Aggressive driver. Over on Hurstborne the driver in this company car was speeding and swerving around other cars during morning rush hour. Turning onto Taylorsville Rd he sped around another car and nearly side swiped us in an attempt to cut us off.Havent used the company but I wouldnt pick someone with little to no disregard to other drivers.
I moved into my home roughly a year ago where there was already an irrigation system installed. My system is separated into four sections, each on its own timer. I noticed earlier this summer that one of the sections would turn on, but then didnt turn off on its own. I called Greenway and they sent Ryan out to take a look. Ryan was courteous and friendly and said there was a problem with the valve for that particular section, which he replaced for me. The total was $140 and the problem seemed to be fixed. I continued to run my sprinklers on the same schedule as I had beforeHowever, when I received my August water bill (the first since Ryans service call) it was for $700! I immediately went out to check my water meter and saw it was running continuously. As soon as I switched off the main valve to the irrigation system, the meter stopped. There was clearly some sort of leak in the irrigation system. I called Greenway again and they promptly dispatched Brad the following day. He ended up changing another valve, which to this point seems to have mitigated the problem.Keep in mind, I had no issues with leaking or any similar problems before Ryans visit. So after Brad changed the second valve, I called Greenway to explain and ask if they would do anything to help. The only variable that changed between the prior water bill and this one was Ryans visit where he replaced the original valve.I spoke to Rebecca who offered that Brads diagnosis was a weeping valve which in no way could have caused such a massive leak. I was puzzled by her logic, since Brad replaced the weeping valve which seemed to fix the problem. I asked if Greenway would be willing to help with the huge water bill, for which the only logical cause is something that was done during their first visit to my home. She insisted that the two issues were completely unrelated and that a sprinkler system that worked fine for 20+ years just coincidentally sprang a leak immediately following their technicians visit. You can imagine why I would be skeptical, as I believe any logical person would be. I pressed further, explaining that I would have been better off doing nothing, but instead I paid them $140 to turn a minor problem into a major one. She was unapologetic, insisting that the two were unrelated and there would be no assistance or refunds.I may never know what the actual problem is, but truthfully it doesnt matter much to me. I just want to know that I can trust the companies I work with to treat customers fairly and make things right when they become a problem. If Rebecca had simply offered to refund the original charge, I probably would have been happy and continued using Greenway. I dont want to work with a company that cares more about a few hundred dollars than their customers, so I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future
Rebecca and Tommy did a great job getting our irrigation system opened up for the summer season. All the station times were adjusted and sprinkler heads inspected. Fantastic job.
I recently called Greenway Irrigation to have my irrigation system winterized after being referred by my neighbor. They were here on time and had the job done very promptly. This was my first experience using Greenway and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks!
