This academy is a place for competitors, hobbyists, self defense skill seekers, new learners, old and young. The coaching staff is knowledgeable. The students take care of each other and want their team mates to succeed. I love training at this place.

The Academy of Grind is an awesome place to learn Jiu Jitsu. The coaches are patient and reseptive to any questions and the other students are all excited to learn and help new comers. If youre looking for a martial arts academy in the northern colorado area with a strong culture of team work, accountability, professionalism and extremely knowledgeable coaches look no further. This is the place for you!As a bigger guy that competed in collegiate athletics I can also say there are plenty of other people at this school that provide the same level of competition I am use too. While also being a place I would happily bring my children or grandparents to learn a martial arts safely.

Academy of Grind has been great for our family. We have two kids that attend the 5:00 kids class, they go every day without being asked, they just enjoy it that much. It has helped with building self confidence, discipline, respect and it creates a healthy outlet for that endless kid energy. The coaches, Faith, Rene, and Judy are so good with all the kids. We have been very happy with our experience here.

The absolute BEST place for kids to learn the art of jiujitsu! The teachers here truly care about the students they are beyond amazing. My kid had been attending Academy of Grind for over 2 years now and we LOVE it!!!!

They offer a wide selection of class times to fit any schedule, the coaches (2 brown belts and a black belt) are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and theyve found a great middle ground level that offers both the intensity required to compete as well as a laid back, fun environment more suited to hobbyists. They have a fantastic kids program that offers structure and discipline, while keeping kids interested and engaged. Class sizes are small allowing for more personal interaction with coaches, and theres lots of support for students wanting to test for their next belt levels with their affiliate, Robert Drysdale. I highly recommend Academy of Grind to anyone, whether youre looking to hone your game and take medals in competition, or simply want to develop valuable self defense skills.

What a great jiu jitsu gym to be a part of. They have a quality kids program. If you are looking for a great place to introduce your children to martial arts this is it. The coaches are awesome with the kids. They are patient and compassionate and in just a few months time you will see your child blossom with self confidence and skills to defend themselves that will last a lifetime.

Ive never been an athletic person, but in Sep 2017 I tried my first Jiu-Jitsu class. Coach Daniel got me on the mat and made me feel welcome. That is how Academy of Grind is, they make everyone feel welcome, no matter what skill level you are. Coach Mike and Coach Faith, as well as, all of my training partners are my second family. I would highly recommend Academy of Grind to anyone who wants to improve their over all health and state of mind.

Academy of Grind is an excellent jiu jitsu academy. They are run by quality people who have years of jiu jitsu experience. The coaches there truly care about the people they coach and train.
