As the first apartment complex I have lived in, Pinyon Pointe sets the bar high! The staff is phenomenal and incredibly friendly. They are always more than happy to help with a genuine smile. The property is well maintained and pretty quiet. Another bonus is they accept 3 pets which is so difficult to find in an apartment complex or home to rent. The complex is close to the Loveland bike path and to downtown, so its easy for a nice evening walk with wonderful views of the mountains or a short walk to grab dinner. Overall, we have been here almost 6 months and are resigning our lease for another 14!

Lived here for two years and have very little to complain about! Units are built well, walls arent too thin, the amenities are kept looking nice, my only issues were how dark first floor units are and how theres not a ceiling light in the bedroom. Otherwise I really enjoyed my time here.

Pinyon Pointe has an excellent office staff who are very helpful no matter how small the questions might be. Maintenance request are taken care of immediately. It is a nice, beautiful, calm place to call home. My highest recommendation!

I have lived in, mostly rented spaces and Pinyon has definitely got a lot right about apartment living. I have only met two people on the Pinyon staff, but Krista and Jared are the loveliest individuals. I am re-signing another lease after staying for a year because I love the location and the people. Must be something in that Loveland water haha

We recently moved across country and Krista did an amazing job working with us through the leasing process. She was a huge help and she made the process as smooth as possible. Krista was also able to answer all of our questions that we had.

I have been living here for over a year now, and can comfortably say this is a wonderful place to call home! The units are sharp and clean, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Alyssa and Krista in the office really do everything they can to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The location is perfect, close enough to the I25 to be 5 min away but far enough to not have any highway drone. Downtown is just a few blocks up the road, and parking is great. If you’re considering this place, I’d say you’ve found the right spot!

I love living here. This place is amazing and the staff is fantastic. I’ve lived here for about two years and I’ve had no issues here. Krista and Alisa and Jarid provide the best service I’ve experienced living in an apartment complex. If I have any issues with maintenance it was resolved within the hour. They’re also pet friendly here. I recommend this place.

I have throughly enjoyed my two year stay at Pinyon Pointe! It has been a great community to live in and has accommodated my two large dogs very well. Great location, friendly staff and neighbors, well kept property, great amenities! I would recommend living here to anyone.

Ive lived here for a few weeks so far, the application process and pre move in stuff was a breeze. The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. Very willing to answer questions and respond to emails quickly. The grounds are well maintained with the exception of the occasional trash over flow. The maintenance request I submitted was fulfilled the next day by a friendly knowledgeable guy. The traffic sounds from 14th and 287 are noticeable, however dont bother me. I would recommend this place to anyone.Update: Been here for a few months now, the place is still awesome. Recently signed up for a garage, which is very spacious. The property is quite pretty in the spring, with the shrubbery and what not. I can see myself staying here until Im ready to purchase something.

After a year lease, weve enjoyed our time here. Staff is attentive and responsive to email. Maintenance is awesome! We hope to stay as its great quality compared to the area. Can be pricey depending on time of year, as with other properties in noco.

The leasing agent I talked to was VERY friendly and made a great impression. This complex had great pricing and met everything I wanted (top floor, non-smoking, good price, spacious, etc.), but nothing was available in our time frame. Super bummed! Id recommend checking them out, though.

I love this place! The community is very clean and well-lit. The finishes in my apartment, amount of space, and amenities are well worth the price, and the price is SO much better than some of the other places I toured in the area. Krista and Alyssa in the office are super nice and helpful. I plan to be here for a while, it feels like home!

We just moved in a little over a week ago and we were absolutely stunned by how spacious and classy the apartments are. The flooring is beautiful, the kitchen is large and we love having an island. They are pet friendly and the girls that work there are so kind and helpful. We weren’t sure what our long term plan was before we moved in but now me and my husband agreed we would love to stay here for a long time.

