I had an unfortunate situation play out where I was attempting to sell a couple small properties that my deceased father had once owned. Scott, was more than helpful and willing to work with me and my lawyers as we worked through the probate process. However, late in the process we found out the properties were in foreclosure due to a large amount of back taxes. After literally working with me for close to 10 months, and the whole thing falling through, Scott would not accept any payment I offered. In addition, he worked tirelessly figuring out all of the bad news that my lawyers failed to catch. Long story short, Scott is a great guy with a big heart, and anyone would be lucky to do business with him. Thank you Scott!
