We wanted DVD players for the wifes new Enclave (Avenir). We spoke to our salesman and he recommended Roberts. He then called them and got an estimate for the product and install. I visited Roberts a few days later and was impressed, the place is organized and being in an old fire station is very cool. I met with Jake and discussed what I was looking for. He showed me some products and then described the functions and available options. The wife had requested the Avenir embroidery on the headrests because the originals had them. I placed an order and set up an appointment. We had them installed, they are beautiful and match the color, stitching and embroidery of the interior exactly.Thanks Jake the kids love them.Just one word of advise, this place is busy and justifiably so.
These guys are hands down the best at what they do. They worked with me one on one until it was what I wanted. My backup in my truck bed handle and my 10.1 Kenwood screen are above and beyond what I imagined. You guys will be the only ones to ever work on my truck. These guys are awesome! I went there for a new display screen for my Toyota, was $400 less than purchasing at Toyota. They also were able to work me in that day and replace my system. Very helpful and friendly staff, definitely five star service!

After what was the most awful experience at another business... Roberts gave me the best factory looking radio for my car! I have a 14 Mustang GT and I wanted the radio replaced only. They did an excellent job, and even fixed a cut cable that had been cut by the previous company trying to do the work. So professional and great workmanship. Go to an audio place for audio.... not a place that tints windows and says they do audio.
Took my car for my window tinting appointment. When I arrived, the person at the front explained the different tints. They quoted me 2-1/2 hours to get it done and it was done in 1 hour. They have a great group of people working there. Theyre professional, and friendly. Car looks great.

I took my car to this business because it was highly recommended. When I picked up my vehicle it looked terrible as the photos indicate. I called and spoke with one of the staff members about how unpleasant I was with the condition of my vehicle, he in turn told me “Rick the window tint manager will be in tomorrow, you can talk to him” and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and talked to another manager that was extremely polite and willing to help. He told me he would call me back today and he did. This manager passed me off to Rick and Rick told me he would clean my car if I bring it by. I said this should have been done yesterday. Rick told me they were extremely busy and it must have gotten over looked. I told Rick I would not be bringing the car back to them. He said they could not really do much if I didn’t bring it in. I said the last time I left the car in perfect condition and upon pick up it was left a mess, I do not trust that you will take car of my vehicle. Long story short...... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My car looks terrible and they appear to not be willing to make it right. Like I said this place came highly recommended by numerous people. It would appear that this place only cares about a fast turn around in order to make more money. They did not take care of my vehicle. I’m extremely disappointed.
Had a hard to come by radio repaired, Enthused repair with great knoledge. Even had a selection of antenna adapters and cables, a luxury to pick up locally vs online to help along with the install. They stay busy, but did give me the full attention for questions when my repair was ready. A+
Roberts Electronics rates a 5 star because Joe Roberts is the best at electronics repair and has a staff that is trained to be as capable.His knowledge to repair our Toyota Sequoia touch screen in dash unit, (he even figured out the cause of the damage, water intrusion from an open sunroof), was backed up by a one year guarantee, which no one else in that business does. He does it because he knows there won’t be returns if unsatisfactory equipment. His repair is thorough the first time.It is so nice to find a business you have faith in them doing their work excellent. I felt comfortable after talking to Joe and that comfort was justified.I am certain his installs of new equipment is top notch as well. I am a new customer who used his repair service but after talking to a friend at work, “IceMan” I discovered he has used them over 30 years and spent over $30000 on audio equipment for his nice rides.I recommend “Roberts” as the only place to consider whether you live close or anywhere in the US. I live about 100 miles away and they offered to repair it and ship it if I wanted.
Great place. The staff is great to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their products. The install staff did a great job. The new head unit looks factory installed. They took time to help me set up the unit. Very glad I chose Roberts to update my car audio.

