The Ronald McDonald house is a beautiful place for parents who dont live in the area to stay while their child is in the hospital. The staff is very kind and helpful. The building on the outside you can tell its an older building but the inside will definitely wow you from the room view to the skylight on the 4th floor I will always remember my stay here.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and the kitchen on our floor was clean and tidy.. All around a very nice place to stay. It helps tremendously while going through trying times with loved ones.
Ronald McDonald House is the best thing that’s happened to us by far thur this whole process other than my son’s actual heart surgery! My son was born with a congenital heart disease known as atresia of the left ventricle and had to have three heart surgeries at 11days old, around 6 1/2months and last one at 2.The first heart surgery I stayed in my car night after night never wanting help not thinking they would help. Boy was I wrong 2weeks after knowing my son was goina be in the hospital for another month I had to try and sleep better. Rmch was there and it was my best choice. Every time after that we always got a room when we came up. And we are so thankful and blessed for this place !!!
My wife an I really love the people who work there. The community is very very thoughtful for keeping families closer and hard times
Great place for families to stay while their children are in the hospital.
This is an essential institution for treatment of kids with serious illness while in Louisville, without regard to where the family is from.
Amazing hospitality and compassion for families working through childhood illnesses and treatments. Love the location, but we love the staff even more.
Took care of our family during their time of need
Very awesome people need all the support they can get here and they wouldnt been here I dont know what I would have done or my family
I have been going to Ronald McDonald House since I was a baby and they have excellent service .
They r really good people that run this place. Its clean an they no how to treat people. My grand baby n daughter was at kosiars for a week n they treated us like family. I would give them 10 stars
Very nice place.
They have made some serious improvements for the families here. Our group volunteered to do some baking/ sandwich-making and had a great time. The entrance has moved if you havent been there in a while. I was so confused when I first got there, but just follow the signs.Take a group and volunteer. You wont regret it.
Some of the best people I have ever encountered! 5 stars!!!
I am absolutely amazed by The Ronald McDonald house!! I had no idea how much they provide for your stay. The staff was amazing!! Very nice & they just wanted to make sure we felt at home as possible, granite the situation. There is so much work & dedication that goes into The Ronald McDonald House, this place is truly a blessing!
Great people at the Ronald McDonald house! Truly a blessing they really helped out a lot! That was an experience I will never forget! Thank you Ronald McDonald house!
Though i would much rather be at home. The fact that places like this exist gives me hope for humanity. Thank you so much for what you do. If you end up needing to stay in this place please be respectful of each other.
Its a great facility with an amazing staff! They go above & beyond to give you piece of mind & comfortable as possible to help families get through the stressful time of having a baby in the NICU.
I stayed at the Ronald McDonald house when my son was at Norton childrens hospital for 18 days. They helped us out and had a room open when we got there. The stuff is very nice. I felt like I was at home. I think it is awesome that different organizations come out to cook for u. If my son has to stay at Norton childrens hospital at I know where I will stay.
I was there as my new born was admitted in to Norton Hospital. We stayed there for 10 days as we were already tried of driving 65 miles one side from Georgetown to Louisville. RMDH was a home away from home. Facilities provided by the house are very good and the staff is also very supportive. Due to this stay we could concentrate on the baby, when it was at most required. Thanks to these guys and all the very best.
Wonderful place for the families that need extra love and help. They are so kind and we are blessed to have this place to call home away from home!!
Nice people there cant wait to do blacklight puppets there.
The Ronald McDonald house is one of the best places in the world for any one with a disabled child ! We have been coming here for 17 years ! The rooms are clean and cozy ! Super is always prepared by volunteers and severed at 6, free of charge as is brunch on the week ends ! Rooms are.only 15 dollars a night which is a God send considering hotel rooms would cost you 75 and you dont have half the accommodations
The staff was excellent. They were very friendly, even when I kept getting lost in the building, they understood. They have the coolest set up. Every floor has kids rooms, kitchens, waiting room, outside grill, smkme area, and YMCA is across the road.
The house built with love!!! We spent 2 months and are very thankful!!! God Bless!!
I will always thank for letting us stay their while my sister was in Nortonschildrens hospital
This place is awesome for those who need it. Our Club Scout Den did a service project where we cooked dinner for the families so that they could have quality time together.
Its homey, its comfortable, its convenient for parents that have children at Nortons Childrens like we did, and its affordable. You have chores and you have to tidy up your room when you leave but this keeps costs low and its not a big deal.
This place is Awesome!! A great big thank you for Ronald McDonald,!!! Its beautiful, clean, and nice staff, and sometimes good staff is hard to find.
Oh this place is awesome, they are so nice and a great help when you have to be close to you loved ones, while they are in hospital, I highly recommend, Ive stayed there 2 different times and met a lot of awesome people, Its a great place
The house offers a home to families with children in medical crisis. Its good medicine to be surrounded with love.
Everyone was very nice and may you feel at home
Great cause. Had the opportunity to volunteer there and had a great time.
This place is amazing! We have been staying there for over a month now. If it wasnt for them we couldnt be close to our daughter that was born premature. Please make sure you donate to the RMDH they help so many families in these situations
It gives us a safe place to stay while we are doing chemo treatments and surgeries.
We where in a hurry and they took good care of us, the place is really friendly and clean.
Wonderful people and place. Would not have had anywhere to stay while my little one was in NICU if it wasnt for the Ronald McDonald house.
Excellent foundation. Hats off to you guys.

Doing immeasurable good.

Helping families stay together while at the hospital, great people.
Super friendly
They are very respectfull and try to make you feel at home
I stayed several days in NOV 1984, My son was born as pre mature and in neonatal icu for 2 weeks, we were military out of fort knox and couldnt make the drive each day. At that time, I never felt like I could thank them enough. So thats why I am doing a review, actually a comment. The america we lived in then, with that flag, and those values... is gone forever,...a terrible loss, due in most part to greed. I will sorely miss her. I can only hope many other corporations will find their own ways to help people and follow the leadership example that remains to this day.
Good place, somewhat dated.
This is a very nice place to stay

Cant thank the RMDH enough. Theyve done so much for my sister.
