I had them from February until about the second week of April. Worse service Ive ever had. Trash would not be picked up on time, Id constantly call and be reassured the issue would be resolved just to have the bs happen every week. And now that Im not with them theyre trying to charge me for a product I dont have. Its been 2 little over 2 months now and the issue still isnt resolved. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Charged $49 for a bulky item!!!! Never ever heard of such! Usually places allow one bulky item per month at least…this was ONE TIME EVER that we got a new couch and put the old one out. I’ve been disliking them ever since so today I’m calling other trash services to switch.

I scheduled a pick up on Wednesday for some boxes . Guy came on Thursday and didn’t took my boxes because i had to have them nice organized out there, im 8 months pregnant and they expected me to break all boxes and organize to be thrown away (WHICH I DID) told me they would send someone that Thursday to pick it up, no one came . Called the next day (Friday) and they said they would come pick up and never came . Call them 4 time on Friday to let them know it was windy and stuff kept flying away to my neighbors yard and still didn’t come. Trash is still out in front of my house and now they close on the weekend . Will cancel on Monday, rather pay Waste Management than this people . Very disappointed will no recommend this service.

Worst trash pick up company ever.i just set up my account last monday.the rep informed me my trash would be picked up wed.trash been sitting in front since tues nite.call customer service this morning and they said i wasnt due to be picked up til next wed.so,now i have to wait 9 days after signing up for my pick up.my can is filled up.worst part is the supervisor told me even tho the rep gave me the wrong info,theyre still not coming til next wed.big mistake i made in chosing republic services.guess ill find a reliable company to go to now...republic services is the worst.

Requested trash pickup service over a month ago. Still haven’t seen a can delivered. What’s hilarious is they just sent us our first bill. Go with a more reliable service. This company’s a joke. Not a single review over 1 star. Just sayin’.

No one answers the phone and the phone message is over a week old. Ive been charged recovery and gas fee for something that has not happened

Just plain horrible, canceled our service and they keep lying about picking up the trash bins, everytime I call its a different week or day, I canceled because one of our bins had a broken wheel and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced, I work out of state so my wife had to deal with bin wit a broken wheelHorrible