First of all, I asked several people where to get aCar stereo repaired and the answer is always Roberts.I now know firsthand why. Finley worked very hard to get my stereo repair completed very quickly this morning (I was unable to leave my car and the team was Able to do the repair while I waited which I really appreciated). I am very happy with the work that was done. I also waited inside and realized how busy this shop is. While waiting I overheard several interactions with customers and I am very impressed with Customer service in hell they are so kind and treat each customer with respect. I plan to do business in refer anyone that I know to this company in the future thanks for outstanding outstanding customer service

Be certain before you leave there everything is working properly. Once my dash was opened to repair a CD player? I did not have working turn signals. I was not aware of this until the NEXT DAY. I am very fortunate I was not involved in a car accident that day or the next day when I had to make a special hour long trip to get my wiring connected again. Their oversight. I do not recommend them.
A local business that has survived for decades, in a competitive industry. What this means is consistent, quality work. Window tint on my fathers truck was top notch. Highly recommend for car audio/window tinting.
This is a little late, but thought I would should write a review too. I agree with all the other people. Roberts did everything they could to fix the 6 CD player in my 2000 Lexus. Unfortunately no one was able to find the part, but they tried. So very nice.
Let me tell you I recently had 2 10’s put in my 2001 Chevy Tahoe. Now that’s the sound I’ve been yearning for, for years. The sound is even kill. Beat knocks and not vibrating of the car. The sound is inside 95% until I roll windows down. I have a 2-way relationship with them. Not only am I a customer, I’m also there FedEx guy. I just had Roberts Auto Electronics install a entertainment system in my Ford transit. I could not be happier! They went way beyond my expectations! It looks original to the vehicle and everything was placed conveniently! Other shops were quick to tell me no when I told them what I needed. Chad didn’t even hesitate. He listened to all my requests and added input on anything I forgot. All the guys at the shop were very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for anything else I could ever want done to my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had gotten a full speaker and radio installation months ago at Roberts, and when my radio fuse had blown I was able to take it in and they went out of their way to fix it and send me on my way with no charge. Thank you all!! Now Im able to jam out on my favorite set of car speakers again.

Found Roberts Auto after my 2012 Sienna Navigation Radio System stopped working. Instead of spending $3 grand at Toyota, bought a refurbished system from Roberts and it has worked great for a fraction of the price. And excellent service too. Highly recommend.

