They have a horrible parking policy your aloud 2 parking spaces per unit and there is no problem with that expect when it comes to the people who don’t have their vehicles registered so they go park and take up visitors parking space! I know people who have more than 2 cars and go park the extra one in the visitors spot or they don’t have plates and or insurance so they go park at the visitors spot! There are so many people who live here who do that! My parents and sister came to visit me and like always no space to park at the visitors parking space so they parked in front on my apartment a couple hours later they go outside and cars and gone! Where should they park if there is no spots open at the visitors spots? It’s sad to know even visitors have a terrible experience here! It’s money people can’t afford it’s expensive to go get it out of the towing place. It’s not fair I’ve had it happen to more than my parents and sister!

I have been a resident for an extended time & I have not seen any better office staff or apartment living for all walks of life than Reserve at Centerra. Might not be the fanciest places in the world, but they’re clean, the grounds are nice, lots of people with pets. The office is as accommodating as you are willing to stay in communication with them. Works really well!

My family has lived here for a long time (17 years!). In this time, we have seen numerous management personnel changes. However, the current management has really impressed us with their commitment to improving the quality and safety of the apartments.Sarisa and Sandy are doing an excellent job of ensuring that residents feel at home here. Everything from annual Easter egg hunts to providing sack lunches to residents during the difficult time surrounding COVID-19. Their commitment to building the community up is not something seen with every management team, so that is very much appreciated. We recently had an issue that was very important to us to be taken care of. Management has impressed us with their willingness to take care of the issue immediately and fully. Their response to this issue alone warrants an excellent review.Maintenance staff, Tim and Will, are always out exchanging friendly words and getting to know residents throughout their day, which is appreciated to build that trust for when they need to come into the apartment to fix issues. Speaking of which, maintenance requests are always completed in a very timely manner. The front office has excellent amenities including a fitness area with basic machines (treadmill, weights, stationary bike, etc), a business center, vending machines, as well as a pool available in the summer months. A huge, open grassy recreational area is available to residents as well as a basketball court. They recently opened a dog park to allow dogs some freedom to run around in a safe area.Parking used to be a HUGE issue in the past. Over the past year, however, this has mostly resolved. It now usually isnt a problem to get a space in front of or very close to your apartment. Also available are garages for an extra monthly fee, which are pretty decently sized. The apartments are located in such a convenient area near Centerra. So many restaurants and entertainment options are located within a 5 minute drive radius. Target, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, and several restaurants are within brief walking distance. Huge perk, especially during the summer months. A bus stop is also located just across the street, so getting around stops in Loveland or Ft. Collins isnt too difficult.Nature walking trails are just across the street. This is one of the best things to take advantage of while living here, especially since it is never too busy.In comparison to other area apartments, the Reserve at Centerra is an excellent deal. Not many other apartments in the area have the same level of quality (in apartment condition, management, or amenities) for this price.Overall, we are really impressed with the changes that have been made here. Thanks for making the Reserve at Centerra a great place to call home!

When I first moved in, I was totally unhappy. I had an unruly neighbor who would pound on my door in the middle of the night. Management has really worked to solve the issues Ive had. Maintenance is prompt and if they cant make it on the day they hoped for, they inform me so I dont come home to issues being unsolved unexpectedly. The landscaping is always maintained and MOST people clean up after their pups, but not all of the time. The girls in the office are kind and respond me to me in a timely manner. Im giving it 4 stars for two reasons, parking is horrid here and my vehicle was vandalized 4 times without any security footage.

With my experience I would have to give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately I have to mark 1.It looks like from the other reviews The Reserve is having the same feedback over and over. You would think after the same feedback over and over something would change.I filled out an application on 7/7 and put down $100 for an apartment hold. I was told my move in date on apartment # ______ would be in between 8/5 -8/8 depending on when the apartment is ready, so naturally I give my 30 day notice at my current apartment. I have been in contact with the Reserve management team off and on for one month. Still move in date from 8/5 -8/8. I walk in 1 week before my move in date, and they tell me they are waiting on their Compliance Department to approve my application. So now my 12 y/o and I are homeless, unless we hear back from the Compliance Department. So I go to talk to them on my lunch break and there are 3 people filling out applications, when I was told on 7/7 We only have 1, 2 bedroom townhome available. The manager was really quick to say that those people filling out applications had already went through the compliance process. If I would have known that this was the process I would have looked elsewhere, or not given 30 day notice. Now my child and I will be homeless as of 8/8/16!This is NOT great management procedures!

