Manny and Caroline are the dream team! They got me scheduled quickly and Manny came to do a chimney sweep on our two story chimney. He was professional, clean and took the time to explain a lot about owning a fireplace as we are total noobs. He gave us lots of good advice and options as far as the repairs that need to be done. He is truly amazing at his profession and I cannot recommend this company enough!

We had such a great experience with Chimaree! They are honest, experienced, kind and hard working. We needed a full service on our large built in wood burning fire place and chimney at our place up in the mountains. They had no problem! We have had other companies for various services refuse to come to us or charge extra for our location. Chimaree did neither! On the phone and in person they are pretty awesome people, feels like you’re chatting with old friends. I recommend them 100%!!

When we learned we needed repairs, they were able to accomodate our need to have it done quickly even though it was the busiest time of year. I love they are a family run business. My interactions with Carolyne and Manny made me feel like family. We had many memories with that fireplace and since homes cant put them in within the city anymore, so glad the Chimaree helped keep this working for another family to enjoy.

Awesome guys and all around a great company to work with. They came out for a chimney sweep and an inspection. Turned out they didnt need to do the sweep. They could have just done it anyway and charged me. I wouldnt have known the difference! But they were honest and said it was great and in good shape after the inspection. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Chimaree Chimney! They were able to get us on the schedule when no other cleaning companies had time before the holidays. Both they folks on the phone and the technician who came to the house were warm and friendly. Their prices were much better than the competition, AND they did not try to sell us a service we did not need. We were not sure what the condition of our chimney was, so wanted it inspected and cleaned if necessary. They came and inspected it and told us it did not need to be cleaned, and then almost didnt even take payment for the inspection! We had them come back to clean it in the spring when it was needed, and got the same fantastic customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for an honest, straightforward chimney cleaning service.
