Very much enjoy the apartment and the move in was painless! The property manager (Ali) and maintenance (Shawn) have been on top of everything from the application to the minor work order I placed for my pantry door. HVAC works great, water pressure/temperature is perfect, and the location/community makes it a great place to live!
Continuous problems with tenants leaving door open... They do not address issues..
Weve been living here for almost a year now (a year in January). Have literally had 0 issues. Have only had to call maintenance once for a minor fix. All the management is friendly, and responds quickly. It is a bit pricey, but for the area its well worth it. You can walk around outside all day and night and not have to fear for your safety. These apartments are really nice, do NOT look like government housing and are reasonably priced. The only reason Im even writing this review is because of the last two reviews. This is a good place to live!
Jasmine the property manager has been a delight throughout my whole experience at Deer Ridge so far. After being here for a few months I can now say during my tour she did NOT tell a single lie! She has gone above and beyond my expectations. First I had a maintenance emergency with my AC unit going out....she got it fixed within 2 hours and called me when it was done! Second I had called her to inform her that one of the dryers wasnt turning on and I tried it twice, without even asking she got me $2 in quarters back to make up for the money I had lost. Third is there online portal where Jasmine had told me it is simple to use and it saves your records on the site. She was not kidding a child could pay rent in less then 5 mins. Also the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing!!!! I’ve only had two problems and they fixed them right away and correctly. Look no further in Loveland Ohio because they are even expanding across the street, it is a quite, safe and well run place to live.
Had went on a tour today it was beautiful thank you again Ms.Alison
Very nice place to live! Managements are awesome and very fast with repair. Kimberly the property manager is a very nice person. Buildings are secured. I highly recommend it.
This place WAS awesome when I first moved in in mid 2015. The property manager Kimberly was prompt and friendly, always returned my calls and always treated me like I was a part of the family. Then she left, I believe a year ago, maybe a little longer. After she left, I just felt they only cared that you paid your bill, anything over that, not their business, they dont care. Which is fine, I hated losing that feeling of being appreciated, but I understand its a business and they dont need to have a one-on-one relationship with their people. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to return calls and I definitely dont have the luxury of constantly calling back trying to get ahold of someone with my work schedule. Trying to get them to come in to do anything was harder as well. I eventually just stopped calling. I had my screen door pop off the rails, I had to call them 3 times to fix it. When it fell off the first time, the tensioner rods (or whatever theyre called) inside to keep the wheels secure to the track came out. I told them that every time, but not once did they actually repair it and put them back in. So when theyd just place it back on the track (something I could have easily done) it slid shut then when youd go to open it, off it popped again. I just stopped trying. Getting them to come in and change bulbs was a headache, the dining room light fixture has that weird ikea-type bulb so its not like you can just run to your local store and grab a pack of bulbs to fix it. Eventually just stopped trying with that too. Had I left when my first couple of years was up, I would have been just fine. I ended up buying a house this year and I thought the service was bad before I told them I was leaving, it was 10xs worse afterwards, Evey time Id call them about something related to my end of lease or move out date, it was always short and snippy and absolutely no returned phone calls at this point. And what I really dont understand is, there was a mix up about 9 months before I moved out and they called me regarding a carpet cleaning I set up. (I never set up a carpet cleaning). Apparently it was someone in another building, but I told them I didnt realize that was an option and I wouldnt mind having the carpets cleaned (after being there almost 4 years). They said theyll have the manager come out and see if its necessary. So we set up a day for them to come in. The manger and some other lady from the office walked my apartment and said its actually really clean, I dont see a need to have it cleaned. I told her I dont keep it clean and we dont wear shoes in the house which helps keep the dirt down. Fast forward to a month and a half after move out, I get my move-out ledger... Theyve charged me with a carpet steam cleaning, carpet replacement and carpet repair (I knew Id get the carpet repair, there was a spot that was starting to pull back when I moved in, seeing that I worked out of town mon-fri then, I drug my feet on adding it to the move in walk around). On top of charging me for a cabinet resurfacing (what??)... I just got the ledger today, but they arent open on Sundays. Based on how I left the place I really dont see why I was charged with a resurfacing or a carpet replacement. If you look at the pictures posted up by me in the photos section, youll see what I mean. So Ill be calling for more information tomorrow, hopefully I get someone.
Worst apartment ever. The management is non professional and does not care about its tenants. They wanted to double charge me even though I paid amount that I owned weeks before they sent me another letter asking me to pay it again. Stay away from this apartment.
Nice locale, clean & spacious, if you got close to $700 a month its a good spot in town...
I would give this less than one star. Ownership is lousy, instructs management to lie. Building another complex across the road it will probably have the same building code violations as Deer Ridge. The owner is a liar, cheat and thief. STAY AWAY!!!
