Trust me their customer service is horrible, Jennifer was definitely bias when i walked through the door I don’t know if it was my skin color or what. I came in there with a suit with my shirt tuck in and she asked to leave my shirt up above my waist line, I felt like she was going because of my color and after I took the test she came up with all excuses to make me retake it without no valid excuse . I know we are in Kentucky but dang. I hope she sleeps good at night

Excellent atmosphere and service they helped me with the process over custody with my daughter, faxed where I needed to immediately and we’re very kind! They also offer a variety of services for employers, employees, custody, legal issues and are willing to set appointments after hours if needed! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