Wow, where to begin. So I’ve only just moved in and the list of what’s wrong with this place is already quite long. Before I begin, for those maybe looking at moving here... DON’T! Save yourself the hassle! The reason I’m writing a review in the first place is this:I had just bought a truck and I haven’t had a chance to go into the office during office hours, however it had only been parked for three days.I come home today, and my truck IS GONE, no warning, no notice, NOTHING.They had towed it at random. Now I’m out 350.00 bucks for no reason, management hasn’t shown themselves to be people with any sort of honor and honesty.Have not been impressed with it yet.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! When my roommate and I moved in there were so many problems and they never bothered to fix them. Our kitchen sink kept clogging up so the maintenance guy came and used a plunger on it but that literally did nothing because it just clogged the next time we used it. I had to call my dad (who is also a maintenance man) to come and fix it and it ended up being a bunch of stuff (like a nail file) clogged in the trap. My toilet also quit working once and we had to keep calling them to remind them to come fix it and when they finally did (a week later) the guy complained because he was on his way home when he got the call. Now that we are moved out they want us to pay for all of the damages THAT WERE THERE WHEN WE MOVED IN. The maintenance team is obviously super lazy or they dont know how to actually do their job.The parking there is TERRIBLE as well. You rarely will ever get a parking spot in your apartment zone unless you never leave your house. Cars will be parked in spots for months without moving and its really irritating. They also wont let you decorate your patio even though you pay an INSANE amount of money for the size of the apartment and for it being affordable living.I email them TWICE to make sure that the last months rent was all we were going to have to pay and we would be done after that and both times THEY REPLIED WITH YES and then we ended up with a bill for the damages that were THERE WHEN WE MOVED IN!!!DONT MOVE HERE!!

Oh god where do I even begin. Neighbors are highly stuck up, and will call the office to complain about the most minor things. The office LOVES to call you and tell you about complaints right before they close so you dont actually get the chance to speak with them. It took the maintenance team 5 days to change a lightbulb. My main issue is the office team calling you and then NOT ANSWERING or just completely ignoring you until the following day. Cops also regular the neighborhood, like almost 4 times a week there are cops, and theres a mouse problem. DONT MOVE HERE.

I have been less then impressed with the application process. I was approved for the place a week before Thanksgiving. The manager has never called my to keep me updated, Ive had to call her for EVERYTHING. She has forgotten to give my roommate and I required paperwork to move in. My move in date has been delayed now twice because she forgets to give us more paperwork that must be completed. I still have yet to move in so Im not sure what the actual living situation is like but I have been very frustrated and extremely irritated with the application process.

I requested the grout be filled in - there were places where grout has not been filled in for years. I left arrows to show where the missed spots were. There were 5 spots. Only 4 were filled in. Its frustrating that it has taken so long for this to be addressed, and then a complete job wasnt done. Having said that, its not all the fault of this current property management company. At least this crew made an effort to get things done.

I was happy when I moved into my 2 bedroom townhouse in March. The carpeting and linoleum where brand new and it was freshly painted. However, it is now July and I am disappointed in almost every aspect of living here. 1st. Ive called maintenance at least ten times, multiple times for the same problem ( heater went out twice). Air conditioner, ants, mice, blinds, the list goes on. 2nd. its great taking a bag of trash out and the dumpster has furniture in it and the ground around the dumpster has a layer of trash. I guess maintenance is to busy to sweep. Disgusting!! 3rd. Just got new neighbors. We share the porch to our front doors and they enjoy smoking and drinking at all hours of the day and night.( I dont smoke and would rather not smell it while Im entering my home, nor have my home smell like cigarettes). I dare not confront the neighbors as I fear retaliation. I hope the property manager can help with this. I work hard and pay my rent on time, if not early and would like to live in peace. I cant wait until my lease is up!! the only up side is I dont have a problem parking..

Im currently a resident here and thankfully my lease ends at the end of this month! I enjoyed my place when I first moved in. It was a nice little place for me and my son, but eventually I realized what a dive this place really is. They allow pretty much any one to move in here and destroy the hall ways, they dont clean up the messes that people make all over and in the dumpster area, they have poor grounds keeping when it comes to winter and the ice builds up so thick you can barely get your car out in the morning for work, and they are awful about calling people back. Ive called enough times where I have lost count in the last 3 months about the wasp nest issue that I have and still nothing has been done. Thats not the only issues, I had my ceiling fan fall out of the ceiling wall in my laundry room, and my outlet plate almost come off so i made a work order for those to get fixed and still NOTHING has been done. Ive made complaint about the people on the other side of me smoking in their apartment and it comes in through the walls and vents and they pretty much told me its their home there is nothing we can do, when clearly it states in the adendum that there is ABSOLUTELY NO smoking allowed inside the apartments. I am pregnant and have a 20 month old son and I feel these issues are a danger to us. This place SUCKS whoever is reading these reviews please dont rent from this community! Unless you want to deal with black mold, pests and crappy management I wouldnt suggest you living here. Even corporate does nothing about these issues. Good luck people of this place!

