Extremely incompetent people who work here. staff is inconsiderate and lack basic decency. They’ll have you waiting for an hour and a half with a full bladder for a drug test as if they cannot use their brains and prioritize patients. I wouldn’t recommend going here. I asked why it was taking so long and why people that were walking in without appointment were being seen before me since Ive been waiting almost 2hrs! They never submitted my check-in. Idiots. What a waste of time!!

I came in for a standard annual physical (Im a 69 year old man) and they gave me a pregnancy test. This was not ordered by my doctor. They misread his instructions and not they are charging me for the test. Incompetent! Why should I be charged for their mistake??

Person who took sample had my bottle opened with my sample and didn’t seal it. She also did not offer to let me stay and watch what she was doing with it. Very unprofessional attitude and demeanor. Talked to me like I was slow when giving directions on peeing in cup. My test better come back right or I’m looking at legal action. She must thought she got somebody else cuz honey you got the right one!

Receptionist is definitely rude despite trying to sound polite. Overall facility is clean and effective at what they do.

The lady with the twists at the front desk is very rude, she was determined to cancel out my drug screen appointment cause I was a little late. Professionalism is key. I work in a doctors office, we don’t treat our patients that way.

After reading some reviews I was a little skeptical about this place but I just needed a drug test for pre-employment. I was surprised to say the least. I walked in, the two receptionists greeted me right away. There were maybe three or four people in front of me but it was roughly a five minute wait before I was checked in. Shortly after, I was ready for my drug test. The man who administered it was kind and helpful the whole time. I was there less than a half hour. Great experience overall.

I went around 9:30 AM and was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Diana pulled my blood and got the vein on the first try. She was great! Definitely recommend this facility.

Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other LabCorp. I have always been treated in a professional and timely manner until today! The staff at the Dutchman Lane are rude and have zero business doing what theyre doing!!! On Tuesday the 18th, I found out how truly terrible people can be!

Didnt even do the test that my order asked for, said we didnt have the right specimen container for the test... however they never contacted me or my childs pediatrician to let someone know. So after a week of waiting we ended up with results from tests we didnt even need ran and then if I wouldnt have continued to ask questions to the clerk at my pediatricians office I would have thought that the test that was ordered came back negative and then we could have had a huge problem. Thanks to my persistence and the clerks patience we realized that the test wasnt run and are now having to have it redone. Will not EVER recommend using this lab.

All new staff and very clean. Staff very friendly. Only waited a few minutes and Jessica was gentle and very nice. Would recommend this LabCorp to everyone.

My eight month old son needed lab draws twice. The staff here made the experience as good as I could hope. Both times they got the specimen on the first stick. Tina is amazing! Also, everyone was kind and the wait was very short with an appointment. I highly recommend this location for nervous parents.

I have been sitting in the lobby waiting to do a drugScreen for almost an hour while the receptionist has been away from her desk for almost 30 minutes. No sign saying they are at lunch or anything. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they have people unnecessarily waiting too long for test that take minutes. When you have to hold in your trine sample for an hour because the staff want to eat pizza in the back ridiculous!!!!

So crowded that it’s impossible to social distance. I arrive at my appointment time but there’s a long line. I get to the front and since I “didn’t check in” I missed my appt and have to wait an hour and a half. I asked what do you mean I didn’t check in I’ve been waiting in line and the woman at the front desk said I should have gotten an email, which I never did. Infuriating.

In and out in less than 15 minutes. I have had many times that people had trouble drawing my blood. No problems here. One pain free stick and all was done!

I went in without an appointment, was one of three people in the waiting room, and was seen and on my way within 30 minutes. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The person who helped me with my drug screen was very nice and professional.