Nice employees to deal with. Extremely nice people. Nice shop too. Odd Saturday schedule as they wont allow you to stay with your car on this day but glad they were open until 1pm. If they mess up it will be fixed. That is for certain. They stand behind their work. If you would like a single person to tint your car instead of three separate people tinting the front door windows, rear door windows, and rear window seperatly... this may not be the place for you. But they are fast. I have learned that having multiple people tint your car is a very good thing as they specialize in their task, and it is faster for the customer. i for one will continue to use Roberts for any service they provide!
Fantastic customer service! Took it to Roberts because I thought I had a bad speaker in the dash. Bob took the time to test drive, and diagnose. Believes that the issue was water on my floorboard getting the Amp wet - water is gone now so no need to fix. Was looking to upgrade the control panel in my 2016 Journey from a 4 to 8 screen, get a back-up camera, and hands-free phone connection. Was super happy to find Roberts Auto, they knocked it out of the park and did it for exactly the price I had researched. I am extremely happy with the panel, the back-up camera, AND the Uconnect hands-free phone system installed in my vehicle. Jake was fantastic to work with, responsive, professional and caring. Danny, the installer, was great at walking me through the process of connecting my phone and such (its all voice activated), and I was also given the Uconnect manual (on DVD) to refer to. I will DEFINITELY go back to Roberts again, and I have already referred friends to them who have seen (and love) the new modification in my vehicle.
So moms are ALWAYS right, right? my mom referred me to Roberts to have my 2010 highlander navigation system replaced and I am so grateful for that advice! From the first conversation where I asked only 100 questions about fixing/replacing my navigation system to actually going into the shop to discuss options, Jacob and Finley were very accommodating- and answered all 100 questions. They blew me away with their professionalism, knowledge and ability to retain all of the original pieces to my 2010 highlander. I upgraded my broken navigation system to a Kenwood apple car play system all while retaining my steering wheel controls, back up camera, top display screen, and converted an outlet into a car play port while keeping it looking factory and flush with the car. I highly recommend going to Roberts to upgrade your car!
I had a great experience with Roberts Electronics & window tinting. I had to get tint stripped off of my front windows for a vehicle inspection due to an out of state title transfer. They got me in the next day first thing in the morning and stripped the tint. I called back a couple hours later (post inspection) and they set me up with another quick appointment for the next morning to reapply the tints. They had a very busy schedule and still were able to fit me in on very short notice. Very professional team, quality work, quality products, and not to mention the high end cars that looked amazing coming in and out of their shop on both days that I visited. I will definitely be back for some car audio items in the near future as well. Lastly, I needed some body work done and they got me in touch with another professional that gave me a great quote and quality service that was right here in town. Thanks again guys for the exceptional service.
All I can say is I have extremely high expectations and Roberts Audio far exceeded them. They are very professional and do an amazing job with your project. I cant think of anything that could have been better with the experience I had at Roberts. I have a car that had zero sound system in it and went in asking for ideas. The team came out and instantly started throwing out thoughts that came to them as soon as they saw the car. They listened to my comments and came up with a plan. Now Im not going to say they are the cheapest in town but I will say they are the best. If you want care to be taken with your automobile then you are definitely at the right place. I dont know what else to write to express how blown away I am with the results. I wanted a system that would sound great and clear with any type of music out and they delivered and then some. I have been very patient with this company, but enough is enough!! Had to go back four times due to them installing a defective product. 40 minutes there and back and having to leave my car there for the most of the day!!!! First couple of times, they tried a fix it. The third time, they apologized and upgraded the one way starter that I bought to a two-way and installed a new unit. Of course that one stopped working too. When I went back the fourth time, they said that they switched to a different brand because the old one had many faulty systems, like in my situation. So, they offered to install (Again) a new one with the new brand. But, this time the co-owner, named Chad, said he installed a one-way one because that is what I paid for!! He took away the two way option without informing me!! Also, he said that I am giving you a brand new system, as if he is giving me a gift!!! You are installing a new system due to your faulty system, second time!!! But you decided to take away the accommodation (upgrade to two-way) the other owner provided due to all the trouble I was put through!! I got used to hearing the feedback from the two-way to ensure the starter works when I push the button; it was helpful especially with this feeling of insecurity in the system after so many failures. Now that is gone because Chad thinks I paid for one-way!! He didn’t even think to tell me what he was doing and to give me the option to keep the two-way!! I wonder who should pay for all my trouble, four trips there and back, arranging someone for a ride, and having to leave my car every time!! Dont trust Chad to make things right!!!UPDATE: The owner, Mr. Roberts, got involved, arranged an appointment on a Sat. (Dec5th) and restored the two way remote. I wanted to get this done at a different place, but agreed to go back to Roberts after phone conversations with Mr. Roberts. Out of respect for him and his business, updated to five starts. I am hoping the remote keeps working and I never have to go back there again.
I’ve taken every car I’ve bought to Roberts to have the windows tinted. I’ve never been disappointed and their customer service and quality of work is too notch. I also had a factory head unit repaired there and it worked flawlessly and was a fraction of the cost of a new one from Infiniti. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else
I had two blown front speakers in my auto. I popped in to see what my options were given the quote from the dealership was ridiculous. All factory options were super expensive. In a little over an hour I had two new speakers INSTALLED at a fraction of the cost from the dealership. Everyone at Robert’s was great. Highly recommend.

I have been sending so many customers to this place that I was investigated by the company I work for because they thought I was getting kickbacks. I do not have a lot of time to explain to customers why this place is the best around. I tell customers that if they care abut their vheicles take them to Roberts if you do not care about your vehicle you can take it anywhere else they desire. I have only gotten one complaint in 17 years. It was the same complaint I had why are these guys 50 to 100 dollars more on some of their work. I had a BMW I took somewhere else to save 100 and I found out that my 7 series has 2 hot wires amd this company pick the wrong one and nmy car had to be rewired. Roberts has the sate of the art equipment and hey do thing right the first and stand behind their work.. Recommending them all these years made me look like a genius. The funniest thing that happened to me was that I recently called all the 4 and 5 star places in town that do the same ting and they weer professional and told me that hate to send their business but we recommend Roberts in Middletown. They pride themselves on integrity. Thanks Roberts for taking care of all my customers. I got to speak to the owner briefly about this and he is AWSOME too.
I could not be more pleased with Roberts. I had my own remote start system that I thought I could install myself as an electrical engineer. I could not. I had two quotes from different places and Roberts had the best price by hundreds of dollars they got me in the following week and just had the car for ONE DAY and installed the entire system. I came and picked it up and they even showed me how to work the new system. I am obsessed and will be looking for more things they can do to my car. As a young woman I am always nervous when dealing with car businesses for fear that I will be cheated. No worries here. I can not tell you how much I recommend this place. Seriously the best.

