Elton at the Zales in centera is amazing! He was so patient with us while we tried on so many wedding bands. He ended up finding the PERFECT band to fit my custom ring!!
I have had only positive experiences with Zales and the friendly staff at the Centerra, Loveland, CO store. I bought my engagement ring there and have been shopping there ever since. Polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

My grandmothers engagement ring had been broken for many years. I was afraid to part with it. My husband took it to Zales in Loveland, Colorado. They repaired it back to its original glory. It sparkles again And I couldnt be happier.
They completely lost my ring in the mail! I definitely don’t recommend this place at ALL! I called and asked them what I need to do to find it and they said that once it leaves it’s not there problem. So now I’m just our that money. Please don’t buy from them online they suck!! I’d rather go to Kay jewelers or Jared’s from now on!
It is so sad the Greeley store closed. I walked in to get our jewelry cleaned and inspected. No one greeted me at all. Stood around a couple minutes. I went outside and sent in it husband who was greeted and taken care is immediately. Will not return to this location.

She was incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. If you live in the Northern Colorado area, I recommend this location over any other. Fast efficient service
Honestly I wish i could give them 0 stars. But since I have to give them one, I do love my rings themselves. Theyre beautiful and exactly what I needed/wanted. HOWEVER, our experience with them has been AWFUL. First off, my husband bought my rings on sale. Unfortunately, when he bought my wedding ring, they didnt have it in silver to match the engagement ring. No biggie, they had it ordered and let us keep the ring they had in store just in case it wasnt ready before the wedding. Problem #1: when we went to exchange the show ring for my actual one when it was ready they tried making us pay for it a second time! Then, they tried to make us pay the difference from when it was on sale. After about an hour and half we got my other ring and didnt have to pay. Problem #2: they never gave us the diamond bond papers, so when I brought it to fix it after I had gotten it caught and bent it (2 months after I had done what I thought was a diamond bond check), they charged us to fix it. My husband argued with a lady saying we werent paying for it when we had paid extra for a warranty. Finally she said she would pay half but we still had to pay the other half and gave us new diamond bond sheets and let us essentially start over with it. Problem #3: we paid off the Zales credit card for the rings, and then said we owed another $300 and charged a late fee. Once again, my husband argued and finally got to talk to a higher up person. We had to show the receipts from both the original purchases and the credit card payments. Guess what? It was paid off!! Then, my husband lost his ring. Now, when we bought it, we asked if the warranty covered loss and damage of his ring because of his career. They said that it did. Well, problem #4: he lost his ring and guess what? It doesnt cover loss. We went to Walmart and bought the same ring for $35 that they charge $120 for at Zales. My advice, if youre going to buy jewelry, especially for when you get married and its something you will wear every day for the rest of your life, DONT GO TO ZALES!!! Any where BUT Zales. And if youre looking for a mens ring, just go to Walmart.

Recently my fiancé and I went engagement ring shopping. After going to a few other jewelers we went to Zales at Centerra in Loveland Colorado. Kym Betz greeted us warmly and listened to what we were looking for. After looking at several choices, we made our decision. Kym did a great job at showing us our financial options and was very patient while doing so. If you are shopping for any jewerly I highly reccomend Zales!!
Bought a wedding set for my wife a couple years ago. Figured Id re-rate since Google wiped out the ratings. We had absolutely no problems shopping. Staff was courteous. No problems resizing the ring on time. Great first experience.
Horrible services. Lack of communication, didnt give all our needed paperwork when purchased my wifes wedding ring and engagement ring, and now are charging more money to fix it (The ring was bent and lost a small diamond then as a result the warranty will not be used to fix the shape without the diamond being replaced but they are charging me for the diamond) for not having a diamond bond paper and say I didnt get it when I have all the paperwork Ive ever had from them and its not there. The lady was kind enough to finally give in and work a little with me by them dropping it to half price but still Im spending more money on a warranty covered ring (whats the purpose of a warranty if it doesnt do anything). Even before it was sent in it was said itll be free now its not. So if youd business with them get everything in writing.
Terrible customer service. Tried to charge my account multiple times! Took them 3 weeks to return the money they over charged. The return policy is absolutely horrible. Won’t do anything to help you even if your a day past. Terrible terrible. Take your money somewhere else. Selection was awful too.
After having my wedding ring for a year I can say I am not happy with the quality of the jewelry or customer service. I have lost 4 diamonds in a year, all on the same band and so my first year of marriage I have been without my ring for 1/3 of my first year of marriage which i consider a faulty product. I have voiced my issues and they still have yet to return a call i was told Id receive a week ago. I will not be purchasing anything else from Zales if they have no problem selling faulty jewelry. Jared on the same shopping area treats me with way more respect and provides prompt service and goes above and beyond to help customers if you are spending money take it there.

I ordered a loose stone through the manager at this store two months ago. When I first order the stone he told me two weeks was the expected delivery date. So a little over two weeks goes by and I did not receive a phone call. I then called the store and talked to the manager and he said, it should be in by the end of the week. That week goes by and then I called in again, I could not reach the store manager this time but I spoke to a representative. The representative told me that she had no record of my order and that she would have the manager get back to me. Another week goes by and I call in again and talk the store manager about my order. He tells me, I dont understand why its taking so long and I will call you when its in. He said nothing about the other representative saying they had no record of my order in the system. At this point, this is all getting very concerning because I was only a couple of weeks away from making my second payment on a diamond I have not even seen yet! So I make my second payment for this never seen diamond, I then decide to try Zales Customer service via telephone. Frist talked concluded with apology assurance that a district manager would be in touch in 48 hrs. I waited five business days before I called back. Second talked concluded with she had no record of my order, even though I have my two payments for it on my Zales card. Also that the district managers computer had been broken causing a delay and that the district manager would be in touch by the end of the day. I will update when I know more.
I used Zales for 9 years - and will NEVER use them again. They LOST my wedding band and gave me someone elses - then argued with me about if I was sure it wasnt my ring - even though they had documented pictures it wasnt mine!!! They apparently located my band at the repair store, however that was over a week ago and nobody has called me back to get it, nor will they return my messages.
Big engagement ring selection I was so overwhelmed but Desirae was able to to help me pick the perfect ring for my fiancé, she had great customer service and her knowledge for jewelry is out of the world! I will be back for sure in the future, thank you Desirae !

Friendly service every time Ive been there. I go in only twice a year to get my wedding rings checked since I have a lifetime warranty on them.
My rating is for the staff that did a great job assisting me! Im not impressed with the selections these days, but I hope they get some more fashionable things in the future!

Wonderful experience, and got the perfect wedding rings for me and my husband.
Need to upgrade there computer systems. So they dont magically lose you out of there system. When it comes time to repair the things that you have purchased.
