Placing the order online was quick and easy. I was given a number to text to book my appointment to pick up my pine straw mulch. The bales were ready for me with my name on them the next day and I just swung by and picked them up.

If every business worked like this Id be happy. Matt is about as friendly and kind as they get. I was able to pickup my order at my convenience and their product is perfect and I will continue to buy and support them.

Great customer service. Matt and Scott were every helpful. Of course the price is right and I use pine straw mulch for a variety of reasons. It looks very natural and they are light so spreading them around is easy. Also they do not form a rain impervious thick mat like other mulches do.

Bought pine straw mulch from here last year and buying more this year. They are easy to deal with. Priced cheaper than anywhere else (if you can even find it elsewhere) nice guy loaded up my order when I came to pick it up and gave me some tips on spreading it.Pine mulch is the best! NO WEEDS at all, none. One year later and not one weed made it through the pine straw mulch. Don’t believe me? Look under any pine tree and notice the lack of weeds.

We have been buying pine straw for at least 12 years and this as the first time that it was PERFECT! Price was wonderful. Purchased online. Pickup very efficient! Lovely drive from Kettering to Loveland. Will see the guys next year. 18 bales fit into our T&C van perfectly. We got the long needle mulch which is best. I’ve had both.Don’t hesitate just purchase!

We just finished up spreading 33 bales of the slash pine straw and my wife and I are soooo happy we chose this over the traditional brown bulk mulch. It truly adds a classier look to our beds. Also, have to say that dealing with Scott and Matt at Cincy Pine Mulch made the entire effort very comfortable....from our conversation about the products, to on-line ordering, to actual receipt of the pine. Both were quite helpful and courteous. Bales arrived earlier than expected, had virtually zero debris in any of the bales, and spread exactly as Scott had advised. Heck of a lot easier than the much heavier wood mulch. As well, even with delivery, this turned out cheaper than the alternative and, once again, looks better in our beds. Would strongly recommend checking them out.

Used CPM long leaf pine straw for the first time this season and will definitely use them again! The pick up process was very easy and quick; I was in and out with 24 bales under 5 minutes.The pine straw was high quality and densely packed at a very attractive price. Overall value is much better than big box store product. I would recommend CPM to anyone.
