If I could give ten stars I would. This place has great staff, provides wonderful service, and is very fast and efficient. I have had my blood drawn here multiple times and I’m normally a hard stick and I also panic when getting my blood drawn. The staff was very kind, fast, and got me on the first try and….. IT WAS PAINLESS. I’ve also gotten a rapid covid test done here and you get results back in about 10-15 minutes. I know they also offer PCR Covid test which you get results back on the same day between 30 minutes to a hour. Betsy is the best phlebotomist at the store and she truly cares about her customers and their needs. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get your results back as soon as possible and answers any questions you might have. You have to go to any lab test now for your lab needs. I highly recommend it.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are currently awaiting a time sensitive test, make sure to call, because they wont bother to alert you to any issues. We had to call to find out that there had been a shipping delay, which we were told was one day and our results were being processed. When pushed on timing, they called back a few minutes later and admitted the truck was still out and the samples hadnt even made it there. It was imperative that we have the results by tomorrow, which is why we payed the upcharge out of pocket. Had we known there was a delay, we would have gotten the test done somewhere else in the meantime, but now its too late. They didnt alert us because they didnt want to lose out on the money. Horrible business practices, and horrible customer service.

Friendly staff, but... Do not use this location if you need a COVID PCR test within 72 hours for travel. It is not reliable, as my test got lost in the mail and now my travel is delayed by a week. They did give me a full refund, which was nice.

This place is great! You will be greeted with excellent customer service coupled with quick, friendly, affordable and efficient service. My phlebotomist, Maria, was absolutely awesome!!!! I am typically a hard stick but she was precise and efficient, I barely felt the needle and the blood draw was done before I knew it. I highly recommend.

Maria is amazing! She realy took the time to make sure I understood the process. I went there for the first time in January for testing. I called before my appointment and asked questions about services and cost. Maria was friendly, patient and informative. I also received the B12 shot which worked wonders for me. I have since recommended this location to my friends & will definitely go back for all of my testing needs! Thank You, Maria!!

I went to have a test done and Maria was beyond amazing. She put my mind at ease and made the entire experience much more comfortable. She treated me like an actual person and I will never forget her for that. I would recommend going here over anywhere else and I will definitely be coming back for any future needs.

Went for 10 panel drug test mandated by my school, was in and out in about 5 mins. Fastest visit I’ve ever had. The receptionist was very nice and made everything go by with ease. Would definitely be recommending.

Maria was amazing!! I absolutely hate getting blood drawn and she made the process so easy! You all are very fortunate to have someone like her work there!I always tense up when the needle goes in and I almost pass out, she made sure she kept my mind off and asked me questions so I’d keep talking. I will forever go there only when Maria is working for any of my lab work I need! I work for a large company and we do quarterly drug testing. I will be sure to send them here

The team at the Louisville location off of Shelbyville Rd. was so helpful. Julia took my information at the counter. The team was so polite, efficient, and helpful. I had a lab done that was not typical and they worked everything out for me. I barely felt the needle prick so they were super gentle. I would highly recommend this testing center for any labs you might need.

I have been to Lab Corp and wait is forever, not at Any Lab Test Now.The staff was over and beyond helpful. The Fred in my life was when the young lady called Boston Heart to find out how much my labs would be and trying to help me get the best price. I will be back without any hesitation! I hope my second experience is as good as the first visit.

I went in for some prenatal testing this morning and had such a wonderful experience. The nurse Maria was so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. She addressed all of my concerns and was very helpful. I highly recommend this facility and the wonderful staff that works here.

Everyone here is great. I have random drug screens 2x a month and I am in and out of here in 5 minutes most times. Quick and easy.I previously gave this place a poor review because an employee was rude to me about observing me give a urine test. But I havent seen her in a while so I think she got the boot. Five stars.

I am very hard to get blood from, tiny veins. She got it first time and did great! Barely felt it. Clean and efficient place!

Literally just left there. The lady at the front who checked me in and drew my blood was very nice and helpful and her blood draw was not painful. I am new to Kentucky and havent gotten a PCP yet, I told her some of my concerns and the need for imaging test as well. She took the initiative to lead me in directions for imaging test. It makes a different when staff is genuinely concerned. I will be referring this place to others and will return if I need other labs done.

Quick when they can be. The wait staff is a bit rude. The owner is apparently hardly in, making to hard to get employees in and out for testing. Not awful, but Im definitely looking for another place.

Just got my blood drawn 🧛‍♂️ to check my testosterone levels Results emailed in 24-48 hours.The woman at the front desk was one of the best multitaskers I’ve seenShe processed the credit card ($90 💵)and drew my blood, in between answering the phone and waiting on other customers! A real pro 👩‍⚕️

I took a book in to read, thinking that I would be there for a while like with other labs. To my surprise, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant staff.

I was glad that this existed because I have had trouble finding a doctor, so thats why they get two stars. For existing. The girls at the counter were very unpleasant, one was a northerner and she was what we would call rude as hell. I checked on my forms that I would like to be notified by phone, and we went over this verbally then on my way out the other said well call you. Did they call me? No.

Service is quick but they are way too quick in getting the payment and doing clerical mistakes in patients details. My Dob n physician details were entered wrong . How can you beleive that if it was your report when dob was not mine .Their printer wasnt working that day and they didnt email me the invoice as promised by lady at front desk.Way too much money for so many mistakes . Wont be using this service anymore.

We called ahead at 5:38pm to say that we were on our way to get the results of an EXTREMELY important test. They said that they could not stay late and would be leaving at exactly 6:00pm and we said ok thats fine.We arrived at 5:55pm, the lights were off and the doors were locked. We literally stood there trying to figure out why any human being would be so inconsiderate and disrespectful as to leave early when she even stated that she would be there. This felt completely and utterly as if it was a personal attack against us.We had to park and calm down for almost 30 minutes just so that we could drive and not do something completely wreckless.I highly recommend to anyone and everyone requiring a test not to go there... it would be better to wait the expected time for an actual professional clinic to get back to you rather than be filled with false hope.We were devastated and disgusted by the actions of the Any Time Lab in Louisville, Ky. Will be lookingfor corporate information in order to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.