I recently made a purchase from Roberts Auto Electronics & Window Tint. Within a couple of weeks an issue with the product surfaced and I returned to Roberts to see if a satisfactory solution could be implemented. Roberts Tinting and the team in their shop are some of the kindest people I have met in a long time. Not only do they stand firmly behind their excellent work, they treat you like you would want to be treated as a customer. Taking special care to not only meet your needs but ensure at the end of the day you are overly satisfied with the work they perform. They left my car clean, and in perfect order just as I gave it to them, if anything it was cleaner. The managers and owners of the shop really know what they are doing and how to tint! Even when the tint met black manufacturer placed window bumps the tint looks amazing! After a few hot days in the sun the tint is crystal clear. They also use a very high quality tint from WINCOS. The Air 80 is an amazing item I didnt know existed until I showed up at their door, and they took the time to explain all the details to me in clearly understandable terms. if you are unsure about what to do with your car, Take it to Roberts, and let them discuss it with you and give you the confidence you need to make the right decision! Recently I had to take my older model car to Roberts because I was having problems with the built in navigation system. I was afraid it couldn’t be fixed which would keep me from accessing other functions such as radio, a/c, mileage/time, etc. However, Brandon saved the day when he was able to fix it. He did an excellent job & was awesome to deal with & very respectful which is such a plus in today’s world. I highly recommend Roberts for all your electronic needs (I had my windows tinted their years ago as well). Roberts staff was great & I want to give out a big shout out to Brandon. I’m an extremely grateful customer!

No smoking in the shop, or around your car, very cool shop and clean shop with great people and products, they did a great job on my 2018 Jeep with no bubbles and even better no dust. I am a happy customer that will return.
I made an appointment to get my front windows tinted. I showed up about five minutes early to check in. They said it would be about an hour, which I expected. I went upstairs and settled into the comfy leather chair and put on a podcast, fully intending to sneak in a short nap. But noooo. 23 minutes later my nap was interrupted because my car was already done. Rude, I know. But I guess I’ll leave a good review since I was in and out in under half an hour and the tinting looks perfect and the price was very fair for such good work. These guys know what they’re doing and they’re nice and they’ll take good care of you. Couldn’t be happier, even though I could be more rested.

