Veronica was very knowlegable and easy to work with. She was able to answer all of our questions in a friendly and relaxed environment. She was prompt with our appointment and had all our papers organized and ready for us when we arrived.

I remember it used to be house hold name, now in the past few years they are focused on nothing but their money not yours. Remember it for what it was, an save your money, they are not worth it.

Honestly, I couldve just filed my own taxes but I had hopes of getting a refund advance with H&R. The fees are outrageous and I received a denial for the loan due to them not being able to verify my identity so now Im questioning if my information was entered correctly. The woman who filed my taxes wasnt very helpful, I was constantly signing things but there was no clear instruction on what I needed to do exactly as Ive never filed with H&R. I will never do service again. Thanks anyways.

I might try and do my own on line next year?

Price went up 150 just because I sold my mutual funds. It took the same amount of time or less for the preparer, thats B.S.!!! $450 too much to do simple return with no itemization.

Local office experience great. however, I always filed on line before, but on line would not accept my last years id or password...so i went to local office. it cost me more. on line v ery confusing and never once did they provide me a telephone number to solve problem. seems to me after trying on line and problems occur, you would provide a telephoe number to solve online problem.

It was an easy and good experience for me. I will have my taxes done by H&R Block next year.
