not flat glass. The homeowner should not be required to resolve this issue as these are smudges made during installation. This is good customer relations and a follow-up to installation.

I left two voicemails and never heard back. Im rating one star based on the lack of a response, even though I get their junk mail fairly often.

The nicest people work for Champion. The factory rep, regional manager, schedulers, installers and service folks were all very kind and helpful. This was the first time we bought replacement windows from any company and all questions were thoroughly answered and explained. We received bids from 4 different brands of window and found Champion’s warranty was the best. The install folks, Tim and John, had installed windows over 25 years each and had been with Champion for years. Having never seen a window being replaced, we were curious and had many questions. Tim and John were professional, cheerful, and just a pleasure to be around while they worked.On a side note: After we ordered the windows, when we would tell friends we are getting new windows from Champion, we were amazed how many have Champion in the own homes and all of them were happy with the windows.

I am still waiting on vents that were supposed to be put in as soon as they show up still waiting 2 months later and I have to call them to try to figure out where they are.....I still dont have them. Then their contractor scratched a brand new handrail on my deck....I reported it, the person I reported it to was supposed to come look at the damage and never showed. It was like they didnt care as long as they got their money. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Who in there right mind looks at your child then leaves small pieces of razor sharp aluminum laying inside and outside your home? The installers for Champion Windows. I had to clean up over two dozen small sharp pieces of aluminum trimmings inside. I am still counting 50+ pieces outside. Chalk, the ends of the chalk tubes, oh and did I mention the 50+ pieces of razor sharp aluminum....Get your workers in line Champion Windows. It is completely unacceptable for them to see your child and disregard their safety by leaving RAZOR SHARP PIECES OF ALUMINUM EVERYWHERE!

We have used Champion windows for two properties in the last few years. The process from getting a bid to follow up customer care has been excellent. However, the window product is the reason we keep coming back, we love how insulated the windows are for both temperature and noise. They are extremely versatile and easy to clean. I love how solid they look from the outside. And its great knowing that with the lifetime warranty, we wont ever buy windows for these properties again. Weve purchased quality windows from another company and learned the hard and expensive way that its worth checking out Champion. We needed new windows for the entire house. Champion didnt try to up-sell us. They came when they said that they would, and did the job in the time that they said they would. Our installers (Henry & Ken) cleaned up as they went, were professional, and very helpful. There was a small miss order (a missing grid & 2 locks that were supposed to match but were keyed separately) and they were on it immediately.

I needed maintenance on my older Champion sunroom. Brian & Cliff did an excellent job getting the windows & screens working & locking properly again. They replaced some screens & even checked the roof, which I wasnt expecting. They were polite, friendly & efficient. I was impressed with the way they worked to make everything right, not just the things I mentioned in the request for service. Well worth the price of the service call.

The salesman was great. He made lots of promises the company could not keep. After the initial installation the installer( Aaron who is the only decent person we dealt with) need some trimming that was left off the original order and said that it would be ordered and someone would contact us. After 2 months with a bath room that is unusable no one called. After several frustrating calls to the office and speaking with several people that didnt care. Few weeks later we were called to get the job. The installer came installed a sill plate but left the other 3 sides of the window unfinished and the bath is still unusable. Feels like I made a poor choice of window companies... spent a lot of money for a unfinished project .

Wish we had read the order better. Windows came with 1/2 screens. We had to order full screens after the install. All in all we had a good experience.
