For years now the carrier has been putting someone elses mail in our box. Its the same house every time and happens multiple times a week. It happened to the people that lived in our house before us as well. They complained multiple times, as have I. Its even more fun when its a package and I cant just put it in the outgoing slot. I have to deliver it myself. I think its time they put me on their payroll. Im not sure why this is so hard to figure out. Just read the mail! I think if I screwed up at my job this much for this long Id lose my job, but nothing seems to change. Its absolutely ridiculous and Im extremely tired of it. I even leave notes for the carrier constantly, guess they havent gotten the hint.

Do not call for customer service, its all automated with no people to talk to, and no clear answers to my questions... i was actually very upset the whole time. There needs to be an option to talk to a person. Thanks

This post office always goes the extra mile to make sure your package is going the cheapest and safest way possible. They’re always patiently and friendly. I take my work mail home and go to Loveland instead of Longmont just because of how great this branch is. Ann is the reason this place flows!

On January 20, 2021 whoever the carrier was ( male) he had the mail in a disastrous delivery state. He had to keep going back and forth between the houses in the Alden/Dafina/Ramsay neighborhood. People were bringing him mail telling him it was wrong. He was horrible. I was expecting a check and have no idea where it is. I hope we never have him again.Unhappy homeowner on Ramsay Place.

Customer service is something to be desired at this location. I had a vacant notice put in my mailbox even though I never moved which caused my sons Christmas present not to be delivered. When I looked into this I received a phone call from the manager and when I told him that them doing this cause my sons Christmas present to be returned he told me to be an adult and check your mail this is absolutely horrible customer service l. Is this really the image that this location of the post at office wants to put out for its customers?

This is regarding one of your employees whom I did not get their name. I was visiting Sprouts on Monday the 20th and witnessed an interaction between a sprouts employee and a USPS mail carrier. The mail carrier was not wearing a mask inside the store and the employee approached her to remind her of their policy. The mail carrier went on to argue in a very obnoxious manner. Now I understand if theres a medical reason, however, this lady was not professional at all in her reaction. I was surprised to see someone who deals with customers all the time, treat another customer service worker so poorly. Especially when wearing a uniform, you should always be courteous and understanding of policies when at a place of business. Shes a poor representation of a USPS employee.

How does it 3-4 days to get a package that was delivered to USPS facility in Denver to go 50 miles to Loveland Colorado? My package sat 3 days in Denver before it moved. Im waiting on something extremely important Truly snail mail. It should not take 7 days to get a package from California.

I love my Downtown Post Office, its everything I love about living in Loveland & still reflects the small town I enjoy and want to keep as it is - REAL. Funky old building, friendly staff that knows your name. Its personal, like visiting friends. Deanna, Pat, Carl, Scottie, Kenny ( forgive me if I missed some one ) While our downtown changes to suit a few developers who smash old buildings to make way for more 1/2 empty stack em & pack ems the Valentine Station stands as a reminder of what makes Loveland great - Authenticity.

According to USPS my apartment was inaccessible for delivery. There are MULTIPLE problems with that story. Problem number 1: all mail delivery providers have a specific code to gain access to the mail/package area regardless of whether or not leasing staff is present. 2: my normal mail was delivered, but my package is unable to be delievered because my driveway/house isnt accessible!? Makes no sense. 3rd: I called the leasing office today. There was no attempt made by the mail carrier to drop off any kind of package. If this ends up missing, they better be prepared to face charges for theft. It clearly shows my package is at their facility. Lazy, LAZY people working here. Hopefully when the reviews get bad enough here, everyone working is fired. This isnt a one time thing. This post office is CONSTANTLY loosing packages or delivering them late.

Just dropped in to overnight some important documents. Pat was awesome! She let me know that I could priority mail them for about 1/4th if the cost and still likely have the business receive those documents by end of day Monday (today is Friday!). We chatted about travel and life and she helped me with my documents and my mailing envelope. Couldn’t be happier!

Im not always a fan of the USPS, but the folks in this building make stopping in a pleasure. Always the same friendly faces behind the counter and always warm and friendly. My favorite thing about this location is the clerks look you in the eye when they say hello, and actually want answers to the questions most people treat as platitudes. Im happy to give them my business whenever the need arises.Top marks for excellent service. One note - its a cool, old building, so it doesnt take many customers to fill the lobby. Try to go during off peak hours for super-fast service and a smile from your clerk.

60% of Americans work a 9-5 job and they open at nine. They left me a message saying to come pick up my mail, but I literally work EVERY hour they are open. I will legitimately have to call in significantly late or leave mid day from work to get my mail.

I love how USPS charges extra for the Priority Service, then deliver those packages late EVERY TIME. Oh, and another issue this time around, the tracking number indicates that it has been delivered left at the front door. Yet, I was home the whole day, and the package is nowhere to be found. Pathetic. I wonder what will happen to USPS once Amazon drops USPS as one of their carriers....Update: According to a neighbor, the package was dropped off in their driveway. Based on the way they found it, it seems the carrier just threw it out of their van onto thier dirt road, and drove off. So they delivered my package to the wrong people by throwing it on the ground. USPS is just the best....

Are you looking for your USPS packages to never arrive? For your gift cards and cash from naive relatives to be stolen? Look no further than 80537, home of the most useless post office. Ive had more than 10 separate addresses on the Front Range over the past three years and have never had an issue....until I moved to 80537. Christmas cards showed up empty, and packages were registered as delivered but never showed. Even more odd, I received a final (and only) notice for a package this pathetic post office couldnt even find. If youre moving to Loveland, either move north of 34 or make sure everything is sent FedEx or UPS.

YOURE SMART YOU WILL NOT USE USPS. I have had numerous packages come up missing. And whats funny is I have had tracking numbers on the last four packages that I ordered. All of them say delivered in mailbox but I never received them. I cant prove it but Im very confident the mailman is stealing my packages. I had a birthday card last week that my mother had sent me from Virginia that had a little cash in it the tracking number said it was delivered in mailbox just like the others but again I never received it. This is not the first address in Colorado Ive had problems with the post office this is the second address but I have lived while in Colorado that Ive had problems. I may not be able to prove it but I can warn others not to use this service if youre smart youll pay the extra and use UPS or FedEx.

Lost my birthday mail because of their own incompetence. Rather than addressing the problem, tried to push blame on me. Rather aggravated by the whole situation. Karl was super nice, but not the supervisor lady.

This one sucks. They kept giving me a keep to a box that either didnt work or was empty. I am still trying to get my package. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on multiple times and told I could not speak to one else. I would give it 0 stars of I could. I fully plan on going there in person to deal with this and I shouldnt have to. Customer service sucks worse then any place I have ever delta with.
