Anytime has been a blessing in disguise for my husband and I. In May of 2021, my husband traumatically broke his foot. He has been unable to walk or do anything for himself since then. I have dealt with chronic pain since I was a young teen and I often have flares that leave me unable to walk or do much. Every week, Anytime picks up our trash on Wednesday. I work 10 hour shifts on Tuesday’s and don’t get home until late, so I frequently forget to take our trash to the end of the driveway. Without fail, they have still grabbed our can from the side of my house every week. I am so grateful for this company going above and beyond every single week.

My father was in the hospital and we forgot to put his trash out. The man that works his street went in his backyard and put his trash out . That was much appreciated. 😊

This company is amazing, we have never once had an issue with our service. My Dad passed away in December and in the chaos we forgot to put out our can. The boys from Anytime came down the drive way and got them for us anyway. They go above and beyond and we appreciate the time and effort they make for their customers!

Anytime was a great experience! They provided a 20 yard dumpster for my renovation and delivered within 48 hours of the request. Anytime has also switched out/replaced the dumpster 3 different times within a 24 hour notice. They’re prices are better than their competitors and their service is on point. After a bad experience with another company being very messy and late pick ups I am very impressed. Anytime is very dependable! Garbage is gone before my customers show up every day and parking lot is clean. Dumpster is a lot newer and nicer looking than the last company too.I highly recommend!

I am a large property manager in Louisville & use Anytime for all my multi family & any residential I can. When you have 100+ properties it is nice to know that when I send in an email for a dumpster or any other need it is handled, & you dont have to check to see if it was delivered or picked up.The pricing is great service, amazing I highly recommend Anytime Waste!!!!

I cant say enough good things about Anytime Waste. They are friendly, accommodating, and reliable. We use them for all our dumpster needs and have never had a problem!

Horrible company. Do NOT recommend for any neighborhood. Trucks are old and constantly leak liquid all over the streets. Frequently miss whole trash cans, leaving you to call them to come pick it back up. Leave debris and trash on our streets. Frequent broken glass where kids play. Worst off, they MIX trash and recycling. They are cheap for a reason!

CO OWNER OF COMPANY JUST CALLED BACK AND RESOLVED OUR ISSUE!!We had arranged a dumpster to be delivered on a certain day. The day before it was to be delivered, we called and cancelled the dumpster. The woman I spoke with said she would have to place me on hold for approximately 2 minutes, came back and said I called in enough time and that the dumpster would be cancelled. When my assistant manager came in that day, she asked me if I was given a reimbursement because she had already gave them a method of payment, which I was unaware of (they said they would send a receipt to my email, which I never received). She called again and spoke to someone to find out how we would be reimbursed, and she was reassured that we would not be charge. That was on the 18th and here it is the 23rd and we have a pending transaction on our bank account for $395.00. I just called and spoke to someone and asked why we were charged. She said they charge a $100 haul fee and then also because they had to come by twice to collect the dumpster because it was behind a locked gate. There is someone who lives on the property and one of the owners has my cell phone number!!! Shady way to do business!!

Horrible company for subdivisions. Have video of them dumping our trash and recycling in the same truck, want to see it? And thats not the only issue we had with them.

Ordered a dumpster from Anytime on June 17th to be delivered June 26th. I made a special trip to the office to make payment because they said it had to be paid for in advance. The lady I spoke with in the office confirmed my delivery date of June 26th. Well here it is June 27th and you guessed it.....no dumpster. We had work crews show up at 630 am ready to work and were not able to because there was not a dumpster available. Of course that early in the morning no one is available at Anytime. We finally got a hold of someone at 730 and he was not helpful at all. Basically told us that the delivery date was entered wrong and that he would have a dumpster to us sometime that day. Told him we needed it immediately because we had workers waiting and he couldnt guarantee that so we cancelled. Lets see how long it takes them to issue a credit. Should be pretty immediate since they were able to charge my card immediately. We contacted Waste Management and they were able to get us a dumpster that same day. So if youre in Louisville Ky and need dumpster service give Waste Management a call and they will be more than helpful. Anytime Dumpster may be cheaper but you get what you pay for and at Anytime cheap prices = cheap service.

The issues with communication that we had were resolved and we have been satifsfied to date with our pickup schedule and the dumpster size.
