Horrible customer service. Spent $20k on my engagement ring here. Took it In to get my six month cleaning and the brown haired lady takes it to the back and brings it back to me and asks me “is that better”? I usually drop my ring off and told her that.. she said yeah it’s not required. In my opinion a $20k ring should need it. Refused to do anything to help me. We also bought a $600 watch here that wasn’t working correctly.. her answer was “watch the YouTube video” you’re the one messing it up. Me and my husband will never buy from here again. We have spent too much money here for this horrible customer service.

The customer service we received seemed very commission based. I did not appreciate the rudeness. We asked to see a specific ring we were shopping for and it was pulled from the case for us, however, the sales person held it up for us to look at, didnt allow for us to even try it on and said that since it was already on clearance we couldnt use a discount we received by mail. We hadnt even asked the price of the ring, just asked to look at it. You would figure that would include trying it on, making sure the size was correct. Im not sure Ill be giving my business to them again, not in-store anyway.

Her ring is spectacular and it was finished 3 days earlier than promised. I will be a lifelong customer with Helzberg. Ask for Holly, she is amazing!!!

The ladies that helped us here were sooo sweet. Tina and Susan were very knowledgeable and Susan had picked out just the right ring in my price range. They were totally respectful of our budget and didnt push us to get anything higher. Our best experience while shopping for my engagment ring by far.

Went to go return a gift we got for our little girl. The gift was only $100 but they couldnt give us cash back because they didnt have that kind of cash in their drawers I get jewelry stores dont carry alot of cash but $100? Come on guys. They are sending a corporate check we have to wait 2 weeks or more for with no tracking.

Had some issues with online ordering. Was frustrated and went to the loveland store directly. They were top notch, solved all the issues and even stayed open past hours for me so we could get everything taken care of.

I had a great experience at Helzberg. They had a huge selection to work with and it was also a beautiful selection. I did my homework before going in knowing what I wanted to look at. Skyler was very helpful and welcoming. I realized after the purchase, my ring had a couple of loose diamonds, I immediately took it back and it was quickly repaired. Honestly, after reading some of the reviews, it surprised me to see that some of the experiences were not so great. But I can tell ya, theyre great, accommodating, and willing help. Thank you Skyler and her coworkers for making our experience a great one. :)

I will never shop at this store! They must not care about the safety of their employees and guests. They do not enforce the mask order in our county and let a guest in the store without making him wear a mask.

We got our wedding rings at Helzberg 2 years ago! And since we have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry! Prices are fair. Customer service is beyond great! I had a problem with a ring and no questions asked it was taken care of! Its nice to walk in and the sales people remember me! You are all do lovely! Thank you!

BUYER BEWARE - Poor customer service, lack of care, and unfulfilled warranty agreement...I bought a diamond wedding band here 11 years ago and went in yesterday for a cleaning and inspection as per my warranty. I have done this continuously for the last 11 years to keep up my end of the warranty agreement, but yesterday I was disappointed at the lack of customer service and care that I received. I did not have my inspection card with me, but that happened to me once before and it wasnt a problem. This time I felt like I was being interrogated and degraded. Finally, I just walked out and decided to find another jeweler because the lady wouldnt just simply look my name up on the computer and see that I did, in fact, buy my ring at that very store and I indeed had a warranty. If she had done that then the company could have fulfilled their end of the contract.

We had purchased one ring here before and were very pleased with the experience. Staff was super friendly and it was a quick process. Fast forward to buying another ring here and I’m highly disappointed. The same exact team members we dealt with the first time around, but their attitudes were horrible! If I didn’t truly want this ring, I would’ve said nevermind and went elsewhere. I’m so disappointed in the service I received. Never going back!Disclaimer- Aaron is great. Only go to see Aaron.

No pressure from staff to buy the most expensive jewels there. They let you take your time and are extremely helpful when you are ready to buy, even if you have to come back another day.

