I had never been to that location and I had a tax issue that I needed advice on and Beverly was so knowledgeable. She was patient, thorough, and professional and provided amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my issue and she also did a fantastic job on my taxes. I highly recommend Beverly as a trusted tax expert.

I have been filing taxes with Jackson Hewitt for about 5 years now and I will say if you want someone that will go out of her way and take care of you like a client should be go see Beverley Sexton. She has been doing my taxes since the beginning and shes awesome at what she does all the time.

I was kind of hesitant to let a new tax preparer from another location do my taxes since the lady that usually do my taxes was out sick for a few weeks they had someone else from a different store replace her while she was out. But once Beverly assisted me I felt comfortable with her preparing my taxes, plus she was training two people while doing her own work, I would have been overwhelmed. But she handled it with patience and professionalism kept a great attitude about it. They also kept it very sanitary by wiping down EVERYTHING in between each customer.

I was a walk in and my tax preparer was a young lady by the name Shay Simpson. I was her first client ever and my experience with her was. Wonderful. This young lady is very sweet and at her job for someone whos in training go see her.

I originally went to the Jackson Hewitt booth inside Wal-Mary to do my taxes and their service was great in there. But last year, I was unable to do so, then I booked an appointment with JH at 3333 Bardstown Rd. My experience was great so I booked again for 2021. Same great experience; the tax preparer, Shae, was super sweet. Will definitely continue using their service.

I was using your service for the last few years. Unfortunately, I was not given the same professional level of service that I previously received, and thats why I went to HR Block this tax season. When I came to this location, I explained my situation to the preparer. It involved an offset. This was not an issue in the past, I just wanted to know if it applied this year because of pandemic relief. It was not by the way. However, I was misinformed by a preparer. Afterwards, I was told I would my stimulus would also be seized, and thats wrong. I was also told that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service, because the office would not receive its payment otherwise. I knew that was incorrect from prior experience. I also didnt feel like that preparer was treating me the same as the other clients. I dont think I will be returning in the future. I dont feel like I can trust a company that hires people who are unknowledgeable as this.

I called to schedule an appointment with her and was informed by Beverly that she had not yet returned to work. I had the worst experience walking into this location. There was no COVID safety protocol in place. Nobody being asked to cover face, many extra people just hanging out, no customer interaction when I walked in. It felt very chaotic and unorganized. I left immediately.

Was a customer for over 12 years they cant even fix their website properly. Next year will be switching to Turbo or H&R block and encourage everyone else to as Jackson Hewitt as a company has gone downhill for the last 5 years.