Seems great at first but things go bad real fast. Cant ever get ahold of anyone when you need them to fix something. They need to do assigned parking. Some people have 3+ vehicles that NEVER move and then there arent parking spots for other people. Rent is way to high for affordable housing. This place has turned into a joke. We still have 5 months of our lease left (a 1 year lease) and we cant wait for it to be over. Dont move here. Its really not worth it. We are already looking for somewhere else to move. And besides when you need something fixed you just in general cant get ahold of anyone. Run the other direction as fast as you can!!!UPDATE:::this place just keeps getting worse!!! Theyre under new management and suddenly come in demanding all these changes over night and then dont hold up their end and fix stuff that we have been complaining about since we moved in!!! We were re-approved for a new lease (our second one) in March 2017. We have been trying to get it signed for 3 months now!!! Then this company comes in and says we may have been over qualified since the beginning and are threatening to take legal action for things that are their fault!!!! They have apparently lost all our private information and suddenly want us out. Had we known we werent going to be able to stay we would have found somewhere else to go! We now are scrambling to look for somewhere else but have no money to do a move in deposit so we will end up homeless because of this place and they dont even care!!! Dont waste your time coming here. Like I said had we known this was how it was going to be, we would have found somewhere else to live when we had a little extra money but life comes up and that extra money isnt always around. They dont care about their residents.

I’ve seen quite a few bad reviews on here, and while I could say that some of the residents aren’t the best people, I’d have to say my experience has been drastically different than many here. Also note, we moved from Chicago to here, so it was quite the move.I’ve lived here for nearly 3 years. I haven’t had any issue that hasn’t been resolved quickly. My water heater went out, it was replaced in one day. That is my experience with maintenance. I don’t know one set of neighbors, as I really don’t talk to them, but my neighbors to the north are awesome people! While the old manager was good, the new manager seems to be taking much action to fix what remaining issues there are (Mainly parking issues.) They do a great job of landscaping, and repair. I’ve not had too many personal interactions with the new manager, but I like it like that. I pay for a space, for some peace and quiet, not to deal with management. However she does seem like a nice lady. Some of the residents aren’t the cleanliest. They throw garbage around in the dumpster areas, and many smoke (I can sometimes smell through windows.) Other than this, we have had a nice time here.My advice if you are considering renting? Do it, but also rent a garage, and use it for your car. I’m happy I did, I don’t have to worry about parking. I will knock it from a 5 star to 4 star due to the parking issues (people have parked in front of my garage and blocked me in.) The smoking issue, as well as mosquitos in the back (this may not be their fault, but it does take away from comfortable living.)

The Reserve at Centerra is one of the worst places I have ever lived in my entire life. Not only do their maintenance crews not respond in a timely fashion they act as if though the request is an inconvenience to them. The heating and air condition is so horrendous that there is never an even temperature in the house at all. Jeremy and his partner are rude and ignorant they attempt to put on the nice face when you move in after that they could not care less about you or their job as management of the apartment complex. 5:00 P.M. closing time for the front office you would assume that would give you plenty of time to get ahold of them, you’re lucky if you can get ahold of these people at all, and when you do they are not nice about nor do they want to really help you. The amount of money I spend here is not worth what I get. $885 for a two bed room town house now that may seem like a good deal for your average apartment however this is an income restricted community so I ask you if you are not making a lot of money and then you have to pay almost $900 for crappy living conditions where you will never find parking in front of your apartment then go ahead move here after two months of stepping in constant dog crap and watching people throw beer bottles into the road and have kids throw rocks at your cars you tell me how good of a time you are having. Also management does nothing about any of these problems. The rent for what you get is outrageous, the complete lack of management is apparent to everyone here and the poor heating and cooling systems in the units is terrible. If you are reading this and are thinking about these apartments run do not move here, you will regret it and you will watch your money sink into a toilet. Oh and if your late one time with your rent enjoy paying these jerks with certified checks till your lease is done so your rent is at the very least then $15 more expensive cause you have to buy those checks which they are completely fine with but they cannot be bothered to give you adequate parking or enforcing pet crap policy’s. Also note your choice is DirectTV and Century Link for TV and Internet respectively, you have no other choice so if you don’t like either of those too bad for you. A final note Jeremy and his partner are the reason this place is terrible they couldn’t find their way out a wet paper bag much less know how to run an apartment complex.

