Brian came to inspect the fireplace and chimney in the house we just rented. He was on-time, thorough, and professional. He was completely transparent in what he was doing, showing us on screen what he camera was picking up. He offered to answer any questions we had multiple times. He found that the chimney did not need to be cleaned. I appreciate this company so much.

Bryan came to inspect and clean my two Chimneys yesterday. I needed a job done promptly as I had to make a decision on installing a gas fireplace. Bryan squeezed us in. The day of the appointment he called ahead of time too indicate when he would arrive. When he arrived (on time) he promptly got after the inspection. He let me watch and explained everything. He was extremely thorough. He was short of time but still managed to squeeze in a brushing for us. He went the extra mile and cleaned our gas logs. The work was thorough, his explanations were excellent, and he was very clean. A really excellent experience and the work was very high level. Beyond the work Bryan is just a really nice person. He takes time to visit with you personally and makes sure he understands all your concerns. Highly recommend his services. Great to see someone passionate about their company and more importantly so motivated to provide and excellent level of service.

Our experience with the repair to our chimney cap and vent went without a hitch. Brian came out and performed a thorough inspection and took pictures of the problem and made recommendations on replacement parts. Parts had to be fabricated to fit and once they were ready, he promptly made the repairs and again sent us pictures of the before and after work. Brian is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a great experience with Colorado Chimney Company. Weve lived in our house for three years and finally decided to have the chimney cleaned. We had no idea how long it had been since the chimney had been cleaned (at the very least fifteen years I would guess). My wife called around and set the appointment because she was very happy with the excellent customer service she received on the phone. Brian was our chimney sweep and was super friendly. He arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection inside and outside, then cleaned the very very dirty chimney. He was still positive and smiling even after having to deal with our grungy chimney (which Im not sure I would have been). We had a fire for the first time last night and it was glorious!
