After purchasing a piece of jewelry from this location and the extended service plan the piece broke. The piece could not be repaired so they ordered another item in its place. It took MONTHS partly due to COVID but we received no communication from the store. They offered a refund, but we had to wait for the replacement to come in to do that. FINALLY after us checking back at least five times the piece came in and we were issued a refund. Then three days later they charged my debit card again but conveniently have no record of that transaction. The digital screen of my bank statement an a cash register receipt showing a charge of $181 wasnt enough proof for their customer service department. They said I needed to dispute the charge with my bank. I tried to do that and the bank said because it was a credit and then a debit they could not help me either. Ive got a piece of broken jewelry that I purchased a service plan for and no replacement. Have experienced no less than 4 people behind the counter saying they cant help me and have spent multiple hours in this store trying to patiently get this resolved. Weve spent over $10,000 at Kay Jewelers over the course of several years. No more. Dont shop here.

ALL of the women who work here are fabulous.I LOVE Leslie, who is the manager at this store.She is not only an amazing jeweler with finding my fiancé’s specific needs for my engagement ring but his also!! We couldn’t be any more happy with our rings!We ordered a ring that was brand new to the website and it only took 3 days to get there, then needed it sized which only took 4 days considering I went in on a Saturday, the time for both was just awesome.She went above and beyond the first time we bought through her and did it again the second time!She is professional, caring, and we gained an amazing friend after working with her.Recommend her 100%!

When I went into The store on my birthday myself and my boyfriend were treated with the up most respect and want made to feel in welcome because we didn’t have a stack of money, which every other place did!!! We had and amazing girl show us everything in our price range and made it a fun experience!!!!! I wish I remembered her name because she really was amazing!

I would like to recognize Alex for outstanding customer service. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process of ordering a new ring, and he isnt even going to get credit for the sale since we are picking it up in a store in another state. Alex called the special orders department, gathered all of the information and promptly called me back to discuss my options. I would highly recommend working with Alex when you stop in the store.

This store is the best! I recently had a set break, and it was determined that it was irreparable. They spent time to have a replacement sent to the store. When it was determined that the design of the ring was not going to hold up to normal wear and tear, they took the time to find a replacement that was absolutely beautiful.I highly recommend Leslie and Dakota, who will assist you with all of your jewelry needs. They have our utmost loyalty.

Its hard to believe a company with the word jewellers in its name does not have their own jeweler on hand, sent an engagement ring off to simply get re-sized, took more than 3 weeks to get back. Considering Jared (their sister company) is 300 away and has their own jeweler, you would think they could accommodate their customers who spent thousands at their store. Great prices and product, just horrible high level management

I had a fantastic experience came in 3 times the first, time they helped me narrow down what I was looking for and informed me their was going to be a sale in a couple of days If I wanted to wait I could save some money, ended up being a couple hundred bucks saved was happy, came in the third day after the stone was set and the ring was resized (also ended up being the next day rather then the 2 days out they quoted me. I would definitely have left a 5 star but Id assume people seeing all 5 stars and nothing in 4 would think most are fake. was ecstatic with the experience.

We love this place. I admit that parking is sometimes tricky but the selection is great and they often have some great sales that make it worth the trip. Leslie has been great to work with. Someday soon, she will be upgrading our wedding bands with the next great sale. (sometimes when you first marry that shoestring budget buys the most insignificant ring ever! LOL)

Jared is a bunch of scammers. These folks took care of my wifes wedding band and went above and beyond for much cheaper than Jared. They do quality repairs - yes, it takes a few weeks, but totally and completely worth it.

These women are amazing! They always take such good care of me whenever I go in and make it stress free.

My son purchased a ring for his girlfriend, paid $30 to get it sized. They lost the ring and it took a month to get it back. After having it back for another month, the ring split where the seam of the sizing was. Kay would not repair it for free, and he paid another $99 to get it repaired. At this point, the ring was 10 months old. A few months after that, she lost a diamond out of the setting. Went back to Kay, and they refused to do anything. I called corporate, explained the situation, and the lady- Stacy- was unhelpful and rude. We will NEVER give our hard earned money to this company again!!!!! Every scam begins Kay!!!!

Got a new watch for Christmas, and needed to get a couple links out. I went to 4 different shops before I landed at Kay. David took on the challenge right away, and was able to get my new watched sized perfectly in no time at all, so glad he was there to help me out!

Wish I had read the review about repairs. They have had my watch for almost 2 months! Everytime I call it has just been shipped and should be in any day now. This has been going on for 3 weeks!!

I like it here but sometimes they dont stay open until they say theyre supposed to stay open
