We spent about five years here and it was a great start for us. One of the more affordable places in Loveland without being in the ghetto. Great location, literally walking distance from everything, we walked into downtown Loveland frequently. I really enjoyed the wooded trails behind the buildings. And the big field out front was great if you have a dog.I really liked the landlord, Erica. Shes very nice and helpful. And most of my neighbors in building A as well were very kind, I will really miss some of them.

Apartment are well affordable, tidy and neat. Also great location.
