I saw the cost online and thought that it would be around $110 to do the job. When I called to confirm the answering message said that the minimum was now $150. When I went to pay it was $175. He was there about 1/2 hour. I did not inspect the job before he left because the carpeting was wet and when I did there were many places where it was still extremely dirty and I had to re-clean. Two things you should do when hiring this company...get a price before they start and inspect it thoroughly before they leave.

Spilled some paint on brand new carpet. Jeremy came the next day early. Couldnt be cleaned. After calling 5 other carpet cleaners, he was the only one to return my call. They got my business from now on. Thanks!!!

Always sparkling clean, always prompt responses, super flexible. We recently moved, and when closing got rescheduled, they were able to accommodate the change. You wont be disappointed! I use them for my home and my office.

Matt is great! He returns calls in a timely manner, he knows how to treat the carpet according to the fiber (wool vs nylon, for example) and he will return if a spot does not come out of the fiber after the initial cleaning. Additionally, his prices are very competitive.

Great guys, good work and professional. I had a place where I knew my dog got even with me by pottying on the landing of the stairwell. They were able to identify the spots and took great care to make sure they got it all cleaned and smelling great. Would definitely use them for all my cleaning needs.

Update 7/2019: Just had the carpets cleaned for a 3rd time with Esteem and new owner Ben. They did a great job like always. Arrived on time (early even!), protected the wood, were fast, and cleaned well. Courteous and professional. Ben is using a stronger machine and was able to get up a lot of pet and human hair.

Esteem Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning my carpets for almost 10 years now. I have hired other carpet cleaners in the past, but have found Esteem to be the best. They seem to have better equipment, their prices are reasonable, and the carpets are always as clean as they can get. Also, Matt is very knowledgeable about how to get any stain removed including pet stains. If he cant remove it, he will tell you up front.

I just had my carpets cleaned a few days ago. They hadnt been cleaned in five years, with three dogs, three kids, they were in horrible shape. When they came to clean he said he couldnt guarantee how they would turn out because of the bad shape. I am beyond impressed with how they turned out. The difference is night and day, and i have had so many compliments on what an incredible difference there is. Highly recommended!!!!

I was thoroughly pleased with the service and attention I received from Matt and his employees. I had some nasty tenants who allowed a stray cat to live in my house. Needless to say, the 2 year old carpet was thrashed. Not wanting to jump the gun and rip everything out prematurely, I chose to call Esteem based on previous good reviews I read online.Unlike many carpet cleaning companies around here that just give over-the-phone estimates based on square footage, Matt came out and actually put eyes on my carpet. He brought out black lights to assess the level of damage and decided that a special enzyme might be able to save the carpet. He came back out the next day and completely saturated the carpet with said enzyme. After 7 days of allowing the enzyme to do its job, he came back and did the actual steam cleaning. Thats 3 times he came to my house. It was amazing to see how much dirt and grime was lifted from the carpet. He spent a great deal of time assuring that problem spots received adequate attention. At the end of the job, I was happy with the result. Matt gave me some useful information about how the carpet was going to settle once it dried and even called a few days later to check in.Matt and his team did a wonderful, thorough job. I would definitely recommend Esteem to others and hope I get the opportunity to. I think it is incredibly important to support small local businesses. I was more than happy to give this well-run local business my patronage.

I recently contracted with Esteem to clean our carpets. They were on time, walked through the rooms with us to check on any concerns and then got to work. In my opinion the result was an excellent job! I also like the fact they are a non-franchised locally owned company.

With a dog, a cat and a now ten-year-old, our carpets were a sorry mess, and they had been that way for a long time. Two years ago were were having out of town company and we called a different company. The other company made a token effort and pronounced our carpets dead.Then, a couple of months ago, we realized we couldnt replace them like we thought, so we started looking for, well, a miracle. We found one.Matt was extremely courteous, even when I missed our first appointment for the estimate. He looked gravely at the condition of our carpets, and declared that he thought they were only mostly dead. He warned us that it would take a lot of extra work, and thus added cost, but we were willing to give it a try.On the day he and his assistant came for the cleaning, I skeedaddled to the basement to work on the computer down there. I dont know what they did, but it involved a lot of scrubbing and spraying and other noisy things I could hear through the floor. I was hopeful, but when he announced he was done, what I saw so far exceeded my expectations that I was almost giddy! Except for the areas where the carpet was badly worn, you wouldnt have know it was in such poor condition so recently. There wasnt a speck of dirt anywhere! I couldnt wait for my wife to see it.Even now, a couple of months later, it looks fantastic.We are extremely satisfied customers of Esteem and highly recommend them without reserve.

My carpets look like new! The service is guaranteed for 30 days. They worked hard and genuinely desired to do a nice job. I could tell they take pride in their work. The quote upon arrival was extremely pricey compared to other cleaning companies. It was disheartening when they said theyd decrease the price if I wrote a Google review…made me wonder if they were charging me more than market value (hence a 4 star rating instead of 5). They followed-up a few weeks later to make sure everything still looked good (and asked again if I’d write this review). The carpet service and their strong work ethic I love, but definitely concerned about the price. If you want clean carpets…these are the guys…just be ready to pay more.

We have owned a rental property in Ft. Collins for 10 years. Some of our tenants used other carpet cleaners even though we specifically asked them only to use Esteem. Within days of cleaning by other vendors spots appeared and the carpet was matted. Each time we have called Esteem and the carpet was returned to excellent condition. We were certain this July after another poor cleaning by another vendor we would need to recarpet the whole house. Esteem recleaned the carpet and we were able to sell the property without needing to recarpet. Exceptional work by Esteem saved us thousands of dollars. The knowledge and committment to excellent work makes this company stand far above any of its competitors. I fully endorse Esteem.

Awesomely Clean Carpet!Matt did a great job with our carpet! Sometime in February, we called out Stanley Steemer, laured in by their prices. The carpet didnt seem very clean when they were done. Within 2 months our carpet (that was only about 5 months old) was completly filthy again. We had previously used Esteem a few years back and I remembe how clean he had gotten our older carpet, so we called him again. Got a return call for the scheduling the same day. He was ready to schedule in our cleaning that same week, but it suited us better to move it to the next week. He showed up as scheduled, in fact he wanted to show up earlier, but we werent quite ready. So hes real good about working with clients schedules. Hes very knowledgble about carpets and how to clean them. He even takes the time to instruct his clients about best regular cleaning pracitices. I dont think youll ever be dissaponted with the service provided by Esteem. Thank You!

I left a phone message a week ago for carpet cleaning and havent received a return phone call. This is not a good way to run a business. All phone calls should have a under 24 hour minimum return call.