Yesterday morning I went in for a drug test for my new part time job. I was told that I would need to fill up a cup, roughly to the 90 mL mark. Even though I had not been to the bathroom in 3 hours I knew there was no way I could fill that up. I had no choice but to do the drug test that morning as my full time job did not work will with the hours in which any of the LabCorp facilities do their drug testing. To make a long story short I was trying to get in touch with some co-workers to let my boss know about my situation, when I thought it better to call the lady said I would have to go back out to the lobby and essentially wait my turn behind everyone else. So I put the phone down and tried to go pee and of course I couldnt pee in the 4 minutes they give you. She tried to be nice and go over all the rules but she was not. I drank my 4 ten ounce cups of water and let them know I was ready to try again. This time I didnt quite make it to the required line. One of the other ladies was very kind and said it would probably be enough, but the woman who had been dealing with me stated in a rather nasty way that it would have to be enough because she was tired of dealing with me. I will never return to this location and prior to today I had been before and had a good experience. I have talked with some friends, co-workers, and neighbors who have all been there before and have had bad experience! Never again.

I have always had a good experience at this location, despite what the other reviews here say. I make an appointment, and I’m usually seen within 5-10 minutes of the appointment time. Front desk staff are nice, and the blood draw is always quick and painless.

I was in and out of this lab in less than 30 minutes! The staff was polite and efficient and my phlebotomist was skilled and welcoming and her venipuncture was painless and smooth.

I am a healthcare executive who knows the value of professional and courteous staff. The office staff at the office needs some serious training in politeness and in being cheerful.

I have never waited here for less than 45 minutes, even when I was the only person in the waiting room. The staff is incredibly inconsiderate of the patients time, hang out and chat, and are rude when speaking to all patients. Id almost rather NOT know how dangerously bad my thyroid levels are, than wait to get blood work done here.

The most incompetent group of people I have ever had the honor of knowing. Slow and dumb. Kept people waiting for over an hour. There were only 4 people when I got there and we all waited and waited. Will never go back. Good luck to the unlucky people who were there when I left.

Was just seen at Allergy Care by Dr. Corbett who ask me to have bloodwork completed by the Labcorp that was close by. Upon arriving I was directed to a near by trailer that was in the parking lot. As I opened the door to go in I was immediately told by the rude lady at the front desk who I could hear having an in general conversation with a nurse & gentleman were closed! Mind u the clock said she had a few minutes to spare! So much for a good first impression! Will definitely not be going back to this location!

I never waited so long for a simple drug screening. I arrived at 10:09, its 10:46 and I am still in the waiting room. Ive seen two people come after me and be called back before me. Never come to this location. There is no sense of urgency within the staff. Everybody is just taking their sweet time smh.

The lady at the front desk was rude! She didn’t make dealing with her easy at all. I felt more like an inconvenience then a paying customer. I understand it was the end of the day but it needs to be understood that with out the business of paying customers they wouldn’t be of any need. Fix your attitude! Will never return!!!

Check in electronic but then do the same thing over again with the office staff, slow, waiting and waiting. They charge more than what insurance says is a reasonable amount.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. I had a scheduled appointment and was seen within 15 minutes of walking in. Everyone was nice and I was in and out quickly.

First time using this lab corp location. Check in was easy and quick. It was my sons first time having blood drawn and he was extremely nervous. They joked around with him, kept him talking and distracted. He didnt even realize it was over. Will definitely be coming back.

Pray you dont have a full bladder when you get to Dutchmans lane Labcorp! You will wait a hour before you can relieve yourself. Several people that come after you will be served first.

I read the web site info beginning to end. NOWHERE does it say the lab is closed from 12-1 for lunch. So I take off at lunch time, the only time I can easily get away to do lab work and guess what? Theyre closed. Checked the web site again. Nope, nothing about being closed for lunch. First, they should disclose their hours accurately. Second, they usually have two people working, why cant one take lunch and then the other??? There are plenty of people like me who can only get away during their lunch break.

The women at the reception desk were extremely rude. If I didnt have to come to this location for work, I would totally avoid the place altogether. They seem to possess some sense of superiority over other people, which is a little insulting considering they work with urine. In addition, they take their time and are in no hurry to get anything done.

They are extremely slow. Even if you are the only person there it takes 20 minutes or more for them to do a 30 second blood draw. The staff often can be seen sitting there chatting and hanging around instead of moving people along. This has been the case since they opened this location up.

Update your hours fools. Drove all the way out here on Saturday and you’re closed! Very, very unprofessional. Quite upset.

The woman who took my sample was horrible and rude. She wouldnt let me look at what label she put on my specimen which made me a little suspicious. No wonder they mix up peoples samples here.
