Whoever was driving the white pickup truck on I-64 East today needs to be fired or at least take some anger management classes. Quite clearly doesn’t care about endangering the lives of others, driving so recklessly. I would never work with a company who represents themselves like this in the community.

I live in the Villages of Wildwood off Fegenbush and your company is contracted with our HOA to keep our grass cut and I must say lately they have been doing a rushed, terrible and unfinished job. They dont cut the grass low enough. They ride quickly on those riding lawn mowers and run through each yard quick. They havent been coming back to cut down and edge the grass the mower couldnt reach. They havent been blowing the grass from the sidewalk. The backyard to be more specific, I guess because no one can see that. Can yall please do a better job next time yall come.

I worked for brightview for a couple months in 2018 and still they refuse to give me my w-2 its now September 2021 and I still cant file my taxes other than that they was a great company to work for they did amazing work while there and Id give 5 stars for the work those guys do 0 stars for the payroll Dept.

Your driver of white pickup pulling trailer ran a red light and cut me off at Ormsby Station and Hurstbourne this AM 11:30. When I signaled with horn to avoid collision, one of his passengers gave me the finger. Nice promo for your services...NOT!!

This company is very, very unprofessional, they play childish games if you have to call and ask them to come back and mow something they missed, dont call and complain because they will make sure they make it even worse, they will leave grass on your sidewalk or driveway or they will make sure they miss something again. My grass was so tall on the side beside my garage and the side of my house in between my neighbors house that there were snakes in it because there is a creek they runs behind my garage. Most companies when you complain about something apologize and get your complaint corrected but NOT THIS COMPANY!!!! Not sure who runs this company but they have a BIG BIG PROBLEM WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK!!! This is my second review because I put the other one out there a year or so a go and NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!! My Association in my neighborhood uses them I guess its the cheapest company because they sure do CHEAP work!!!

To the driver who yelled obscenities at my 70 year old mother for apparently parking in the wrong spot and to the van full of workers that gave me the finger and drove away when I approached asking what the problem was. I home you just had a bad day and if you did I hope tomorrow is better. I hope management makes sure others dont have to suffer this disgusting behavior.

I dont know who the people are who these people that are writing these reviews but brightview is the most respectful company in Louisville I have worked at brightview for 6 weeks now and its the most professional company in louiville the crew leaders dont wear red we wear the same uniforms as the rest of your colleagues do when I was originated I was told costumers first and we are to be professional in all areas of are work the best company in Louisville and everywhere else are companies are located though out the United states so if you want a professional job done and finished in I timely matter hire us and you will see what am talking about outstanding company to work for and receive service from

I live in a luxury complex, east end louisville. This company alway misses several spots. I would go out there when they come around and tell them about the spots theyre missing. Now the the boss of that crew wears a bright red shirt that says do me a favor and stop talking these people are a joke and are the most unprofessional Landscaping crew you will ever meet.They remind me of a prison work crew! The way they look an act!!! They dont care!!!

Great company and a good place to work

Poor service they do not stand behind their plantings. Said they where stressed by over watering and they are the ones who installed the sprinkler system that watered them.
