I appreciate having a FedEx shipping hub close. With that said, have you shipping stuff ready to go and be aware the lobby for customers is super small. Be patient with staff they do there best and will take care of you. Its not there fault they dont have alot of staff or space.

I went there to ship non spillable battery to the (GOAL ZERO) company, the treat me bad then they refuse to do so and they give me SHIUPPERS DECLARTION FOR DANGERSOUS GOODS to sender it to the GOAL ZERO they refuse to send it and she is happy about that, after that i want to UPS the shipped it no problem,Terrible experience. Customer service lady is very rude.

No problems at counter ever. Problem with FedEx drivers who refuse to walk package to front door. Packages left in driveway exposed to weather and thieves.

The guy at the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful not only to me but the person in front of me.

The driver didnt even knock when it was a signature required package. They just said undeliverable and left, not delivering the package. Very frustrated.

This ship center is fast than others

I get several deliveries a week as my company sends me work so I can work remotely from home. All these shipments are sent standard overnight, with delivery guaranteed by 10:30 a.m. However, maybe 1 delivery in 4 is actually delivered on time. The others are ALWAYS late. When Im sitting around waiting for work to arrive, this is a pretty aggravating situation.

Excellent service on an important international package. Took care of everything, including customs filings. Delivered ahead of time.

If I could give a worst rating I would. Clerk was extremely rude and refused to call out the manager. The sign sign said manager on duty Josh Street. The clerk also refused to give his name. I get the holidays are busy but that is no excuse extremely rude behavior.

The worst delivery service if you have any special needs like after 5 delivery or needing to have items delivered next door if your not at your business when they randomly arrive.Impossible to find the proper phone number to call on there websight and there chat is computer answered and cannot help with anything outside of its canned questions.

Delivering packages 101: if you are delivering to a secure apartment complex, use the call box to buzz the resident. Do not just label it delivery attempt unsuccessful, place of business was closed. Especially when its coming from a pharmacy, it was overnighted for a Saturday delivery, and it says refrigerated all over the box. Geesh.

So the tag on the door said to pick up after 7pm but no where did it say it had to be before 9pm. They might want to add that to their tags!

Very incompetent service, they should learn package delivery from Amazon. I was expecting an overnight delivery and when i checked my tracking info the delivery driver had entered incorrect address. I called customer service and they confirmed that the correct address was on the package. Not sure if the driver was just lazy or incompetent. I also had my phone number on the package.

I had a great experience with Fed Ex this morning. I needed a box and shipping and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very pleasant employee!

We were sending a computer back to the seller because it arrived broken. The store helped us to get good packing material, a box, and we got it shipped off pretty easily.

I have had many packages delivered by FedEx. They usually throw them on the front porch & I mean throw. Today it is pouring down raining they put it in a plastic bag & left it hanging on the back gate. The box was soaking wet. . Mind you, I was home & my husband was next door in the barn. UPS always walks up on my porch, knocks & leaves at front door. Not happy!!

I have been waiting on a package for a week now, they put a tag on my door Friday without knocking or ringing the door bell. My work tools were being shipped and cant work with out them!!!! Said they would redeliver. Monday morning they tagged my door again.... No knock or ring. Tag is checked be present for signature ....I have been home both times and I have lost multiple days of work because of your ignorance. I call and get someone who doesnt speak English and I hope no one will ever choose you as a career ever again. I know no one I know will. FAIL!!!!

Recieved my package which just so happened to contain my bank card the FedEx packaging was opened as was the envelope that my card came in. Im sitting here in desperate need of having this card to use my money while also terrified of activating it because literally anyone within the FedEx company could have my card info

FedEx is pretty much terrible. I am an avid online shopper and try to avoid using them as a carrier whenever possible. My latest folly came when ordering from Blue Nile, which is contracted with FedEx so I didnt have a choice. Free 2 day shipping= 2 days later not only is my package not delivered, it has gone onto a truck and then gone back to a facility within the span of a day. Two calls to the Loveland facility and two hangups with computer generated apology later (sorry, were experiencing a high volume of calls right now, we cannot help you), I do not have my item, I do not have an explanation why FedEx is incompetent, and I do not have any idea from their website or customer service when my item is being delivered. Oh, but I can drive an hour to their facility to pick it up myself, I gather from their website. Perfect.

This is the most terrible Fedex location I ever come! They do not let me pick up the package under my husband name. I wasted 50 minutes there just for one package, and plus I drive more than 30 minutes to get there.I have my driverss license, my husbands credit cards, insurance card on which both of our names shown, I have proof of document showed I live on the address as well.And they refused to give my package back to me.Finally, I talked to their supervisor and got the package.But the experience made me sick!

I didnt understand why everyone kept leaving bad reviews for this store until I ran into John today. All of a sudden the week of my sons birthday. They cant help me print something that I have already printed at the same store. Really frustrated and frankly Ill never go back.
