Ive been with Paramount now for about 13 years and have had a very good experience with them. In 08 they installed a full yard irrigation system and it has been operating like clockwork ever since. They maintain it for me still today.We have had them do our mulch beds many years and that turns out good too. They just did ours today and it looks great. It had been about 3 years since we did mulch in the beds and they cleaned up all of the weeds, old leaves, and trimmed the bushes great. They also did the edging as expected and then mulched. Everything looks brand new. We also had them pull out some old bushes and put in new. Planted some sod as well.Paramount has also planted some trees for us that worked out well. We also depend on them to do our fertilization and weed control and that has been great.

We contracted with them to put in a sprinkler system. Perfect recommendation on system and expertly installed. Charles, Mark, and Chris were superb. So much better install than the people who did the last system at our old house. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Paramounts team came out in mid-January to install my new lawn sprinkler system and did a fantastic job. The were always punctual, diligent and very professional and polite. Even under less than ideal conditions (low-mid 30s) they completed the job in three days . They also did a great job with cleanup.

This was our first year with Paramount Landscaping and we could not be happier. We completed the 6 round application program and are definitely looking forward to next season. All the employees were professional and knowledgeable. Especially Mindy and Dereck as they went above and beyond to help us understand the process and gave us suggestions on the next steps to having a healthy lawn.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Multiple issues: (1) crew arrived and left without saying a word - not a word to show work, ask about anything. We have used a lot of contrators - just poor customer service; (2) the work was poor on many levels - uneven edges, dormant grass (what they call it), different colored grass. The dormant grass we are told will come back in 3-4 weeks, but thats not why we wanted to sod in the middle of the summer. When asked if we could have non-dormant grass to replace it they said it was not possible. By their own admission, the edges were uneven - they fixed that after we called them back out; (3) contract said they would put topsoil down and starter fertilizer - neither was done. The second by their own admission after I asked if it was put down and the former because neither I nor our neighbor who walked past them a few times saw topsoil; (4) crew left their trash all around. When they came out they apologized for the trash disposal. (5) there was a scheduling mistake. We were putting down an invisible fence for our dog the same day so we scheduled both the same day - sod in the earlier part of the day so the wire for the fence could be put down before the sod. That morning when they had not arrived I called and opps we forgot. So we had to call the invisible fence people and cancel that day. If thats not enough reasons to stay away then not sure what is. Those are facts.

Super happy with Paramount. Went to them after using Tru-Green. Could not be happier with the service. Was home on the first application and Derrick could not have been nicer. Took the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect. Very knowledgable and very personable. Lawn looks great. Highly recommend them.

We love our new landscaping! We had a huge flower bed in the backyard that just wasnt manageable. Drew came out, designed a much more attractive layout, and we are thrilled with the results. His team tore out the old bed, laid sod, put in several new plants, edged, and lined all our beds with river rock. They finished in a day! Everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful. It was refreshing to work with a company who was so thorough, did great work in a reasonable amount of time, and communicated openly with us!

Paramount installed new LED deck lights on our privacy fence. I have 2 big compliments here... the light tech, Chris was not only very experienced and timely in his work but he was SUPER tidy. My second compliments to the job done, is the product Alliance Lighting. Our lights look elegant and they’re well made. You can control your lights using the IT Alliance app, which was the easiest setup I’ve ever done when using such technology! Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. The job was seamless and in return we have beautiful outdoor fence lighting to go with our landscape lighting. Highly recommend Paramount and the entire team there!

We have had Paramount Lawn Service for many years now and have always been happy with their service. Josh and Adam showed up today to re-grade my front beds and it was not an easy job because of the flatness of the front yard and the current grade. They did a fantastic job of re-grading. They installed our sprinkler system and for 10 years now it has run pretty much hassle free. When it had issues they were here quickly and fixed it fast. Employees are all knowledgeable and friendly. I called Paramount Lawn and Landscape on a Thursday morning, got a call back from Dennis at Paramount Thursday afternoon. Dennis came to our home Friday morning at 9am and created a beautiful landscape design using a computer program that showed pictures of our back yard with his new design by 2pm on Friday. Dennis and his crew came out the following week on Wednesday and completed the design on Thursday. They did a beautiful job, were very professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend them! Their pricing was also very reasonable.

We had Paramount Lawn for the entire 4 years we live in the house. The reason we picked them was how the lawn looked when we purchased the house. The previous owners had contracted with them. We wanted our yard to stay looking as the day we moved in and they did an excellent job maintaining that standard.

Having an apartment community up on a hill can make winter time a little scary. Paramount takes great care of our entrance and our community to assure everyone is safe coming and going. Great job!

Paramount Lawn & Landscape did a wonderful job installing our sprinkler system and maintaining it. Their costs are very reasonable and they are highly responsive to customer needs. I would highly recommend their services! Our lawns appearance improved tremendously once they installed the system with minimal increase in our water bill.

They did a good job for several years, but starting late last year the quality of the service has dropped significantly. They didnt do the final application last year until the week before Christmas when a guy came out with a hand spreader and did a cursory walk through the yard (about 15 minutes for several acres), which of course by that time was already dormant and the ground already frozen, and of course for which I was charged full price. This year they have been very erratic. I had no treatments from late May to late August, and the yard has suffered. They say they are coming out but nobody shows up. Im not sure what happened, but it may be time to look for another service.

Paramount was professional and easy to work with in my new lighting and irrigation installation. They were prompt, cleaned up after installation, and very friendly. I highly recommend them

We have been Paramount customers for years. They installed our sprinkler system and do annual maintenance on it for us. In addition, they have fertilized and aerated our yard for the last several years. We contracted with them to do some work on our daughters home too. They have always done great work and we highly recommend them.

Update: Paramount Landscaping came by today to spray the weeds. I was happy that they came by so soon after I originally posted this review.

They help to make your lawn care needs a success

I installed 15 watt systems from the big box guys twice over the last 10-15 years, and spent much time replacing bulbs, replacing timers etc.When I heard about the long lasting LEDs from Paramount, we pulled the trigger and had the guys from Paramount out to quote and later install their system. With the perpetual timer they use we never have to worry about changing to or from DST and the timer knows when the nights are getting longer.We love our lights and the folks at Paramount have been terrific to work with. Several of my friends have also hired Paramount which is testament to their service and professionalism.

3 years ago we had a paved patio with walls built by Paramount. It turned out just beautiful and the workmanship they put into it was the best. So it made sense to me to call them again this year to build 2 retaining walls with drainage and to level the top tier in our backyard . We wanted everything covered with sod. Once again Paramount did a professional job in a timely fashion and what was built was impressive and designed to what we wanted in our backyard. I would highly recommend them for any landscape or hardscape project.

I hired Paramount to do the fertilizing and feeding of my yard at my old house back in 2016 and havent turned back since. Their employees both in the field and in the office are always friendly, professional and knowledgable. My yard which was 1.3 acres was amazing looking and when I recently moved to west chester ohio I called them to do my yard here. As with my old property the yard/lawn was not cared for properly in years. It is coming around and looking healthier already. I know by the end of next year I will have the best looking yard in our culdasac. I highly reccoment them for all your yard and lawn care needs.
