Jay runs a great gym with tons of great equipment. While I lived near by for several years this gym was a sanctuary for my body and mind.Jay is a really nice guy, and it is so cool to see the owner regularly in the gym training, helping others, and taking care of his business.

Its a great low-key to work out. Mellow and welcoming people.

This place is awesome. Great facility and great people. All the proper precautions are taken inside the gym too. The equipment is really top notch, free weights are plentiful but they also have all the machines you want. Plus a super cool pneumatic cable system that Ive never seen before. You can make it do everything. Half the gym gives space for squat racks and sled work and any other movements you can think of. I think it shows a real commitment to providing a full body workout experience. This isnt just a glorified hotel fitness center. The overall vibe is modern and cool, from the sitting space up front to the paint and color scheme. Feels comfortable and modern at the same time. Im a fan and I know you will be too after you stop in.

My favorite gym in Loveland. This gym is so clean and intimate, everyone follows the simple rules, wiping our station after every use. Everyone wears their mask as well and follows COVID guidelines. I like this gym a lot because the employees are welcoming and the guest are respectful of the gym. All of the equipment is in perfect condition, bathrooms are always clean.

The LAC is a great gym for anyone, from beginners to body builders. What I love is that they have a lot of space and plenty of equipment. The staff always makes you feel welcome and they are very encouraging. I personally love my personal trainer and the boot camp classes! Both always provide a great variety. Tony, the boot camp instructor always shows up with great energy and makes sure everyone gets the perfect workout for their fitness level.

Excellent workout equipment with excellent management for everything athletic, including a Tang Soo Do Martial Arts program.

I absolutely love it here. I have been doing boot camp classes 2-3 times a week since the end of Jan 2017. Tony the instructor is amazing, never a boring or the same class ever. The staff is amazing!! I highly recommend checking it out!! This is a great gym for everyone!!

Incredible gym. One of the best gyms Ive ever been to! I am constantly on the move for work both around the US and internationally so I am not always around. LAC has been so patient and helpful working with me in my situation with me being gone so much. On top of that this is one of my favorite gyms! Its not hiding behind the rich corporate fluff and gives a quality gym with all the real necessities in a gym. I love having full dumbbell sets in three different rooms. There is already so much space in there it never feels crowded but its nice to be able to move around and do different dumbbell workouts in different areas. The selection of equipment isnt isolated to one place for that type. There is so much room so many options! All you need is a pool and I would move in.

Love this gym. Has tons of equipment so you hardly ever have to wait to get on a machine. Really friendly people, not pretentious. Not a fancy gym but a great place that feels very easy going. Great staff too. (I have been going there for about 3 years now).

I love this place. I was looking for a gym closer to my house and ended up here because it was the closest. I went in and was greeted by the very friendly staff and given a full tour of the gym, Then they showed me their very reasonable prices and I was sold. I have been going for a few months now and everyone who works there and all the trainers I have met have been exceptional. They have pretty much all the equipment you would ever need. Nothing fancy but everything works. They have multiple sets of everything as well so you dont usually have to wait around for a machine.My favorite part about this place though is I dont feel like I am walking in to an elitist or unwelcoming gym like some places I toured before making my decision. I even decided to go to one of their fitness classes the other day which is something I probably wouldnt have even thought about doing anywhere else. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely be going regularly.Bottom line if you are looking for a no frills comfortable and welcoming gym with affordable prices this is the place to go!

Got tricked into a 2 year contract when I only wanted 12 months and thought that’s what I was signing up for. Moved and didn’t use it because it wasn’t convenient to our location anymore and they wouldn’t let us out of our contract so we paid the remainder of the 12 month contract we thought we had signed, was told everything was good and the terms of the agreement had been met....TWO YEARS LATER after not hearing a thing from them they started harassing us to collect for the “remaining cost of the two year contract” we were upset especially considering two years had gone by without any attempt to contact us about this supposed $1600 debt. We had just had a baby and work had been slow for my husband during this time, there was no way we could afford an unexpected bill of that size within 30 days which is what the owner was requesting. I asked if there was some sort of payment arrangement that could be worked out...had they communicated to us prior to this specific time (within the TWO YEARS that had passed since our last contact) we may have been able to pay it. He however was unwilling to consider the circumstances and work with us on an arrangement that would be manageable for us ....the owners of this establishment don’t care about their members, they don’t have integrity in how they handle their contracts or how they manage their business. Very disappointed. Considering reporting with the BBB. Don’t join.

