This is a great help with your lge bill. I filled out all the paper work and it was easy you can text or email it to them amd if your missing something they give you enough time to send it in and I watched a video and had to answer five questions which was very easy in that same day my bills pay off paid off and I had a credit so it works and it’s a big help they tell you everything you need to know if you get all the help you need.

I cant believe how fortunate our family is to have been selected to participate in such an extraordinary program. To not have to stress every month about covering my entire LG&E bill is a Godsend! Im still pinching myself ....

UPDATE: Our city leaders want all controlThis program was shut down. Now LIHEAP Subsidy is the only way to get monthly help...if you are chosen. There are Liheap crisis help with a bill, and Liheap Subsidy which pays a much smaller amount towards your bill if you apply and are accepted.We all get billed 30 cents on each LGE-KU bill monthly. This should be our decision, not the citys or electric companies decision. Check your bills and you will see the small fee on your bill. It is small, but over years it does add up. It was just a quarter, but when they shut down ASAP the fee was raised to $0.30.This was such a special surprise. I got letter inviting me to the program. My upcoming bill of over $350 is paid. This is going to help me get windows that open in my bedroom. They may be used, but Ive been here 20 years without windows that open or that an air conditioner can be put into. I am so happy. This program is real. They just paid $400 to LG&E for me. Im getting to buy my dogs food they love on the 3rd when I get my disability check. Ill be able to get my medicine and some veggies. Dont doubt that this program is real. Im so excited 😁

Im new to the program. As like many others I was skeptical about it because I had never heard of them. Also with covid I have been hearing of many scams going around so I was Cautious . However, I called and Im very thankful I did Ive struggled in my home with high utility Bills and its such a relief that not only are they gonna help manage the cost but weatherize my home to make my Bills more manageable. Please if you get an invitation call them let them help and the staff is amazing.

When I first heard about ASAP, I wasnt going to call and see what it was about. I thought they were probably going to try, and sell me something claiming to lower my LGE bill. But I was curious and called, and I thank God that I did. Because they are telling the truth. I am disabled and my income is social security and they paid $400.00 through the year and because when I went through the hour orientation at the library they backdated payments from January. The reason I went through the program orientation was because I felt safe going to the public library for the orientation. So I completed the requested requirements and they did what they said they would do and they had a weatherization company come to my house and they put insulation in my attic and weather strip on my doors and it was completely free. I am going through the program for the second year and it doesnt disqualify you from applying for liheap and receiving assistance from liheap. I would absolutely say it is worth going through the ASAP program

I signed up for LIHEAP back in November 2019 and they directed me to ASAPKY for LG&E assistance. This program gets funding from LG&E to assists those in need. A great program! The ASAP team are very courteous and professional. So glad they are there to help.

This group funded by LGE are very real. I didnt know about them until I received something in mail thru LGE from signing up thru Liheap. I was so happy to find out how real this group was.