I just moved into the apartment complex this month(April 2,2020). Krista made my move in such a breeze since we experiencing this Corna Virus in the world. Krista keep in contact with me the whole time and even after i moved in the apartment. She checked on me to make sure the apartment was okay and if I needed anything. I have to say I love the apartment thus far no issues and staff is wonderful. Very professional and nice.

We have been very happy living at Pinyon Pointe. The owners and apartment managers strive to help neighbors connect with each other through community events. They have treats on Tuesdays, taco Tuesdays each month, pool parties, beer, and wine wind downs each month, and a community garden. Our neighbors are so friendly and supportive. People actually say hi to each other at this apartment community. We feel very connected here more so than any other apartment community where we lived. The maintenance people (Jared) are very responsive to maintenance requests. Our air conditioner went out this summer on a Sunday and they had it back up and running within an hour. We couldnt ask for any better service. Dogs and cats are very welcome here. People and dogs also get to know each other at the dog park. There are also dog and cat treats in the office. We love our apartment. It is light, bright, quiet, and there is a gorgeous view of the mountains and farmland. We have no complaints only praise. We have truly enjoyed living here and we plan to renew our lease.

Love this place! Love my island in my kitchen. Just the right size for us! Staff in the office is very helpful.

I just moved in this past week and the apartment is gorgeous and my view is amazing. I love the location and the office staff are super friendly and helpful.

Doesn’t honor specials offered. Specials are out of date due to laziness and when that’s the main reason I signed up it seems unreasonable to not fulfill promise.

Lived here for about a year, the move in deals and being able to pick our move in date were were a huge plus for us. Overall we have had a pleasant experience - office staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance staff is friendly and quick to make repairs. The appliances are new which is great and the whole kitchen has a very modern feel, floors are easy to clean, bathroom is very large, and there are moderate sized closets.The downsides - the A/C and heating system is LOUD, if were in separate rooms we have to yell to hear each other, and we will often turn up the TV was the air comes on. There are no overhead lights in the bedroom. Doors and windows are not sealed properly so the heat and A/C runs a lot. 2/3 kitchen draws are tiny (can hold a few mixing spoons or a single roll of tin foil). Overall kitchen cabinet space is limited so we have to use the counter to store food. And the walls and floor are not well insulated, we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking, vacuuming, ect. And have heard other neighbors screaming at each other on multiple occasions (waking me up 3 Saturdays in a row).Overall I would say its decent for its flexibility, all included appliances, and easy fixes for maintenance, but definitely overpriced per sq foot for what Ive seen on the market.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Pinyon Pointe is by far the most inflexible, rigid, unfair, unreasonable apartment complex at which Ive ever lived. I was told when I signed the lease that my apartment would be ready in a couple months and that my first month of rent was free. When move in day arrived, they forgot all about the free month offer. They back pedaled and offered 50% off rent (because they knew they messed up). $600 is a lot different than zero dollars. Then I get an email saying that one of the girls in the office saw me with a dog. Since theres no dog on my lease, dogs are simply not allowed here. They evidentially watch you here... My girlfriends dog had a deeply cut foot, and I was watching him for a couple days. I was informed that dogs are not allowed to visit and there are no exceptions. So if you live here, and have a friend with a dog, they are not allowed to visit with the dog unless the dog is on the lease. After my girlfriend moved in, I was informed by a girl in the office that she cant have a parking permit because they only assign one parking permit per bedroom, and since we live in a studio, she has to park in the guest parking lot every day. Why would you ever not assign parking permits per person? They assign them by bedroom? People live TOGETHER. How does this make sense? We are paying these people $1250 a month for a studio apartment. We are their customers. Why would any company want to make life so difficult for people that pay them so much every month for so little? Furthermore, the garbage bags in the dog waste receptacles are almost always overflowing, which is disgusting and spreads disease.

This is the greatest apartment ive ever lived in! The front desk ladys are amazing, the pool is beautiful, the apartments are soo classy and the location is awesome! From the day I moved in theyve made it so easy and stress free to get in! If your lookin for a new place to call home pick this one!!

