My daughter has rented from IPG for multiple apartments and has had great experiences each time! Brooke is very professional and has made the process seamless!

Great company to rent from. Everyone in the staff I have interacted with from those in the office to the maintenance men have been nice and easy to deal with. Very responsive and quick in fixing any issues Ive had with my apartment.

I love my house however, the management company is AWFUL! My refrigerator had went out Saturday and i wasnt aware until i had came home with $300 worth of groceries. Was told it isnt considered an emergency, they didnt get anyone out till almost 4pm that next monday then couldnt get the new fridge till the following day. When the man called (because the office manager Brooke was extremely disrespectful in our morning convo) he was also extremely disrespectful and dismissive. He told me my concerns did not matter since I had recieved government assistance in the beginning of the yr, i didnt technically pay my rent he did because he is a tax payer! Mind you i recieved the assistance due to my entire houldhold contracting covid and being quarantined for 2 months. They do NOT maintain the properties at all! He told me if i didnt like it i could leave the premises😂

IPG called me to give me back my deposit after I moved out. I had some problems with the prior landlord but since IPG took over theyve made it right with me. I totally respect that!

I rented an apartment through IPG from January 2019 to March 2020. The experience was by far the greatest experience Ive had with a property group/rental agency. My apartment was priced fairly based on the market and the building was such a nice place to live. I think maybe I had one maintenance issue the entire time I lived there and it was sorted within a day. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I moved was that I moved in with my partner. I couldnt recommend this place enough!

Had a very positive experience renting with IPG- the team is friendly, flexible, and always prompt with responses. Brooke in particular went above and beyond to aid me with whatever I needed from the application process to my move. If I still lived in Louisville I would definitely continue to rent from this company. I’ve never leased with a group that made me feel as though I was truly cared for as a person. Would recommend!

Theres a girl who works there, I think her name is Brooke??, and she was SO helpful. We recently moved in to our new apartment and she was a huge help. Our apartment was so clean, and exactly how we expected it to be! They make themselves super available if we ever need help. Highly recommend

I have never seen such a large property management company pay such phenomenal attention to detail. Although they have tons of units, they never seem to be miss a beat. I have rented two units from them now, and both were immaculate upon move in. Along the way, any issues I have had were fixed quickly. Its like renting from family.

IPG has always been top notch towards me. Their office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, and their properties I’ve seen are well kept. In all my dealings with them, I’ve seen that their staff genuinely cares, which cannot be said about all property management companies. If you’re looking for a rental in Louisville, give these folks a look.

I was skeptical of renting from a property group hearing horror stories from some of my buddies and their experience with the other ones around town but IPG has been fantastic! My roommate and I have been renting from them since May and they’ve continually been attentive to any maintenance issue. Brooke has made sure to keep in contact with me through email and phone call to make sure everything gets taken care of! It’s awesome to have a landlord group that takes care of their renters!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Before we moved in, we were told that all 6 of the broken windows would be replaced— that never happened. The roof leaked in several locations. There was mold from all of the water damage that was never property cleaned. There was lead paint in one of the closets. Maintenance would almost never show up— which is really a pain when they want you to work from home because they do not want to enter your apartment because you have a dog. The heating did not work well. The bottom door to our apartment was broken and would not stay shut unless it was dead bolted— they refused to fix it. It was extremely hard to get a hold of our property manager because of the constant turnover. It seemed like every time we talked to someone and IPG they left a month later. We never knew who to contact because the employees were always changing. Our building was on the market— we were told that it was going through inspection, but it was never purchased, and they never fixed any of the safety or Maintenance problems. Overall, We paid too much money for an apartment that rained on the inside, had several security risks, and was cold. Obviously ipg did not care about us as tenants, they only wanted our money. Horrible communication, horrible company. Would not recommend.

Always experienced prompt and positive responsiveness from IPG. They took over my apartment about halfway through the lease and the difference was astonishing. They are very reasonable people and will do their best to work through any issues that come up.

Moved in the apartment dirty and unattended. Was told that I could not have my security deposit back because the apartment was left dirty and messy when I moved out. Receiptionist never answers emails or calls in a timely manner. Maintenance never arrives on time or when needed. My oven caught on fire and almost caught the kitchen on fire due to negligence and poor maintenance. The first month I moved in someone robbed the apartment next to me and they would not install security locks on gates until a previous tenant decided to sue. My power went out constantly. No one gave me an option to schedule a walk through upon moving out and when I called to inquire about the deposit I was told that I was given the option and since they had to hire someone to come clean the apartment, I could not get anything back. Literally the worst company to rent from. The areas are not as nice as they advertise and they basically will find anyway to screw you over. Place makes Broadway Management look like saints. Dont waste your time and money.

The worst experience ever nobody ever answers the phone or emails ( they always say they never received them) getting maintenance done is a joke!!! I had the furnace go out in 30 degrees and they told me they would get someone out in a few days....because it was a Sunday and they didnt want to pay the extra to have someone come right then.We have a leak in the basement bathroom which is now causing mold and when I told them about it for the 10th time in 2 years and sent an email(which they say they never got) to with hold the rent they send me a letter asking to leave.Also when we moved in the house was so dirty their was dead bugs throughout the kitchen cabinets. It was so bad that I paid someone to clean it because the cleaning lady never showed up when she was supposed to come (I was 7 months pregnant and couldnt clean them) and then I bought paper to put in the cabinets.Claire and Raine were always very nice but my overall experience was horrible and I wouldnt recommend them nor would I rent from them again!

This group recently took over our Apartments....since they have, all the rif raft and trouble has been removed from the premises....the other owners never bothered to get rid of them....but this group seem to be doing exactly what they said they were going to do....maintenance gets done on time too....

They still have not sent me my deposit or notified me of its status after moving out of one of their properties and its been over 90 days. Just know if you move into one of their properties youre not getting your money back.

I highly recommend them. Im moving to Louisville for grad school and apartment hunting in this city is more challenging than other places Ive lived. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and Raine was very knowledgable about each property I looked at and was able to suggest others based on my wants and needs (most property management companies really dont have super knowledgable staff when it comes to their properties, but IPG does). If you are looking for an apartment in Louisville, you should definitely check this office out because they took a lot of the stress of apartment hunting out of the process.

What an absolutely terrible experience. I was treated with extreme disrespect the entire year that I rented from IPG. I was even told that I wasnt a priority by Janet Omer. After moving out, I was told that damages that existed before I moved in would require them to keep the entirety of my deposit. A joke of a property management company, I have rented in the same area for 7 years and have never had such a terrible experience. BEWARE! Once you sign your lease they no longer care about you!
