This company was contacted by my insurance company {GEICO} and arrived within one hour. After a inspection of the damaged areas two additional persons began placing blowers in the appropriate areas to begin drying out carpet/hardwood flooring. 2 dehumidifiers were also placed where needed. . The crew arrived when they said they would and removed the equipment and the area was inspected for mold/milldew and wa vertified as free from both. The whole experience was excellent; I highly recommend this company to any who require this type of service.

My basement flooded on a Sunday after a heavy rain and my sump pump stopped working. I called Vicari and Runner and they were able to come out the same day right after they finished the job they were on and arrived when they said they would. The employees were professional and courteous. They set up their equipment and told me to leave everything the way it was until they came to pick it up in a few days. When they came to get their equipment they again arrived when they said they would. Very pleased with the service of this company.