There is many negative things I could say about this complex. The first and most unacceptable issue that I have found and that other tenants agree with is how invasive the management is to your privacy and rights. I thought we lived in America where you had freedom and rights. But over the last year this place loves to do there inspections where they give you very little notice and then sometimes make you wait all day expecting them to be coming only to tell you they have to come a different day. Which they also love to say that there are random inspections for bunk excuses. They make absurd and ridiculous rules as far as what you can have on your patio xcetera. Ive heard stories from other tenants where if theres some kind of pest problem they blame the tenants for it and Ive even personally seen one or two of the insides of these such cases and there is nothing unsanitary dirty that would put the tenants at fault not to mention they love to leave big work dumpsters in parking spaces which parking is difficult enough without them taking them up with work dumpsters and trailers, porta potties but these work dumpsters end up sitting there for months overflowing with disgusting stinking garbage and become hotspot for rodents and other insects and flies but yet want to blame the tenants if theres any issue with one of those things. Back to the parking issue my wife once counted out cuz shes OCD like that all the spaces compared to how many apartments there are and it breaks down to one car per apartment or something ridiculous like that dont you think youre going to have some parking issues in most families own more than one car. How ridiculously nosey all the people and the maintenance as well as the management there are and must not have much better to do with their time then to concern themselves with other peoples business. I could continue with many more examples and problems there the last one Ill leave you off with how unsafe this place was built for example the downspouts dumped all the water right on the cement walkways they dont go underneath the cement into a drainage or underneath the cement off to a side of a building where there is no walkway which Im pretty sure is it against code if im not mistaken to begin with so how it ever passed inspection initially I have no idea . Some poor woman even fell and broke her leg I have heard and they still refused to even help pay for that womans pain and suffering and loss of work and all the bills that went along with that or fix the problem its absolutely absurd. Thank God that we dont live there anymore and I know a few of the problems are not the management and there are some of them there that try hard to do a good job and be respectful but there is certainly a good group of them that are horrible at their job and just plain not good people. I wish the best of luck to anyone whos stuck there currently and without these kind of reviews how will they ever no what they need to fix or have the motivation to fix it so Im not trying to harp on them too much it is quite ridiculous bottom line and like I said the privacy and human rights are absurd and unacceptable and need to be changed first and foremost. none of us are perfect and we all make mistakes and we all need to learn and grow with time but I believe we all have the ability to fix our shortcomings and make our wrongs right so hopefully this will do some good Im not one normally to complain unless its something glaring that truly needs to be address

If youre moving out of state, stay far away from this place! I had flown into Denver back in June of 2015 I went to take a look at the place (flew in from chicago), I had gone through the entire paperwork process and got approved. David who was the manager at the time, told me i could move in August 4th. so I told my current landlord that I would be out by the 2nd of August...just to give me a couple days to get out there ( my mother is disabled and was coming with me) so we wanted to take our time heading out. a few days before the movers were due to arrive on August 2nd, I called the reserve centerra to confirm that everything was in place one last time. 48 hours before the movers arrived, I discovered that the manager I was working with was no longer there, that I had to redo all my paperwork, and a new management team was taking over. my mother and I rushed like crazy to get all the paperwork sent over to get an approval for the SECOND TIME! WELL THEN, after re-submitting everything I was told that it would take another 48 hours for an approval!!! I didnt have 48 hours, I had movers coming on the second, & I had no place to live for sure! if I hadnt called, I would have showed up without a place to live and movers in route...NOT GOOD! I asked to speak to a manager but they said she was on vacation???who does that during a management staff transition??? no one knew what to tell me, no one was able to help, and no one knew what was going on! two weeks after that happened, I finally spoke to Joyce the new manager. she told me she would refund me my deposit to hold the unit and my application fees. She told me it would take up to 14 days and I still havent received a refund! Its funny, but I cant even get in touch with Greystar! luckly I had found a more suitable, affordable, & accommodating place to live! considering the other reviews, it was a blessing in disguise. but I would never EVER deal with these people, it was a nightmare!!!