My boyfriend and I went to multiple stores before settle here! What broke the mold was the attitude of the workers. The customer service has never been disappointing. Skyler and Tina Marie have been there for us since Day 1. They know us by name and dont forget our faces.I ended up with a ring that I absolutely LOVE.Their lifetime warranty is just that. Its a lifetime warranty, there is no fighting on that. (My sister has a ring from zales, and has nothing but issues)My brother needed to find a ring, and he said he was going to Jared, I told him to go to Helzberg. They ended up at Jareds, and I was annoyed at first, but then he said they ended up at Helzberg and they found out I was right ;)He said, it was night and day. The girls at Jared were pushy and wanted to sell a ring, and it didnt matter what she wanted. They walked into Helzberg and he said Skyler and Tina Marie were very helpful and did not push, but were more down to earth.If you want to look and not feel pushed or rushed, go to Helzberg. They give you advice without feeling bombarded also. That to me is huge. Especially when shopping for rings. It is a huge ordeal, and you dont want to feel pressured. But you also want service. You end up with BOTH!!!

Rude nasty employees. Also, didn’t honor the lifetime warranty on one of my many rings I have purchased through them. Not because of the care plan, but they couldn’t find any record of it being bought there. But more than that, they were rude and nasty. We are talking about my most prized material possession, and they were like, happy to say, nope sorry, can’t help you. And then to claim my husband was lieing, then to tell me to bring in the appraisal paperwork I “supposdidly” had and they would fix it. I did, and they STILL wouldn’t honor it. I will have to pay $250 every couple years to have one of THEIR crappy rings, basically rebuilt, over and over. And they always take weeks to get jewelry back. Yea meAnd don’t go in there if you aren’t dressed to the max because they will judge you and give you even “poorer” service.

Ive been in quite a few times, they were amazing, the store in Arizona messed up when they sold me my ring but Skylar fixed eveything. She is a great lady to with work, always has the customer in mind! Weve bought two more rings since then! Id recommend this store to all my friends and family!

I don’t typically give businesses bad ratings but I’ve never been so upset with the customer service I’ve received before. Both times I’ve been in, skylar has treated me with nothing but disrespect. Not a pleasant atmoshphere while shopping, loved the other gal working, but left after skylar took over the conversation. I will never be back, nor would I recommend anyone else go jewelry shopping there

Overall I was satisfied. Great product, good customer service. Just make sure that after you buy your product that you say No to all the other items they have for you to buy.

Visited all the generic diamond stores.. Helzberg diamonds was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful! Had a beautiful selection with my and my fiances best interests in mind!

Ive been a customer for over eight years and had nothing but great experiences. That is until recently. I have been insulted while bring ing in a black case with jewelry to be cleaned. The man commanded me to stop and asked if I had a gun. Then I had a layaway cancelled and they held the refunded money for nearly 2 months dye to miscommunications I am saddened as I used to love going to Helzberg. I would not recommend until their customer service is better. Long waits, incompetent staff, unfriendly phone service, and zero desire to be of assistance

They were rude to me when I bought a ring, the same day I decided to return it and they gave me back only half of my money in my bank account and the other half told me they would send it to me in a corporate check !! Its been 20 days and nobody gives me an answer of my money :( be careful if you plan to buy there

I was working with Deborah. She seemed nice at first, but then her true colors came out. I found out she was trying to rip me off with the price of the diamonds and was very misleading on her stores prices. She is a whack-job and very skiddish to work with. She smelled of cigarettes and was not trustworthy. I think she is a lying thief and would never recommend this woman. She is a LYING, sack. Pat

They send you coupons for your birthday but you cant use them on clearance even though the card sais you can???? They make money on commission right???? Big mistake... I would have spent money there but Victorias Secret got it instead!!! 😠

This place has some of THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Its like they dont perk up until they know youre going to spend money and even at that point, its hit or miss!! As soon as you walk in its like they are sizing you up. These people need a wake up call!!