25 years ago I worked as a salesman at an auto audio dealership. I was proud of the products we sold and the work we did then. But after having dealt with Roberts I can see how poorly we compared to them!I bought a late model used vehicle that was out of warranty from a Louisville dealership that had a stereo head unit problem. The dealership took it to Roberts to have it repaired with a replacement OEM part. We had a lingering issue and Roberts got another brand new OEM part and scheduled an install while I waited (I live 90 minutes away). No charge as they stood behind their warranty and their installer Branden was top notch, very easy to talk to, great explanations and did everything he could to get the fix right.While I waited I got to spend some time on their sales floor and saw what a top notch offering or products they had and their salesmen up there were really knowledgeable and helpful.I know where I will be going in the future for my mobile audio needs even though they are 90 minutes away. Highly recommended.
Was a customer for over 10 years, have taken at least 6 of my cars there for service on both tint and audio sides, and always received excellent service from start to finish. Last time I went it was such horrendous experience that I will no longer be a customer. Im leaving 3 stars as I dont think its fair to forget all the wonderful service I received before.
I called to ask for a price to put fog lamps on my 2017 Dodge Journey to make sure I could afford them before I came in. The parts guy said Id have to come in. I called him back and explained Im at higher risk for complications due to COVID and would need more information to ensure I didnt make an unnecessary trip. He was flippant in both calls. When he wouldnt give me a price, I asked for a range of what it would cost to install basic fog lamps. He said $350-$1750. I told him the year, make, and model of my vehicle. He said $350-$1750. Naturally, certainly they should be able to narrow the price down knowing I wanted basic lights installed in a common vehicle. When I pointed this out, he said Nope, it doesnt [help]. Every vehicle is different. Every vehicle is different? Every vehicle is mass produced on an assembly line. It is simply rediculous to suggest no two vehicles are alike. Nope, every vehicle is not different.I fully realize that it may be difficult to give a customer a price over the phone. I certainly think that with COVID and the information provided that he should have been able narrow the price at least a little. His unwillingness to try only confirmed my initial impression which was he was flippant and not helpful. Since Rogers is not the only business who can do this work, Ill take my vehicle to the shop that was actually friendly, helpful, and gave me a better ballpark figure when I asked.
Can’t give a review on the service portion because I didn’t get that far.Made an appointment a week ago to have an alarm installed in my Jeep and arrived for my appointment today first thing in the morning, before the place had even opened. Since the office wasn’t open yet, I talked to a fellow in the service department and asked him what the normal lead time is for an alarm install. He angrily told me he had no idea and was more concerned about everything he had to do that the weekend crew hadn’t done. Due to that clear lack of professionalism upon my first interaction with someone at Roberts that day, I called several times throughout the day to make sure the Jeep would be finished on time (I’d been told it would be done by 6:30). Called at 10:30, 12:30 and 3:00, each time being told my Jeep would be done by 6:30. On the 3:00 phone call, I spoke to the owner, Chad, who had quoted the alarm and timeframe to me the previous week. He assured me the Jeep would be done by 6:30. At 4:15, someone from Roberts called and said the Jeep wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. I told them that didn’t work because it had to be somewhere else for other work tomorrow. He said he’d call me back. Called me back a few minutes later and said they couldn’t get the Jeep done today, as had been promised. Very much had a “don’t really care” attitude and offered me a mere $50 off on the installation (a joke), so I asked to talk to the owner. Owner had the same attitude, just said they were busy and, when I asked about the progress, said THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED the work yet. So I’d been lied to all day by Roberts employees- every time I talked to someone who assured me the Jeep would be done at the promised time, all while my Jeep sat untouched, never even being moved from the spot I parked it in this morning. I told him I would take it elsewhere and would be by to pick it up. I got a ride to pick it up and, when I went in to get my keys, they still seemed to not care a bit about their failure and horrible customer service.I understand things happen and they seemed to have bitten off more than they could chew as far as appointments for the day. But when you make a promise to a customer and continue to reinforce that promise all day, to suddenly, a couple hours before the customer is supposed pick up their completed vehicle say, “We were just kidding- it won’t be done” and offer no legitimate “I’m sorry” gesture is unacceptable. If the owner had sincerely apologized and offered to put me in a rental car (he knew this is my only vehicle) or apologized and offered a SERIOUS discount if I wanted to reschedule, I would have given them another chance. But instead, because of their lack of honesty and refusal to offer any real apology or solution, they lost my business entirely, as well as any potential business I was going to send their way. Very disappointed.
Friendly people who do great work. I had a great experience with Robert’s allowing them to put in 2 12 inch JL subs woofer and a kenwood head unit in my Ford raptors. I recommend Robert’s if you want the best work done.
Recently purchased step rails & had windows tinted on a Ram truck- as always, the team at Roberts were great! Both departments doing the work coordinated the work perfectly & had ready in a day. I have been a customer of Roberts since the late 80’s, numerous cars over the years & always stellar work. Would give them the highest recommendation!

Took my new 2020 Grand Cherokee to Chad last Monday and they had issues with the truck being new and not having the correct converter for the new amp. Took it back yesterday for a sealed JL Audio box with a new amp and it was a huge improvement from factory. Very happy with them once again.Thanks guysSam Duncan
Went in for an estimate and they guy at the counter spent 10 minutes talking to his buddy on the phone about golf and whats jake doing is he laying out by the pool and never acknowledged me until i finally left. Lmao great job guys.
If youre looking for someone to work on your vehicle you can trust; look no further. These guys go the extra mile to consistently do things the right way. They treat your vehicle as if it were theyre own, and thats exactly what I want when someone is working on my truck. If youre not sure who to ask for, ask for Chad, hes the best in the city.
I live in Kansas and called Roberts Audio to ask a couple of questions after seeing a DVD player listed on Ebay that I needed for my 2012 Sienna Limited. I was told by a local shop that my DVD player was bad and I needed a whole new system that would cost around $2000. I spoke with Joe and he told me to send mine in and they would take a look at it. I took a chance and after about 4 days, Brandon called me to tell me the DVD player was good. He said it could possible be my head unit but he would send out another DVD unit and I could try it. I did receive it as promised and had the same result. I took another chance and sent in my Roof Monitor. A few days later Brandon called and let me know my monitor was the issue. I feel like I am a great judge of character and these men were flawless in their conversations I had with them from the beginning. They are honest, follow through on things and keep the customer updated at all times. Please keep in mind we are states away from one another and yet I felt like I had already walked through their door. Thank you Brandon for helping me out and I feel like my money was well spent and they truly appreciated my business. I look forward to taking a tour of your shop if I am ever in your neighborhood.

