My husband and I went with his parents to the 9/11 show. It was his mother’s birthday yesterday. Let me lay this out honestly. For nearly $260 for the four of us, the overall experience was a bit disappointing.This being said, the employees were wonderful. Great service and everyone was polite. The actors were good as well. The overall show was a bit lack luster. We were expecting more of a spectacle with the story: where was the build up to the climaxes/deaths? Could the deaths be a little less cheesy? There was lack of props, distinguished costumes for the none guest characters, and no scenery. The only clues were paper/QR code. The space is harder to navigate because of the pillars in the room.The “award winning food” chicken dish was well cooked but came out cold, dinner roll and croutons in the salad were soggy, and the main dish lacked seasoning. They do provide salt and pepper which we used.Directors, show writers, chefs, any people in charge of these events, please do better. You have hard working people who are good at what they do, who are kind, but need more support and creativity to create the show that is worth the near $70 admission per person for your guests. Thank you.

The hosts were funny and entertaining... The food was good, even though there is a limited selection. I purchased this as a surprise so you have to select the meal in advance so you must know your party. Depending on your party size you will be seated with strangers that may be in on the murder... Overall fun, and a good evening.

We went on 10/26/19 and had a great time but honestly the Embassy Suites in combination with the party planners did a VERY poor job guiding participants to the event once inside the hotel. There were no signs. Only 1 person working check in and she was too busy BS-ing with 3 guys to even answer a question. Next time put some freaking signs up. Also, they ask for you to adhere to a dress code but people show up in everything from tuxedos, Clown costumes to blue Jeans and t-shirts.

My daughter requested this experience as part of her birthday celebration. I combined our reviews to give it a three. I was disappointed to find a large pillar blocking my view of most of what was going on, so had to rely mostly on listening. Good things were the service. Everyone was very friendly and the woman waiting the table gave us some of the best service I have ever received. Unfortunately, she disappeared after serving and while there was an envelope for actor tips, there was not one for her.Areas for improvement would be venue. As noted previously, it became basically a radio type drama with occasional glimpses of actors. For anyone elderly or with hearing difficulties, this made it very difficult to even begin to keep track. Another suggestion would be to provide more than one set of clues per table. With only one set, one felt one had to be rather aggressive to get to read them and did not want to push to be able to refer back to them. Since they are only laminated sheets of paper, perhaps it would be possible to provide a set for every two people. Also, take a pen. The pencil provided makes any notes you may take very difficult to read.I cant say it is an experience I would want to repeat, but my daughter enjoyed herself and said she would go back if given the chance, so I will call it a success.

This is such an awesome show and fun experience! A wonderful date idea or just an evening out with friends. The cast is amazing and make you feel like you are part of the show. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone!

I had a blast at the show. My husband and I don’t get out much since we had our first kid, and this was definitely worth it. I secretly made my husband a suspect, with no prior knowledge of how they would use him. He chose a punny, vulgar name that fit in so perfectly with how they used him in the storyline! I can’t wait until I can do it again with a new story!

I had originally made reservations for Friday September 15th for my birthday. My father in law has been in the hospital for weeks now and his condition is getting worse. They DO NOT do refunds. I emailed the producer and let him know my situation. It usually takes 3-5 days for them to get back via email. I received an email the same day! They apologized for my hardship and approved the refund! I will definitely be rescheduling! Their customer service is amazing!
