When we went here to rent a uhaul truck a few weeks ago, the man working here (I wish I remembered his name) was extremely helpful. The uhaul corporate side of things was kind of a nightmare and didnt warn us that the shop was closing 15 minutes after we placed our truck order (and we were 20 minutes away). Corporate wouldnt even give us a number to call this store directly. We rushed over there since we needed the truck that day and unfortunately got there right after closing. But the man had hung around for a few minutes, thinking we might be late. He was very nice and able to get us sorted out after just a few minutes. A+ on customer service!

Uhaul was a cluster to work with, but the gentleman at this location was a life saver. I was panicking that I wouldnt be able to get a trailer even though I reserved it back in July. I did not get his name but he helped with the screw up that was not even his fault, and that three other U-haul locations failed to fix the mess. I will be using this location time and time again just because of their customer service.

The person that helped us with our trailer rental had the paperwork finished and trailer attached to our hitch in no time. Friendly and personable with easy access just off of the 287 at 14th street in South Loveland.

I made a reservation for a pickup on Sunday based on their publicly posted hours and Uhaul confirming they were open. Drove a hour to get there to pickup the trailer to find they were closed. An employee was there and very arrogantly said were closed and I cant help you. Dont trust ANYTHING Uhaul says online or from their phone center. I wasted 3 hours of my day due to this. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAIN!!!!

Great service! Longer than average wait times. But, the staff made up for it by being friendly and helpful, and doing their best to manage too many appointments scheduled at the same time.

The clerk was very helpful and professional. He took excellent care to be safe during the COVID conditions. I appreciated his help with the rental process and getting the truck ready to drive away.

We definitely do not appreciate being accused of stealing fuel from your vehicle, especially since we ended on good terms or so we thought. This location is easy to locate and has a large parking lot. The front office could use a good cleaning, but the staff was very professional and polite. The check in and check out was quick and easy. The truck I rented was clean and the equipment was in good condition. I would use this location again.

Ignore Mr. Krause libelous post. Someone trying to sabotage someones business. Ive been trading with them for years. Nice honest people, always treated well. Locally owned an operated. Full Service U-Haul dealer, from small trailers to the big ones. has this operation and another in Cheyenne. Also sells propane, provides RV storage, miscellaneous other storage services. Highly Recommend!

The place I went wasn’t the problem. The people at U-haul was the problem. Way to much to the problem to explain but let’s say it was bad.

Renting a truck to move something everything went fine

Rep didnt want to provide rental of trailer because he didnt feel we were going to bring it back. Yes we were going over border line with Wyoming but we were committing to return it to its original location.Only help we for was a number for a different location in a different town.

This is the worst Uhaul dealer ever with by far, Avoid at all costs unless you want a to be threatened by the employees who carry pistols and have surly attitudes. True story, refused my return, was carrying a pistol, was insulting, and hateful, screamed at me, directed me to back into a bunch of equipment, looks like they strip cars in the back (theres tons of junked cars around, mixed with uhaul stuff); looks like a criminal enterprise, and is run like one. Uhaul knows how bad this guy is, take your business elsewhere, totally not worth the aggravation.

What a lazy guy! He was rude and had no desire to help us. We showed up 30 minutes after opening and he told us that he wouldnt be able to help us for another 30min. Avoid at all cost!!!