Had a JL Audio Amp and enclosed subwoofer installed. Finley was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and made the perfect recommendation. I was very impressed with the quality of the install and the attention to detail. Would highly recommend.
Awesome customer service & friendly & knowledgeable employees!! I took my car in this morning to get my windows tinted & they explained to me the different levels of tint & what they do. I didnt know there was so much to tinting!! My Prius looks perfect & I LOVE the tint I got!! Plus I didnt have to wait too long either!! I highly recommended Roberts!!
I wanted to add a new and different look to my 2020 XSE Camry. I ordered some LED fog lights and I knew the only place I could trust to not mess up my baby at or after install was Roberts. Brandon and crew took total care of my baby and she looks awesome. I appreciate the detail they took to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Took my new car to Robert‘s today for window tinting. She looks great! This is the third car Roberts has tinted for me. They do great work. They also put an Apple CarPlay in my previous car. I am never disappointed with the quality of their work!!!I wish I could figure out how to upload my pictures.
Extremely happy with the service and professionalism at Roberts! My 15 year old Audi A8 had an electronics issue. Chad was very familiar with the problem when I called. I took the car in a couple of days later and it was repaired the same day. Chad recommended an economical way to fix the problem that worked perfectly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!
Great quality work in a timely manner. Chad helped me replace my Advent Nav unit on Camry 2014 with OEM unit. They did great job to bring back my vehicle into OEM state after having several issues with my Advent unit (was installed by different vendor).overall was a great experience

I had a security system installed in my vehicle about a year ago. Since then i have had few minor things that went wrong, i believe it had to do with my vehicle being 13 years old which ive taken good care of.Chad is the man!!.... In the world we live in today, we are quick to react to negative situations, but less likely to react to positive situations. This company is hands down the best In customer service, updating the customer, quality of workmanship, and attention to detail. With all of their business window tinting and electronics working effortlessly together to take care of the customer. Working in the automotive industry myself, having a place that gives the highest level of customer service allows me to send customers and my personal vehicles there for any service. Just recently having a new info system installed in my 2015 F150 from the sync 2 to sync 3, something that had not been performed by the shop before. Brandon gave me that information and explained how the process would work step by step on how they would make this conversion successful. Updating me with pictures via text everyday, showing as much excitement for this to be completed successfully as I was. 2 days later (1 day ahead of schedule) it’s a dream come true, it works flawlessly. Everyone from Brandon, Finley, Rick in window tinting these guys are the best and their isn’t anyone else in the industry that I would want my clients, guests or family members to see other then the staff at Roberts.
I am very happy with the work that Finley did for me at Roberts! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products that I had asked about in the store and when he took a look at my truck that had problems starting with the remote start he fixed it right away and it was very inexpensive! Ive taken my 66 Mustang to Roberts twice. Once for a radio and second time to wire a new console. Their service goes way beyond any expectations. They went out of their way to explain everything that was done and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. On a 5 star scale they are a 10.

Best customer service experience ever . I just purchased a 2005 land cruiser to deliver coffee for my growing coffee roasting business. My factory installed 6 disc changer was not engaging. Jason a young man who has just recently joined the Robert’s team took time out of his busy day to come take a look. He removed 2 objects out of the body of the changer a pack of Goodys head ache powder and a plastic clip. Man my changer works perfectly fine now. Honest and trustworthy service is hard to find in today’s world. They earned a fan for life today . Thank you Jason for the amazing customer service experience.
