I ♥️ Penske. Their prices are reasonable and the equipment is maintained in good condition. I had the pleasure of working with a recent transplant from NJ this morning (cant remember his name) but he already had the office dialed in and had me on my way in no time. Thanks!

Once again Penske fails - Reserve a truck at the time it allowed me to, and show up 15 minutes early (4:45pm) only for the doors to be locked and the facility closed. Looks like they may have recently updated the hours but it’s not like this is a gas station pickup, it’s an actual Penske facility - could have called or emailed to say to come earlier as well but nothing. Call Penske, they say yeah your trucks there, sorry you can come tomorrow.

This Penske was awesome! Uhal cancelled my truck 10 hours before my move and Matt at this location was extremely helpful and efficient. I will always use Penske for my future moves! The truck was easy to pick up and drop-off was also super easy. It made for a stress free move.

Matt with Penske is awesome. We needed the largest truck available for a business move (over July 4th Holiday) and Matt stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. He was communicative, professional, courteous, and understanding of our needs. We couldnt believe how seamless and enjoyable the process was.... and we were moving! ;) I would rent with Matt & Penske Loveland any day of the week!

Totally disrespectful of my time and my business.Dont plan on anything going quickly or smoothly. Be ready to waste an hour or so waiting on them to do what appears to be nothing.I called and planned ahead, telling them exactly what I needed and the nature of my situation. They listened and said they understood and we formulated a plan.They called to say the truck was ready to pick up, so I went to pick it up.I get there and they spin some story and start scrabbling to get the truck ready that they already confirmed was ready.Then I had to wait around because the manager was to busy on a call to be bothered with the paying customer infront of him.2 thumbs down on these guys.Totally disrespectful to my time and my business!!In total these guys have wasted 5 afternoons of mine in the last month.The empty front counter is what greets you when you arrive and the empty counter is there to reassures you that they are working hard....NOT

After getting rude and unacceptable treatment from 2 Uhaul vendors in Greeley the day before my move, Matt went far and beyond to help me out and got me what I needed. Very professional service!

The prices for these trucks for moving across country are the best we could find. The truck itself handled well and our possessions got to the destination safely.When we were returning the truck, we ended up about an hour late and they were nice enough to not charge us anything extra.

Fast and friendly service, rented a nice 26ft truck that only had 28k on it so felt extremely safe and comfortable (unlike the uhaul trucks that are about to break down)

Friendly staff, but unimpressed by their a: not providing required traction equipment for vehicles, and b: not having traction equipment available for an extra charge. This is Colorado, not Florida. Overall... a fine experience.

Beware!!! We showed up on our moving day and they told us they did not have the truck we reserved a week ahead of time! I am a nurse working overtime in this crisis and this was my one day off to move!!!! Also the last time we used Penske to drive across the country they gave us a truck that was underpowered and couldnt even get up the hills in Nebraska. You had to floor it the entire time and used an obscene amount of gas. On top of that, the cruise control didnt work at all making a 20 hour drive a nightmare.

The Loveland Penske dealership has been absolutely amazing! From last minute rentals, to truck leasing. I will continue to give Penske my business, as long as we are in business.. Huge shout out to Trevor, Conner, and Andy for five-star customer service. You guys are great!
