I booked a van for a birthday outing with some friends and family. The price was awesome. They picked us up and dropped us off.. then picked us back up and took us home after birthday festivities...And our driver Donna was absolutely amazing and very hospitable. We will definitely be booking with Genesis executive transport for our future adventures.

My truck had a dead battery and I had an appointment for 1:00pm today it was about 12:20 when I called in a panic for a ride to MCR. Lady called me back and advised she had just dropped off a fare and would pick me up, she was a little far away and would head my way. We arrived a couple of minutes late but it didn’t matter because I got there. The drivers was Donna and she was very polite, friendly, and professional. I enjoy her company and after my appointment I called and Donna picked me up and returned me to my home. I found the whole experience to be a very delightful experience. I’ve had my share of taxi rides in the past and never remember having such a wonderful & pleasant trip. She is a real asset to the taxi service. Friday

We hired Genesis for our wedding and had an excellent experience. They were timely, professional and went above and beyond our expectations. They even helped track down a lost set of keys which was much appreciated. The drivers we had were extremely nice and accommodating. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

I called Genesis for a last minute pick up as the ZTrip taxi never showed up. I had a friend in town and was unable to pick him up at his hotel and get him to the airport due to the snowstorm. Lynne a answered the call and was able to get some one on their way within a few minutes. The Donna arrived on time and got him to the airport on time! I was told that she was extremely professional and kind. Best of all, they charged me less than what the taxi service was going to charge. Thank you Genesis for taking care of us last minute. We appreciate you more than you know. Would definitely and highly recommend them for transportation services on the NoCo area. THANK YOU again!

The booking process was smooth and the woman on the phone was extremely kind. I was in an absolute bind and Nicole was able to rescue me at 4:00am. She was kind and friendly and the car was comfortable too. Nicole went above and beyond, offering to wait with me until my shuttle came to pick me up for my next leg. Would highly recommend.

If youre looking for a professional and dependable car service these guys are it.Booking was easy. I didnt have to navigate a confusing app or deal with an automated phone service. You can call direct to book your ride.I rode in a brand new beautiful Chrysler 300. It was immaculate inside and out.My driver was extremely friendly, well spoken, and made me feel very pampered. He Loaded/unloaded my luggage for me and opened and closed the car doors.I will never use a dirty cab company or deal with creepy Uber or Lyft drivers again. I would rather pay a small amount more and get a new car, reliable service, and a well mannered driver. I Will be calling Genesis from now on.

My husband and I have been using Genesis for many years. They are always very accommodating when we have to pick up other passengers and get us where we are going on time. The cars are always clean and comfortable and the drivers are very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this car service. It is the only one we take!!

I have used their service twice now. Both times have been great experiences. We used them to get to a concert at Red Rocks and another one at the Pepsi Center. The drivers (Jesse the first time and Jay the second time) were always friendly and fun to talk to. They arrived on time and were ready to go when it was time to be picked up. Will definitely use them again.

Having a reliable car service available so that I never again have to drive to Denver for special events is beyond amazing. This is the second time that we have used Genesis and each experience has been wonderful. Their drivers are professional and polite. I felt safe with them behind the wheel and was able to relax and enjoy my time. It also doesnt hurt to have attractive drivers to look at and someone who can manage an intelligent conversation as well.

I called multiple limo/taxis for a rural destination in Johnstown/Milliken. This was the only service that could pull up the rural location that was my pickup. The quote given was the exact price, which was competitive. Very nice vehicle and driver- a lady.

I have used their service many times and been satisfied each time.. I had an issue with a ride from this weekend and the owner called me and had it take care of IMMEDIATELY! I will continue to use their service

While making reservation night before dispatch wanted to know my flight time. I told him, an usually they dont come at the time u ask for. This place screwed me over, they didnt show up. I used them before good thing Uber saved my ass.

Genesis has always been there for me and has always kept it professional and honest. The people that make up the company are genuine, hard working and reliable. I like that they keep in contact with me and notify me of their arrival times. This service exceeds excellence by far, and the company vehicles are luxurious and well taken care of. Being able to pre-set reservations is very convenient and appreciated. Ive taken Genesis competitors rides and was not impressed what so ever. If you want an affordable professionally sleek looking ride and drivers who actually have personality, Genesis is the way to go!

Zero stars! Do NOT book with this company! I booked for FC to the airport. The driver came at the wrong time and had to come back. He was unclean (smelled), in sweats and covered in cat hair, complained about his job and pay. WORST car service. Emailed company during drive and requested a call and NO response!

We usually use Sapphire Car Service, but since we called at the last minute, they didnt have a car available for us. We then decided to try out Genesis to go a distance of just over a mile. Sapphire always charges us $5 for this, but since they were booked we decided to pay Genesis the $10 fare quoted on the phone. The booking agent said that paying with cash was okay. She didnt mention having to have exact change. The driver arrived on time but said he didnt have change to break a $20 after arriving at the destination. He said he could only give $5 back which meant he pocketed a $5 tip on a $10 ride. He should have been carrying proper change.

We were looking for a way to get home from Old Town on NYE and Ft Collins does not have any type of public transportation running, cabs take hours, uber was expensive, and the roads were still covered in snow and ice so biking home was not really an option (and it was like minus 1000 outside... well maybe more like 5, but felt much colder :) ) luckily, 2 days before New Years, I came across genesis executive transportation... it was awesome... made a reservation to pick us up at 1am... got a call at 1250 confirming our location and he arrived exactly at 1am (we were totally expecting a bit of a wait given it was NYE), and picked us up in a sweet cadillac. Very nice driver, cost us $16 to get home (4 miles away), which is a steal, especially because we may have indulged in a few new year libations :) Totally recommend using this company to get home from Old Town in the chilly weather if youve had anything to drink! Thanks again and happy new year :)

Very expensive! The lady that answered the phone was rude too! Get uber its very cheap, and you dont have to deal with rudeness.
