Community Green Landscape Group completed our cleanup, prune, and mulching. They did a great job and were very professional.

I typically do not take the time to write reviews but in this situation if it helps someone else save their time and energy, then i must.I worked with Jeremy Jackson to contract community green to conduct the snow removal services for my preschool and landscaping / snow removal services my wedding venue. I signed contracts for snow removal services for my preschool and I must say after being in business for 20 years it was literally the WORST service I have ever received. The school opened at 7 am each day and I made it very clear when I signed the contract that they needed to be present at the school by 6:30 am. This entire winter they showed up well after families dropped off. I received complaints the ENTIRE winter about the service. I tried sending nice text messages / emails requesting services and they were always met with excuses. That did not stop them from the $10k in snow removal fees that I paid for extremely poor service. I absolutely would not recommend them .Fast forward, my wedding venue that I also contracted at the same time as my preschool. Literally the same poor service on snow removal and on landscaping. Literally my employees showed up for work and could not drive up the road due to the fact that they did not open the road up and it was 10 am. When it came to mowing season, I explained when I signed the contract that they had to mow Monday through Thursday because we have events on Friday - Sunday. My requests were not unreasonable, I simply was looking for the mowing to take place and the landscaping beds to be maintained. We again sent constant reminders because inevitably it would be Thursday and we would still not have service. Again, I can assure you, I was just asking for the contracted service to take place.I received an email on Wednesday stating that my contract had been terminated with zero warning. This was a blessing in disguise but what kind of professional company terminates a contract and states shortage of labor - no warning whatsoever. Grant it, there service was so poor I had inquired about what the cancelation policy was but I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache.

We are beyond frustrated with the service (actually lack thereof) that we have received from Community Green thus far this year. We have called and emailed so many times and their responsiveness in nonexistent. We have grass over 2 ft. tall in places, weeds GALORE, bare minimal mulching done, and the end of May and still NO FLOWERS! You never know when theyre going to show up, theyve only been here a few times so far this year. We have reached out to everyone we can there, the branch manager, his boss, even all the way up to the CEO and still no response back with answers. This is the Worst landscaping service we have ever received from a company! With the amount that we pay them on a monthly basis and the type of service that we have received, it is absolutely Horrible! They have definitely not held up to what was proposed and expected by them. We would not recommend them to anyone!

We hired this company for our neighborhood and they said they could manage our irrigation system as well. At first they seemed very enthusiastic, then not so much. Our irrigation system needed a lot of work, and they kept saying it was all working. Maybe it was beyond their capability but they wouldnt admit that. Would not recommend this company.

I was in the sharronville convention center green conference and I could not be put off more by how 4 of the employees carried them selves while in company gear. Constantly cracked jokes while the speaker was conducting his presentation. Smelled of smoke and slopply put together. Wouldnt use or recommend.

Absolutely terrible...they have guys drinking in the job ...dont know talent when they have it ...very unorganized management is confused dont really know whats going on some managers drinking on the job...I highly recommend not using this company