Covid caused the gym to close. The gym continued to Bill. I left numerous messages that were heard and the response was changes to the letter on the door. I finally canceled verbally with Tara around may because you still could not go into the gym. I find out they are still billing me. I will file another complaint with the BBB for the return of stolen money.

We went to LAC while vacationing and got a day pass. Danny welcomed us right away, got us signed in and then gave us a tour. We were really impressed by the amount of machines and variety of machines. They also have a Ninja warrior room set up which is pretty cool....we both had a great workout and will definitely return.

I love this gym. There are a lot of places to exercise in Loveland but I choose to go here because the staff is knowledgeable and polite. I love that there is no judgement at this gym just encouragement and positive feedback. I have been able to access any equipment Im looking for so that is not an issue. Going to the gym is supposed to be fun and thats what these guys have going on.

Gym is great. Always improving their stuff. Ninja course is great for my kids. All staff is super friendly and helpful. Recommend to all my friends in Loveland.

The gym itself has friendly staff and mediocre equipment. They signed me up for an additional 1 year agreement without my knowledge twice, and when I finally got them to cancel they billed me 130$ to cancel the agreement I didnt sign and are still billing me. shady place to work with

They have every piece of equipment I need for my work outs. The classes are awesome. And the trainers are the best I have ever experienced. :)

Very friendly staff coupled with a low-key encouraging gym environment make LAC an awesome spot for anyone looking to get/stay in shape. LAC has equipment suitable for everyone - from casual circuit resistance, awesome free weight areas and even Ninja warrior! The sauna is a huge perk and the facility is always clean. Avoid globo-gyms and check out what LAC has to offer!

Been to all gyms around loveland ; planet fitness, club loveland at orchards, ect... this is by far the best. Most equipment at the best price hands down. Dumbells up to 140, chalk box for members. Awesome gym.

Not your run of the mill gym! These guys are like family. Very positive environment, very helpful staff, they keep the place in good working order and clean frequently and consistently.

LOVE the people.I feel like Norm from Cheers when I come here. I LOVE all the different rooms with weights and machines. The trainers are all super nice. And other members are nice too. I never feel judgement or insecure here.

Been here for about a year now and its great. The staff is awesome they are fun and energetic. The gym itself is huge and there is never a wait for any equipment, even during peak hours.

This gym is excellent. Many people shop around for the best gym for the best price and this meets both worlds. The best part about this gym is the small community feeling where people actually will acknowledge you. They have cardio areas, light/medium weight lifting area and then back rooms for some hardcore lifting.

I love this place. I can go in, work out, and not have a lunk alarm go off when I hit the heavy weights. Thanks for accepting those of us that like to lift for us and not discriminating like others. Stay classy. Nate

I joined in March 2017 during a promotion to pay $360 for 24 months. When I joined, childcare was free, as were group classes. Now childcare costs $15 per month and all classes except basic Zumba cost $5 or more per class, for members. They have also discontinued all yoga classes.While the weights are great, I am disappointed in the upkeep of the cardio machines. They are not clean and are showing a lot of wear and tear.

Great gym love the multiple rooms that have different offerings for the different gym patrons out there. I had one bad expirince with group of guys playing music way to loud like they owned the place. The staff has since adressed the issued and resolved it A+ service.

Doing some personal training for the first time and I love it!

They dont update their equipment on a reg basis. Dont even upkeep what they have, many had out of order signs in the 2 years I was a member. Not very clean, dust every where. Half the Tvs didnt work. Changed their policies whenever they wanted (childcare, class fees). Classes promised never started and very few to pick from. Extra fees for everything. Ive been a member of many gyms in various cities, this was the worst.

This gym is just OK. Most of the equipment was functional, but outdated. I would have continued my membership, since its close and convenient for what little I use there, however they just dont treat their members like actual people. Back in May of 2015, I broke my ankle and had multiple other health and physical issues, rendering my membership pointless. I called, spoke to the manager, Eric, and he told me that I could not cancel due to my contract, but could put the membership on hold for three months. He said, after that, I could write a letter (yes, archaic) to the payment processing company to cancel my membership, which I did. I recently looked up my account, and noticed that they have been charging me every month since May. When I called to figure out what was going on, Eric said that they never received my letter, and that I was still under contract, and now OWE money since my credit card expired. I am still dealing with this and dont expect an amicable resolution due to the rude nature of Erics demeanor over the phone and in email. Shady practices, rude staff. Bottom line, dont get into a contract with these people.

Work out hard; dont feel intimidated. Members and staff are all nice and friendly.

I joined the other day. Its not plush like Lifetime Fitness but the people are friendly and it has a lot of equipment. I joined mostly for the sauna and all the equipment