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience since moving in March of 2018. The leasing agents are so kind and helpful and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. We live on the bottom floor and haven’t had any issues with loud neighbors. I love the community garden, dog park and the gym! Everything was brand new when I moved in and I constantly talk about how it feels like a hotel because everything is so nice. Overall I definitely give the community a 10/10 and plan on sticking around.

I am writing this review to show my appreciation for the leasing staff of Pinyon Pointe. Krista and Alyssa have been so helpful and are the reason my family and I chose to rent here. We are from Washington, D.C. We have never been to Loveland and didnt really know much about the area. We were supposed to come and scope out places to rent in March but due to Covid-19 we were forced to cancel our trip.So not knowing the area all we had was the internet to find a place by April when our current lease was ending. I called Pinyon Pointe and Krista answered. I explained our current situation and she took the time to show us floor plans, location, and took us on a virtual tour of our possible new home. She let us know of all current specials that were going on. She was very friendly and accommodating and my wife and I decided this was a great place for us to live.Since we had not actually seen the apartment. Naturally, we had some questions about the layouts. We were also in the process of buying new furniture and getting it delivered straight to Colorado. Alyssa, took the time to answer all our questions and she was so friendly and accommodating as well. Also, with Amazon telling you a package will be there in 3 weeks and then magically shows up 2 days before our arrival date. Alyssa, Krista, and the maintenance staff took our packages from our doorstep and put them in the office for safekeeping until we had arrived in Colorado.Ultimately, we are very thankful to find a wonderful place to live in Loveland. The leasing office staff is truly amazing and Pinyon Pointe is very lucky to have them.

We are a 78 year old couple and decided to get rid of a home and live in an apartment. Our son found Pinyon Pointe for us and I am so greatfulHe did. We moved in November, 2018 and love it. The office staff Rachel and Allysa are the so friendly and they make you feel like a friend from the first minute you meet them. They are always here to help with any issue and the strive to keep everything top-notch.Really like our home here.

Once again it’s 5:00am and we are awakened to the smell of weed coming through the vents! I am asthmatic so I am very sensitive to this. This is supposed to be a smoke free property yet no one enforces this. I have had enough!In addition to this, the people speeding through the parking lot is ridiculous. Leaving for work almost getting hit for speeding vehicles has happened on more than one occasion!

Ive been living here for almost 10 months and I have had a great experience. Love the staff, they are kind and professional. Thank you Rachel and Alyssa!! They host regular resident events and keep us updated with FACEBOOK and email blasts.The apartment rents are fair, taking into consideration that the apartments are new (plus they offer GREAT move-in specias).Overall, happy I moved here. :)

$501.95 TO APPLY FOR A TWO BEDROOMThe 3 bedrooms townhouses are a joke. The third room is not big enough for the smallest of offices. They tell you there is a $50 per person application fee, but once you get halfway through the application they ask you for a holding fee. Which is leasing company jargon apparently that simply means your security deposit. So with a two bedroom it costs $501.95 just to apply. The apartments are new however. Covered in all the dust from sawing a drywalling.

Brand new (Jan 2018) apartment complex. Grounds look great with fresh landscaping, hot tub, pool & patio area, dog park, garages. Direct access to I-25 exit, Colorado Highway 402, South Loveland. Other buildings here still under construction

Loud street traffic. Loud high pitched motorcycle that flies up 14th street at 5am on Thursday and Saturday mornings. I have been woken up every Thursday and Saturday from that one motorcycle since moving in. Then the traffic noise gets progressively worse with more cars and the loud mufflers people in Loveland like to put on their vehicles.You will also wake up with the sunlight. The entire apartment lights up with the sun regardless of how tight you try to close the blinds.Very expensive way to not get sleep. Expensive apartments. If they were quiet and allowed you to get rest, then the price wouldn’t be that bad.
