Amazing folks working hard to help break down barriers and improve upon our community. Whether you are under financial hardship, struggle with abuse or homeless, St. Vincent de Paul offers a variety of programs and housing for all. They also have a pantry and serve food to the community on a regular basis from their Open Hand Program. They have housing for all those who need it; women, men, families and children programs. They have set the bar for helping our community and the flagship for others to follow. So grateful for their contributions to our community.
Hey has anyone noticed this review by COM DOT? Yal notice how they speak so good of St Vincent depaul? Well they dont do any of that!! They dont give out any kind of food!! Unless u actually go down to the shelter part of it and eat there!! But they wouldnt give anything frozen for sure!! This person is probably someone working there, trying to make the place sound like something its not..!!Not so good for being a real people helping place.there not for real trying to help people. They are scandalous and crooked..
They are helpful in all the food you get each week
What a great Catholic Mens housing, to allow and maintain the gentleman that are staying in that area for housing. It is great that they do for all the individuals that they help daily.
Lots of food in food box! They give out milk and frozen meat and boxes of name brand cereal. Along with produce and canned goods.
I make it a habbit to not review any type of religious organization, but youve got to give credit where credit is due. These people have a serving heart that transcend religion. They have really made these difficult times more manageable, for lack of a better word. Thank you for everything that you do!
This place does great work
This is my favorite thrift store. I have been going for 12 years. They have gotten things in that were pretty awesome, like a very old painting that was worth thousands of dollars. Their selection of merchandise is always vast and reasonably priced. The manger is very nice and the staff as well.
Whether you need clothing for you or your family, a hot meal, and/or shelter, or love helping your community. St. Vincent de Paul is one of the biggest non-profit organizations helping hundreds of familys in Louisville all year round.
They helped me before when I had a hard time and i went today to donate some toys and games, wanted to make some kids happy in this blessed holiday season, I will always go back there for more donations and will never forget the help i got from them, Thank you all.

Great place to get help
Nice place to donate. They helped myself and my children get established in Louisville when I moved here from an abusive relationship. They gave me 3 beds 3 nightstands 3 dressers a couch a kitchen table and chairs 2 end tables. I like to give back when I can
Ive visited many times in the past - Not recently, though. I never had issues with finding what Im looking for and the staff was always very friendly. The patrons were equally as nice.
They serve others. My church volunteers there. They feed the homeless
