Last spring I paid Jungle Jims to come out and dig trenches to run tile from my downspouts out into the yard in order to stop water from building up in our landscaping. It was clear that the trenches were not dug deep enough since the tile is completely visible above ground as you can see in the attached photos. Despite numerous calls and several promises to get the situation corrected, it still remains this way today. They did a decent job with cutting my grass but this is just horrible customer service and shoddy work. We will not have them back this year.

We used this service for a couple months. We never received or signed a contract with a list of all the rules. We were being charged for chemical applications we never asked for or even told about. Mowing was sometimes twice in less than a week. He does great work but his customer service/communication is poor.
