Staff was very patient in helping 55+ seniors set up new phone and was knowledgeable when programming difficulties arose. John worked diligently to ensure new phone, second phone and iPad all were functioning properly before we left the store. Which took a good bit of his time. We really appreciate all his knowledge and assistance. Thanks John.

I Would have given them 0 stars but Yelp made me give a star. The manager John is rude and will not help you if you are going to buy anything. He tells you it’s not his problem. I went in with my partner another time for a phone and worked with him again unfortunately and he treated us poorly I will not be returning!

Aaron Lundmark was the associate with whom I worked in the store. He mislead my son about the installment plan for which he was signing us up. Subsequently, we made a one-time payment to avoid the installment payments which he applied as a charge rather than a credit to the account so I have now paid twice for the purchased accessories. Its now 2 months later and I still cant get this straightened out with AT&T. That $553 payment was a shock after paying off the $300 charge.

We were already customers and had come into the store to see about saving some money from our current plan. Jordyn Reece found us a new plan saving us over a hundred dollars a month! We enjoyed working with him so much we came back to get two new phones as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He provided us with an exemplary customer experience!!

Was having issues with my iPhone 7. I went in and both Aaron and Jordan were extremely accommodating. They not only gave me all the information I needed but also helped me choose which phone would fit me best. Then to top it all off Aaron went out of his way for a few days following to make sure I got all my stuff transferred to my new phone. They are simply amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for all their help.

Terrible, terrible place to go! Find another ATT Store to go to! This store does not employ people that are interested in working. I was treated like I had interrupted the only person on duty and was very annoyed with me for doing that. Not a friendly greeting, not a smile on her face. She showed no interest in talking to me, no eye contact. I know I must have interruped her time on her phone. Just like the kids look at you while they are gaming and you tell them to put it down and go clean their room. I told her I needed her help setting up my phone and she said I just do it the same way you do. I said you really dont want to help me, do you? She got so upset with me, she told me to leave her store and dont ever come back again. Just get out! Wow! Great way to talk to your customers!

I can tell you that my wife and I received 100% world class service from Tami! She was amazing to us! We came in to price shop plans with the goal of eventually leaving our current provider. We were very happy to find out the incredible deal that we’re getting by switching. Also with the extra savings we received it gifted us with an incentive to buy other accessories we never would have been in the market before. Tami was fun, friendly, knowledgeable and she really took the time to understand all our needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Now we have an even better plan, at a lower price with a fantastic care package and my wife is tickled pink about being able to get her new Apple Watch! Thank you so much Tami and AT&T. Wish we hadn’t waited so long to switch! You are amazing!

I purchased an iPhone from this store in October, 2019. I was promised a special promotion of $10 a month for 30 months. When I was charged $20 on my bill, I called Hayden, the store manager, and he told me that it might take up to 4 months to show up on my bill. I called Hayden again on February 11, 2020 because the credit didnt appear. He said he would try to make it right and call me back. When I didnt hear from him I called him on February 17, 2020 and he said he spoke to his regional manager, Nick Smith, and there was nothing they could do about it. This is a scam. There is a $300 difference between what they told me and what they charged me! The salesman lies and they dont do anything about it. AT&T didnt do anything about it either. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

My husband Phil and I went to the store on Saturday, 042019. As we entered I was met by employee Robert. I had recently bought a used phone from a friend, and needed help transferring my phones information onto the new phone. Robert was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Kiddo couldn´t give me a price on a phone(have a non committal account(cheaper go phone instead) ... he then asked his boss, came back with a phone for 399.99 ... well that´§ just sad !!! not as advertised on at&t site ... so away i go, purchased one on eBay and it´ s brand new !!!

She was very helpful and worked tirelessly solving my problem with setting up and switching my account over to Firstnet. She had a great attitude throughout the long daunting process. Not bad good employees they know their stuff. There is a manager there who is just getting garage by elderly people who could not understand. And he was extremely patient and did really well with those people. The only problem with this store is and not its not an official AT&T authorized whatever they call it. So you have limits to what they can do for you and what they can change.

They were very helpful, the young woman who helped me was professional and helped me get in and out with in an hour or so with a new phone. They have great selection on newer phones and were very clean. It wasnt that crowded when I went there either.

Need a new SIM card, looked up online closing time it shows 9 pm. I arrived at 8:35pm and the store was black. Door shows 9 pm as the closing m-f. Really sucks poor customer awareness, i worked retail for 15 years and we closed at a time and that was when we closed plain and simple.

I spoke with a Sales Rep named Tami Rae who worked off of 5943 Sky Pond Dr., Suite #124, Loveland, CO 80538. She was outstanding! I had a problem with my service on my iPad and she called about 15 people within Corporation to be able to resolve my problem. Im a door to door sales man and I was deeply impressed with the way she connected with her customers and quickly aided them according to their needs. She even went to the extremes of being on the phone for me and then working with two other customers at the same time! She needs to be payed more!!! I really did enjoy her time! Please talk to her, and shell give you AT&Ts best service guaranteed 💯😉

I would give zero stars if I could. The store employees lied to us about everything. Went in to upgrade a phone and add a line, was told there was a buy one get one free deal so we accepted that and then picked the color of phones and waited for the delivery rep to deliver the phones a couple days later. Once the rep shows up we find out there was no buy one get one deal and the color they offered us wasn’t even available for this model iPhone. So now we are paying almost $100 more a month on our bill because the store employees lied about everything with our plan

I had a really good experience here, I worked with Tami. My phone broke and she helped me a lot with getting a new phone that worked well and used the same case and also helped me figure out how to change plans. It was really easy to ask questions and it was a good experience. I will visit again next time I have phone issues

I walked in to this reseller with the full intent to purchase a Samsung S8 at full price. While waiting, I inquired where I could use the restroom facilities. I was quickly informed that the restroom was for employees only and not for public use. I informed the salesman that if I had to leave in search of a restroom (I needed one immediately) that I would not be back and that they would loose the sale. The salesman again restated that the restrooms were not for public use. I left... and did not return. Having said that, I did find the exact S8, new, on the internet for almost $200 less. I bought it, took the SIM from my old, cracked S3, fired it up. BAM! Nice phone.

Terrible coverage in Loveland! I am writing reviews on the Loveland stores in the hopes that prospective customers are warned and AT&T are inspired to improve their coverage.When I say terrible I mean unusable in many areas around downtown, Eisenhower, Lincoln, and other business areas.

Horrible sales experience. Walked in ready to buy a new phone and the guy talked me out of it. Standing next to a Dads and grads incentive sign two days before fathers day, he tells me there are no deals, incentives, nothing. What you see is what you get. Literally told me to come back in August when the new phone comes out.
